Went to the Glenwood Discount to get 4 new tires on our truck and 4 new 5th wheel camper tires I will say they were very nice got the tires here and they all worked together on mounting them all in a timely manner. We don t drive the truck much and just got it out to get ready for camping this is when I noticed the rims on one side were trashed!!! Scratches everywhere so who ever did the right side sucked!! And these are not cheap rims!! It s been a couple weeks and I m sure they won t take responsibility now so be sure and examine your rims before you leave the place and don t use Glenwood this is my second disappointment here in Glenwood the other was charging $130 to mount 2 Lawn mower tires so Grand Junction is going to be my go to place from now on the travel time will pay off in the end. Very disappointed

It s amazing to me how you think you are familiar with a business, but then one experience can flip things upside down for you. I have been going to Discount Tire GS for years, for my three vehicles, my son s cars, 6 or so work vehicles and my travel trailer. Always had a good experience I ve even bought the entire team pizzas for lunch one trip until now. Ordered snow tires online and set an appointment for my wife to go in and get them installed. I was at work when I got a call from Tony that the tires were not in yet. OK things happen, would have been nice to know sooner as my wife was on her way to the shop, so I inquired about any alternates that they had in stock. We settled on an upgrade and carried on. When I get home from work and looked, they had put on the wrong sized tires AND charged me for the service contract which I had declined for my online order ($171). Called Tony the next morning, the tire size would not ordinarily be a big issue, but I couldn t use the spare if I needed it, and I didn t want the contract. He offered a correct size spare, but my vehicle uses a temporary spare, so that wouldn t work. I suggested he give me a credit for the contract that I didn t want, but keep it in place, then if something did happen to the tires, I d be covered. He agreed. 4 days later no credit. My wife called him back to inquire and he denied the entire conversation and resolution my wife heard the entire thing, and verified I wasn t crazy. Called back cancelled the contract, and I will not go back there again. They put on the wrong size tire without saying a thing, hoping I wouldn t notice (apparently, they did NOT have any correct sized snow tires), charged for a contract I denied and went back on their word on an appropriate resolution. This is for a regular customer. Quick count, between personal and Company, well over 60 tires in the last few years. For less than the price of one tire, they weren t willing to do the right thing. I guess that s where we are at these days. Buyer beware.

I couldn t be happier with the service I get from this location. It s pretty clear that the store manager, Matt, knows how to build a culture based on customer service. I recently went in for a rotation and balance of my tires. Upon checkout, the tech informed me that he had taken the liberty to reset my TPMS sensors which the dealership wouldn t do without an up charge. Always a great experience at this store.

I purchased full set of tires, plus full warranty. One of the tires has leaked air and gone completely flat every three days.I ve taken the car in three times, driven 49 miles and waited hours.Every time they said they fixed it they didn t.Now the last time I went in the guy told me I m at or near the end of life of the tires.If I hadn t had to rotate the tires constantly to keep up with the flat tire wear, tires would have lasted longer.Not to mention the wear and tear on my all wheel drive system!!!They sold me bad tires and a useless warranty. Never going back! They should have replaced the tire right away or all of them on warranty!Not o mention every single time the guy try s to replace my brand New windshield wipers, every single time!

These guys are consistently helpful, kind, and considerate. When I left a wheel at home Matt, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me with a solution. I will always buy tires from these guys simply because of how well they treat people.

I have bought tires all over the valley, this discount tire has saved me from those places more than once and I don t think I will ever go anywhere but here again. Most recently Ryan R. Got me out of a dangerous situation and got my wheels safe last minute for a few hundred mile trip that I had to take. Thanks for saving me and my kids today!

this is a top tier shop! I pulled in with no appointment after putting on a spare tire a few miles away to ask their techs to check the lugnut torque and air pressure on the spare, since I was driving back down to Denver and wanted an expert assessment of whether I was in good shape. Manny (give this dude a promotion) came out quickly to double check for me and set my mind at ease... despite not having bought my tires there or paying them for this service. I left with gratitude and respect for the care that they put into what they do. 10/10

Up here in Routt County we have a shortage of good tire shops and everyone is a month out. Matt and his crew got me done in 1 day and swapped tires in less than an hour. One of his crew needs to audition 4 The Voice ! He can sing it yo!

