I stopped by for an appraisal. I was emailed by Lohane after submitting my KB INSTANT offer. They matched my offer from Toyota 5k more than KB. 2023 Tacoma OFFRoad 20k miles. I'd be happy to do business here. They also offered me additional inventory nationwide which no other dealer has done before. They may just be getting my next vehicle purchase due to this reason and my appraisal experience, not to mention the exceptional service Lohane provided.

We ve been looking for a vehicle for our daughter and have had no luck until we found this dealership. They treated her with kindness and respect. She was a first time buyer and they walked her through the process. We had an extremely easy positive experience with Leo and Courtney. They did everything we asked and we left happy with a full tank of gas and the vehicle is super clean and exactly as they advertised. Thanks RFLR!

I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase my new 2024 Range Rover Sport from Land Rover of Roaring Fork. I chose this dealership due to the great reviews of the dealership but mostly for my Sales Advisor, Mark Murray. He was very helpful with the options available for my build and kept me informed throughout the build process and delivery of my vehicle. Mark made this purchase the best ever!

I came in for a routine oil change, I then made some changes and added numerous accessories to my vehicle. The staff completely accommodated me while I made those changes. Because the car was going to take longer than expected. I was given a loaner vehicle and the next day my car was delivered to my house, which is 80 miles away. I have never had a staff go over and above like this staff and we have dealt with numerous different dealerships in the past 10 years. I will definitely be going back, and I would guarantee our next vehicle will be bought from this dealership.

We drove from out of state to purchase our Velar at Land Rover of Roaring Forks after being less than impressed by our local dealer. Lohane was our sales associate and she was fantastic from start to finish. She answered our extensive questions and met our requests and exceeded our expectations! On the day of signing all the staff we interfaced with were friendly and professional. We can t recommend Land Rover of Roaring Forks enough!

I LOVE my Land Rover and I love Land Rover Roaring Fork!!! I purchased my LR4 here in 2017 and I ve brought it here for service the past 5 years. I have also done several modifications to my vehicle like adding a lift, new wheels, a rack, ext. to make it the incredible overland vehicle it is. There is no better vehicle in the backcountry as well as being our daily driver. The service department here is passionate about Land Rover and Range Rover and it comes across. I feel like they always provide fair pricing. I trust Jake, Eric, and the service department with repairs and modifications. I ve had many positive experiences and Jake goes above and beyond for every service visit. He arranges a loaner vehicle while my car is in the shop. Jake also explains any necessary repairs as well as gives me a heads up on any future repairs the car might need down the line. I very much trust this dealership, and especially the service department. I was impressed last year when the service department was able to locate parts that were hard to find due to back orders caused by Covid-19. I love the adventures I ve had with my Land Rover and plan to own it forever. I feel grateful and lucky to have this dealership and service center nearby.

I had been searching for too long for two different cars and randomly broadened my search. With excitement I found a car in Glenwood (we live in Carbondale). I had a trip planned to Denver but days before I found a car of interest. I sent an inquiry and received a call, set a time. I was called back and told someone else was coming to look at it so if I wanted I should come earlier - so I did. Everyone was friendly and moved efficiently. Although the car was a year older and more miles than I had been looking the price felt more comfortable - and they had just lowered the price. Not having to drive to Denver was a huge plus!Lohani was professional and easy to work with. We have bought and sold a lot of cars and knew what I wanted - the most painful part is the process after saying yes. They gave me a good price on my trade in so didn't have to battle that. I was able to have my car that day and although their finance manager was out the filler was as efficient as he could be.Connor was helpful, easy going and overall a pleasure to work with also. I actually went back a few days later and Connor spent over 30 min explaining my car to me given his previous experience at BMW.Overall Lohani and Connor were very easy to work with. No one text/called/emailed me with annoyance. The trade in was well priced and overall it was one of the easiest experiences buying a car. I definitely give them 5 starts.

Leo my sales person was excellent to deal with. He communicated clearly and made the car buying process smooth and transparent. The whole team at Land Rover Roaring Fork were great to work with from the sales manager to Courtney in finance I can t stress enough how good the sales process was. It feels like a family business who care about their customers. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

My husband and I recently purchased a used Defender from Land Rover of Roaring Fork and it has by far been the best vehicle purchasing experience I have encountered. We found the right vehicle in Houston and Leo seamlessly navigated the shipping process for us. He understood our busy life schedules and kept me updated daily on its status. From there, he and Courtney had the paperwork entirely prepped for us as they knew our niece was in town and cared that we had as much quality time with her as possible. We were in and out so quickly and so impressed by their professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. I have always cringed when thinking about buying a new vehicle but Leo and Courtney have changed my view. They turned my experience into a stress free and exciting event that left me, for the first time ever at a car dealership, a loyal customer. Thanks again to those two. I highly recommend working with them.

