I delay with Joseph. He was great and kept me informed with my vehicle, the mechanics sent video of the inspection and what they found. They were very thorough and found several things. Joseph was great about dealing with the warranty company to get a great deal covered. They repairs were done in a timely manner and everyone got us back on the road. Never felt like we were getting the run around or taken advantage of. Have not had that experience with other places. Thank you very much.

We took our Ford Explorer to Buick GMC West and they did an amazing job. Joey was our Service Advisor and he was great to work with. His communication was clear and helpful. We picked the car up and everything was fixed and fixed correctly. I can go back to driving my car with confidence knowing it won't break down. Thank you to the entire team at Buick GMC West. It is always easy to schedule a convenient time to bring my car in for service, and they are typically able to complete my scheduled service right away. They thoroughly inspect the car and make recommendations as needed, taking the time to explain why service is needed and patiently answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this dealership and wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else!

I had a great experience with the service department of Auto Nation Buick GMC West. The assistant manager, Joey, seemed knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They were able to find the problem with my car overheating that a different service department could not. When I picked up my car during the terrible snowstorm, Joey even helped my sister by putting on new badly-needed windshield wipers on her car. Thanks for everything, Joey!

I bought a ram from this dealership in September and absolutely love the truck, excellent service history, excellent condition, AND 150 point safety inspection was completed or so I thought. I have driven the truck for a couple weeks after just buying it and both my front brake calipers were left loose, right front wheel, as well as my front wheel hubs. MY FRONT BRAKE CALIPERS CAME LOOSE ON THE HIGHWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I have reached out to the dealership to try to make this right as they replaced ball joints on my truck before I bought it as part of the reconditioning. Nobody has given me any help. Brought the truck in and had them drive it and have been ghosted ever since. This dealership and managers do not stand behind their work, customers, and their 150 point safety inspection. Do not buy a car here, there are plenty of dealers that will make things right if they make a mistake. So far, this isn t one of them. Attached are the pictures of my loose brake calipers 2-3 weeks after purchasing the truck. Situations such as this are when the true colors of the dealership are shown. Not when your buying your car, it s what happens after you buy it and what they stand behind. The GM and service manager both couldn t even apologize to me for leaving my brakes loose that fell off on the highway while towing. I ve been ghosted and not taken seriously. Both managers will not say why they will not participate in their mistakes repair, all I ve been told is that they won t be. I m left with a truck that has damaged hubs that I will need to replace and pay for due to their technicians negligence. They are lucky I didn t crash.

I had nothing but trouble getting the correct service done at Johnson auto plaza where I had purchased my GMC Sierra - I was super close to writing off GMC as a brand because of it but Joey at Autonation Service came in like a champ and got me squared away the same day. Best car service experience I have had in a while - would recommend!!!

Smoothest car purchase I have ever experienced. Skyler is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the features I was not familiar with. Carlie in finance was also awesome. Simple and to the point, no pressure on products/coverages we did not need.Will recommend AutoNation GMC West to all my friends looking for a big truck or SUV like we were!Thank you again GMC West, we love our new Yukon Duramax and can't wait to start hauling with it and traveling the country.

We had a much better than typical experience. Salesman, sales manager(s) and finance guy were all great to work with. It would have been 5 stars if we hadn't had to sit and wait over 2 hours to get the paperwork ready after the deal was made.

We found the car online. Pricing was fair compared to a few others around the Denver area, but closer to us. It was incredibly easy to book a test drive online. Quickly received a call to confirm test drive and what time we would be there. Process of arrival and test drive was incredibly easy. We asked the sales rep to give us a few minutes to discuss, so he very quickly stepped away and went inside. Only complaint was the time we waited to get into seeing the finance person, only one was working and the couple ahead of us took a very long time so we waited over an hour even though we were paying in full. We left that night with the car. Easy process and great people.

I had run an errand to a location not far from the Auto Nation Buick dealership. As my Buick was due for an oil change and checkup, I dropped into the Auto Nation service center. They were able to complete the service within an hour. I was very happy with this outcome.

Hello. I would like to reach out to the owner of this business. A year and a half ago I bought a GMC DENALI truck from them. Two months later, oil leaked from the engine, and I have been trying to fix this problem with them for over a year now. They took my truck in for repair several times, kept it for a month and did nothing. They say the last time they ordered a spare part, I waited for two months again until I came to them. They made an appointment for me on 12.19.23. I left the truck, they told me that they would do it in 2-3 days, they received the spare part, that s what they told me. Today, 12-20-23, they told me that my spare part was being installed on another truck, and I was again told that my truck would be ready on 12-29-23. I'm tired of fighting them. I want to hear one answer from you. HOW LONG WILL YOU STILL TEST MY STRENGTH??? This is the worst place I've ever been. I am very sorry that we still have places where people are bullied for their money. I didn t want to write this post, but I can t anymore, my nerves are on edge. This is not a service, this is God knows what. I can't pick up my car, I can't reach them by phone. The last repair lasts a month. people are not competent at their jobs. do not use this service.and the last straw in this story, I picked up my car and the oil is still leaking

Unexpectedly needed to replace my battery. Getting the centralized scheduling person was not real helpful, but once I was able to talk to someone in the service department all proceeded quickly. Even though this was an unscheduled visit they were able to get my car in quickly and kept me updated so I could make good decisions about what to do with my time while the work was being completed.

