I'm never shopping at Advance Auto again. Bought a Die Hard battery, installed it in my truck and got nothing but a click. Checked voltage and it had 11.88 volts. Put it on a good battery charger and came back to battery acid leaking and spilling out of vent holes. Voltage was reading 12.55. Brought it back to the store and they hooked their tester up to it; and, it passed their test. Despite this I asked first for a refund as I didn't want acid leaking under my hood. Their answer was a quick, "No." Then asked for a swap. Again, a quick, "No." At one point during the process the employee states, "Well, you did buy one of our cheaper batteries." In my opinion, Advance Auto is a tacky retail store that sells junk with little regard for their customers. I'm not surprised that their stock has gone from $240 in Dec, 2021 to $51 as of this review.

Go here if you need to do any body work/ detailing. A quick question about their stock of rattle cans spawned a whole conversation that was massively helpful for my hood repaint project and saved me a decent amount of time and money. She really knows her stuff and is very patient and helpful. I am so glad I happened into this store while she was working!! Will definitely be going here first for auto repair needs in the future.

Stoner aka Sabrina is the bomb and her husband!!!! Helped me tremendously. ADVANCE Auto parts, luckily stays open til 9 pm and was able to get my alternator replaced and back on the road - Thank you!! Everyone

I got defective remanufactured parts and it s just a hassle with their replacement policy, I recommend to get better parts at O Reilly instead

Nice and friendly! I came in to get windshield wipers today while it was snowing. I didn't even finish taking off my wiper and an employee came running out to help! He had my wiper blades at the counter and ready to go before I came in, and offered to pop on one side while I did the other! Great experience! I wish I caught his name so the manager here can give him kudos!

I placed an in store pickup and received the email that it was ready to pickup. After I drive 30 minutes they told me that they actually didn t have it in stock and they ordered it. They proceeded to deny that an email was sent to me saying it was ready. Even when I clearly pulled up the email they continued to act like I was wrong. They offered no solutions and essentially wanted me to figure it out myself by calling a store by me and asking them to initiate a transfer so I didn t have to drive back. Overall horrible very simple interaction where the employees did everything to try to pass the buck for responsibility and act like I can t read a clear email.

Stoner went above and beyond to help me with my car. My oil was dangerously low and she gave me amazing tips, tricks and information. She even helped me fill it up in the parking lot. I would definitely come back and recommend.

I had went to an advanced auto parts store and purchased wiper blades a gentleman put them on . Today it started raining and they had not been installed properly one canmeloose. I was near advanced in golden, I went there and walked in, two girls were working and being a man I figured I wouldn t get help. Shame on me for judging, Barb and Stoner were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them as your auto parts people! Thank you so much!

Better than a mechanic! When I have questions I go here for a second opinion bc the staff is so knowledgeable. Stoner and Alexis are very helpful and friendly. Good parts for a fair price with excellent staff. Don t let mechanics overcharge you for parts you don t even need

Normally I love this store but today was very disappointing. There are a few new employees and none of them are wearing masks on their faces. As a company that claims to provide the best service, they're currently doing their best to become the site of the next outbreak.

The employees stand around and watch potential customers walk out the door. I waited in line while an employee stood around complaining that he didn't get enough hours. I waited in line so long I was able to find better items on Amazon for cheaper. I shopped on Amazon while your employee watched me make my Amazon purchase and must have been too busy to let $100 worth of car detail supplies be lost to Amazon. I won't waste my time again. Stay at home and shop Amazon, someone who actually wants your money.

Super great experience! AJ was the associate that helped me and not only did he save me about $130 by installing my new car battery, he had it done in 8 minutes! Nice folks at this location and also dog friendly!

I've come here for several years now for the wide array of auto products they offer and the great friendly service. I don't know of a place I shop that is as helpful and friendly as the crew, which has changed a few times over the years, has consistently been here. Buy online, get a 20% discount and pick up in store. Then grab a burger and shake at Sonic next door!

Advance is a great place for all those little things to keep your old car going. Tons of universal fit items like switches and stuff. Service is great too, the guys know now the store well and are always ready to help you.

If I could give it no stars I SURE WOULD.... GOT ran around 5 times last visit and I still HAVE THE WRONG PARTS!!!!! SOMBODY HELP...... WONT BE RETURNING....Apon a return for the money back for the wrong parts, I then had to wait at the store for 45 minutes something about can't log into the system, I also noticed when returning the employee keep hitting the return for REASON.... AND marking i "didn't need it" when it was the "wrong part" all together, and should have clicked "WRONG PART" instead of "I DIDNT NEED IT" I THINK A GM NEED TO SCHOOL THAT STORE.... it wasn't just once, it was 4 different times and they ran me to 3 different stores...

Although I have low expectations from previous visits, this one proved to be the worst. Extremely unhelpful and judgmental man who helped me. My car wouldn t start when I returned to it from the grocery store. The employee harassed me for not following stay at home orders (which grocery shopping is allowed?). I don t know who deemed this employee essential, but they should reassess.

Came a little bit before they opened, and started walking away once i realized the doors were still locked. Ian ran to the door to let me know that they were opening soon, and just needed the system to boot up. Super friendly and helpful, this will be my go-to location for the foreseeable future. Thanks Ian!!

Horrible experience!!! First, the motor oil they claimed to have in stock (and at other stores as well) was not in stock. [I had spent some time online before traveling 18+mi to the store trying to find a specific oil for my car]. The clerk (tall, heavyset with bald/shaved head) seemed disinterested in helping any further and I had to ask for him to check the back, he also seemed put off by the fact that I asked for him to call another store; the website claimed others in the area had it too. The call to the other store started with an off-topic non-work related conversation with the individual on the other end while I stood there. Not to my surprise at this point, the other store didn't have it either. Clerk seemed uninterested in helping any further, maybe find another alternative. I work on my car myself, have pretty much all my life... so researching parts is something i'm used to. Very disappointed in the inaccuracy of the website, even MORE disappointed in the customer service. I won't be back. O'Reilly down the street saved the day for me.