One of our better experiences, we looked at 3 or 4 options for a larger SUV, hybrid vs diesel vs electric, and for our needs the Range Rover Sport Diesel fitted the biggest number of items on our list. Mark M was a pleasure to work with, no pushy calls, quick responses and answers to our questions. Then we found out they will even take you out with other owners to show and teach off roading.

The Sales Manager Connor was great, very nice, very knowledgeable and very personable. The buying experience I had was the best experience I ve ever had , I have owned Porsche s - Aston Martins and Audi R8 but the experience I had with Conner was the best I ve experienced in all my car purchases, I would tell you , you will enjoy your experience with him. Thank you again Connor you did everything you said and followed through on everything the buying experience was great!! I recommend you go in and see Connor.

Had a great experience! Dealt with Michael Gallucci and it was a pleasure. I flew in from Austin to find the used Lr3 to be exactly as explained for the most part. We had a few things that needed to be worked out, but they quickly took care of them. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone, just be clear in your expectations when buying a used car from anywhere. I had a nice drive home from Colorado!

I would have left this review months ago had I not feared retaliation and even crappier customer service.The service dept has not been the same since Jake left. He was the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE and what Land Rover promised when I bought my vehicle. (Eric is RUDE and seems very bothered to actually have to do his job)Three of the most recent issues:1. Several calls to the manager about concerns... only to be UNANSWERED - and not even acknowledged. As well as HORRIBLE communication from anyone while my car has been in for any type of service.2. Literally driving around with a service manager to have him hear the noise the front end of my car was making for himself....only to have him tell me to turn up my music so I can't hear it.3. Taking my car in for REAR BRAKES - only to get it back 3 weeks later because "its not a priority because they provided me with a loaner car". It would've been longer had I not called and demanded they get my car back to me.Don't get me wrong - My Land Rover was AMAZING....PERFECT actually. It was pretty close to my dream car.BUT - Land Rover Roaring Forks lack of professionalism and poor attention to their customers is THE ONLY reason why I happily traded it in and got out from under the obligation of having to use THEM as the only LR dealership in the valley.It's a breath of fresh air knowing I dont have to prep for ANOTHER run around when I have to deal with them next!I could never - with a good conscience - recommend them to ANYONE I know.Good riddance!(If negative stars were possible - you bet they would be getting them).

I would give zero stars if I could. It took them almost 3 months to get my remote start figured out, they left me up in the air with no response and stood me up on a couple of appointments I scheduled. Now that my windshield has a crack, it has taken them 3 weeks so far to get to process the claim. I was scheduled to get it done last Friday, no one had the courtesy to call me and let me know the appointment was cancelled, they always wait for me to call. It has been the worst experience I have had with a dealership so far.

I brought a vehicle here to sell as part of the KBB instant offer program. The instant offer was for $10k-11k. Once they looked the car over and someone drove it , they said they could only do $5k. I walked and took it to another place that offered me $11k. I don t know how the rest of the dealership functions, but take your used vehicle elsewhere.

Without a doubt my experience with Land Rover, and Mark Murray in particular, over the last 10 years or more has been exceptional. No matter what the issue is, big or small, Mark responds to my questions and queries ASAP. He goes the extra mile and more to make sure I understand everything about which I am asking. There are never too many questions, and he always has an answer, and if the answer is not readily available, he takes the time to search it out.Mark has gone out of his way, no matter where I am in the country, to take care of any issues I might have. I tell everyone who is interested in a quality automobile to call Mark. Mark is impeccably honest, forthright, upbeat, and extraordinarily helpful.If there is a rating scale from one to 10, 10 being excellent, I give Mark a 50!!

My own experience was really bad, I called in advance for a vehicle and I explained I was in Wyoming, 8 hours away from the dealership. The sales guy Leo told me the car was in excellent conditions and honestly it's until you try to stop, the brakes are extremely bad. After 2 hours in the dealership I left without the car because they said the vehicle passed the inspection, they agreed the brakes will not last for a long time but they are in the limit acceptable. I drove 2 vehicles and both of them in the same conditions. They said because of the stones on the road. In my opinion land rover is a respected mark and they are making land rover looks like a cheap buy here pay here dealership I will never recommend this dealership. Besides that the vehicles I was trying to buy had been in the inventory for more than 2 months. So easy to assume they are not the best place to buy a car.The manager have a really bad attitude, he doesn't have any kind of courtesy.. the lady in finance office is horrible, (Courtney, she told me i have to wait a week before getting the car because they do not accept wire transfers) even if i do a check i have to wait until clear... and Leo well he try but he have no self opinion. I went to another dealership a and I got a car in less than 1 hour. They lost a customer, a sale. And the only reason they got 1 start is Because I can't do a review and write 0 because they don't deserve even my time to write, but I want others to know, you can't trust them. Pick an official Land Rover dealership. This people here doesn't deserve to touch this masterpieces. Most likely this review never get published in Google but who ever read it and hide it, please notice sometimes people need to get advice before making a 100K decision. Thank you
