Hands down The best place to ever get your vehicle serviced I m bad with names great with faces they know me by name I have seen the same faces for many years I take my 95 GMC regularly 2 thumbs up/2toes up with a great car wash with an oil change to boot wow very professional I approve. you will leave with a smile on your face

Super friendly staff and mechanics. One of the fastest 16 point inspections and service I have ever gotten. Didn't try to tell me I needed anything that I didn't need. Grease Monkey has my business from now on.

The place was packed when I came, and I was surprised there was not a long wait. My oil change costed less for the large suv than I anticipated and I didnt need an appointment. It has a small waiting room and friendly staff.

Fast, kind, and efficient. Had them do my serpentine belt and plugs after an oil change. No sales pitch and no pressure. They got my Prius back in the bay and performed the work in the time charged, they even used the OEM plugs I had on hand. Excellent price for the service and a great spot to go to get some routine maintenance done if you don t have time to wait for an appointment at a mechanic. Feeling a lot better about my trip back to Washington. Thanks team.

Don t go here was scammed on two front brakes and the customer service is terrible they didn t explain why or try to resolve this they charged me 1800 for two front brakes never again!

I came here just to get a simple oil change the staff was very nice and friendly, but I had a couple of problems.The mechanic overfilled my crank case with oil by probably a full quart. My car started smoking as I was on a longer drive and I realized that was the reason why. I m hoping now that there isn t any serious damage.I also had a mug in my car that was broken by whoever was servicing my car and no one said anything.I m not angry about these things, but I am disappointed and don t believe I can recommend this shop.

Beware!!!! This place is a scam!!! This is the cost of having front brakes and rotors done! Nearly 1800. You can get it done cheaper ANYWHERE else. Do not go here!!!

The owner and crew are top notch, I needed a battery replaced and it was closing time, but Loren took the time to send Ivan to jumpstart my car to get it to the garage, and then Loren changed my battery for me, so I could get home. This crew is better than I've ever experienced. Compared to the dealership, Grease Monkey in Glenwood is in another league. They are fast, exceptionally friendly and professional (the same employee remembers my name as soon as I pull up every time) and their prices are some of the most affordable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Service: Oil change

I own a business with a fleet of cars and trucks and they all get serviced here and have been for at least 20 years. The owners, management and staff are all the best. They are very good to point out things that need attention before they become larger problems. They are also often much faster and less expensive to make smaller repairs then the dealer.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

I come here because their automated car wash is about the best bang for your buck, with a good undercarriage spray. Just one comment, would be great if whoever puts the closed sign and barrel out at the entrance would also change the one facing highway

Beware of the carwash. Swiped my credit card and started to pull in, but the door slammed shut. Then the card reader said carwash out of service. No employees on site, so will have to dispute the charge.

Loren came to greet us and listened to what had happened to us at valvoline oil in Avon (they didn t tighten the bolts on my skid plates and so my truck was making a major rattling noise). We were stuck in Glenwood, on our way to an appointment in Palisade, and in too much of a hurry (and worried to be driving my truck) to turn around and go back to Avon There was a bit of wait at Greese Monkey but Loren got under my truck right there.. saw the loose bolts, tighten em and sent us on our way!! Thank you so much Loren for taking the 5 min to help us out and get us back on the road safe..This will be my one and only stop for any truck issues when we are in Glenwood!

There was a loud screeching noise coming from my wheel, brought my car in and they were able to fix the problem, and give me an oil change, in less than 20 minutes. There was a small pebble lodged in my wheel, causing the noise. Overall a seamless experience and very good customer service. I d recommend to anyone

These guys are great! A piece of my windshield wipers broke off and they fixed it right then and there no charge. So nice good service both on my car and to me. Also love the cookies and sodas and coffee. Love these guys

These guys are legends!!! I had 3.5 hours left of a 20 hour road trip when my car broke down about 10 miles outside of Glenwood Springs. I had it towed by AAA, who claimed no shops would be open since it was after 3 on a Saturday. We found Grease Monkey which was closing at 4. We called ahead and they agreed to at least look at it and run a diagnostic. We didn t get there until 3:50, ten minutes before they close. Well they were able to figure out the problem, get a part from a store nearby, and fix the car! They worked about 20 minutes past closing to help us and charged us a very reasonable price. So thankful for them.

The woman at the front desk is not friendly. They inflated my tires to 40 psi when manufacture calls for 30 psi, the labor guys were nice. It says 30 psi on the door jamb, all they have to do is look but they did not. I am always Leary of quick oil places so I watch carefully. They corrected issue when I asked them to. Just keep an eye on what they do to your car.

I have been taking my cars to GWS Grease Monkey for many years. I won't go anywhere else! Loren, Annette and crew are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure I'm safe on the road.