Used car sale rep was not very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. He was nice.After we purchased the car I got the run around on the windshield they where to replace at no cost to me. 29 days after I bought the car they replaced the windshield when I was told it would be within the week that I bought it. I was also told that there windshield guy already replaced my windshield, that was not true..... If it was why would I be calling them about the windshield.

What a joke this place is, we came to the dealership with the exact issue diagnosed and wanted information on cost. When it was 1100 for a coolant leak we knew that we were getting charged WAY too much. Especially when another shop without looking at it would charge under 500 for the same fix. When we came to get the car they charged us 200 to look at it even though we knew what the issue was and gave them the part to be replaced. Then charged another 33 for miscellaneous charge and couldn t tell us what that was for. This place is a JOKE! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET SERVICED.

I went in to purchase a Tacoma they had advertised online in July 2023. When getting all the paperwork together I was told by jr sales associate G that the vehicle would come with the autonation 3 month 3000 mile warranty. Great, sounds good to me. The vehicle still needed to get its inspection done which they said they would try to work getting it looked at since I had a limited time in Colorado since I was buying out of state. Inspection was completed the next day and I went to purchase/pickup. Drove the truck home to az and it had burned through 4quarts of oil. Turns out the engine is shot. I tried taking it to a local autonation here and said they could not find the warranty paperwork. The powertrain warranty was supposedly never offered on the truck and I was out of luck. I was devastated to say the least. Trying to get a hold of anyone in golden to explain the situation and see if they could help in any way was futile. I had one floor manager offer to help with the repair costs and then never heard another word. I have called multiple times over the past months and no help. They also never sent the title and I had to pay get a temporary tag here in az and had to call in for it because they forgot to send it. And now a few weeks ago I got three different calls about the vehicle needing service and if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I also received a check in the mail which I think is to refund for tiling costs out of state, 6 months later! was willing to write it off as a loss but now all this activity from them has really lit me up about it. Just wanted them to try and make it right. Be wary of purchasing a vehicle from them and make sure your sales associate knows what they are selling and talking about to save yourself the grief.

The crew are very friendly and understanding and do an excellent job at fixing my car. While there has been days where they didn t have parts that they said they would they more then make up for it by taking responsibility and providing that excellent customer service.

This was a good dealership in the past with a good service department. On at least 4 occasions now when my 2021 truck has gone in for service, they set an appt and then don't even start working on the vehicle until a few days later. You can't reach anyone when you call the service department when you call to check on the vehicle after not hearing from anyone for days. When you spend $86k on a vehicle that comes with a warranty, you expect a certain level of service. My bad experiences with a 2020 and 2021 Sierra HDs regarding service had me looking to switch brands. I'm going to try the local Chevy dralership for my GMC and if they are just as bad, I'm done with GM products. I have had good luck with AutoNation dealerships on other brands so maybe it has to do with the managment at this location AutoNation GMC West.

Bought a used BMW here in November and the car was basically brand new mint and awesome. Adriaan, Carly and the rest of the team at this dealership were great, I felt like they really care about their customers. Only con from my experience were some pricing discrepancies on their website including some fine print items that I closely read before my visit but the manager worked with me on those :)

I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. I waited for it and they finished what I had come in for. There was a problem with the lug nuts that came loose on front wheel. They told me they would repair the problem and gave me a loaner car to use while they repaired mine. They were upfront and got the problem fixed.

I bought a used Corolla at this dealership. When I got the vehicle home I noticed some minor blemishes in the trim and paint that went unnoticed during the buying process. I took it back to the dealership and showed them the issues. Hayden worked with me to get his PDR guys to work on the paint and replace the trim without any argument. The PDR guys did great work and my dissatisfaction has been turned around and I am now a happy customer. They are an honest and good dealership to work with.Additionally, I like the low pressure sales and no haggle policy they have when buying a used vehicle. It makes the entire buying process much more pleasant.

I want to thank Isiah in the We Buy Your Car department he and his team really took care of me with getting me a fair value on my vehicle. Their process is Simple and easy and got me my payment same day. Definitely saved me the time and stress of dealing with selling it privately. Definitely would recommend them!

They use remote workers to schedule service appointments. My wife took my vehicle for the designated day and time I was given over the phone and they had nothing in there system and we will have to take it back. Beware when calling to schedule an appointment even after spending 20mins confirming the right email on file and everything they still screw up.

The dealership has had the vehicle for 4 months with no end in sight as to when I will get the vehicle back in my possession. I'm very frustrated with the lack of service. I only own the car 3 months before it needed to be sent to the dealership mechanic. The dealership mechanic has had the vehicle long then I've owned it. The vehicle is still in the dealership mechanic shop. The sales manager Tommie Poole stated, I just need to deal with it if they keep the vehicle another 4 months, then I just have to wait. They will no longer care about how long it takes them to fix the problem.I feel as though Autonation is taking advantage of me as a customer. Autonation sold me a lemon.