I was told a timeframe and was surpassed by over an hour. A younger gentleman that came 30 minutes after I did, his vehicle was in the bay and completed before mine was in the bay. The gentleman waiting in the lobby was sitting with his friend that is a discount tire employee. I can only imagine his friend moved out work orders around to favor his friend. Won t buy 2000 dollars worth of tires here ever again.

Was hunting up in the White River Plateau and blew the side wall of my tire in the backcountry. Gave these guys a call, asked about the warranty I had on the tires and order a new one that arrived only a couple days later. I limped back with on my spare and it only took them half an hour to install the new one. Thanks guys! Y all delivered when I was in such an emergency and was able to get back in the hunt right away!

While leaving Valley View Hospital after a medical procedure a polite, young, gentleman cautioned my wife and I that a rear tire was going flat. So, on the way home (50 miles away) we decided to stop at the relatively new Discount Tire. Unfortunately, they were quite busy and there was a possible two and one-half hour wait. The front desk employee, Tony, apologized for this fact. He was both kind and polite. Within an hour Tony was able to squeeze us into the shop schedule. This was truly appreciated after the hospital procedure. As for the shop technician, Issac, he too was polite, kind, and attentive to my request to check the other tires for a possible problem. Truly, Discount Tire has provided excellent service for us since 1997. We have to admire the Discount Tire HR department for their ability to find such intelligent, sociable, polite, and hardworking people to become their employees.

Discount tires is really the best when it comes to customer service. Even though they were slammed with work and customers, they fit me in for a free tire repair, and were super friendly and helpful. I'd add that they met Tire Rack's online sale price when I originally purchased my tires last year.

Everyone at Discount Tire was kind, quick, and efficient with their service. Everything from checking in to checking my tires and then changing them took no time at all. I appreciate being able to come to a place and knowing it has great service, especially when it comes to tires. I will definitely be coming here for my next tire change. Thank you!

Fantastic service and even better hospitality. I was helped by an employee named Justin Allen twice and both times were fantastic. Extremely nice guy and an even better employee. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

Excellent service installing 4 snow tires in early December despite the shop being very busy. Staff kept me well informed as work was performed. I would not hesitate to use this tire shop again in the future.

I have used Discount Tire for year and generally had good service and decent prices. Recently there have been some hiccups with wrong tires being put on or issues with their ordering system that had soured my opinion lately. That being said, the team at the Glenwood store has worked hard to remedy and make up for missteps. I appreciate the customer service they have provided.

Hugely disappointing at this location. I bought some new tires on my truck and they ended up being one size too large. On full turn they rubbed. A safety issue! After trying to fix the issue myself I called and Mike told me that I could bring it in and they would measure the tires and prorate the wear and then I could trade them in for a smaller size and pay for the new install. I found that reasonable enough so FOUR days later I came in and they then tell me that I m ONE DAY too late from being able to trade them in. They then offer me an insulting amount to trade the tires in (that still look brand new) and say that they are used tires now even though one day ago I could ve just traded them like I was initially told I could do four days ago. Then he starts trying to sell me new wheels so the tires won t rub. So bottom line, they don t care about customer service here. Only money. I ve used other locations before and have spent a ton of money with this company and usually it s been great. Never at this location will I give another dollar. Very disappointing. I will go with Alpine Tire next time.

Amazing location, not only did they have quick and personal service, my attendant and tech were quick to help and very concerned when my cat went missing while waiting for the car to get serviced. Tammy and Bryan helped me so much and I can t thank them enough

I bought tires here, not a cheap kind either and was coming back for regular rotation. 2,5 years later it's obvious to me that this place isn't here to take care of the tires you purchased, it's rather for you to buy new ones as soon as possible. Won't come back!

Ordered tires online and scheduled an appointment for a week. When I went to my appointment my tires weren't there and they tried to sell me different ones they had in stock. I went home and waited a few more days before I called discount tire customer service. Customer service ice told me the order for my tires wasn't placed until Monday morning the day of my scheduled appointment. There's not many options out here but I would find somewhere else to get tires

I don't typically do reviews of retail biz stuff, but these guys deserve it.I had a big blowout on a Sunday, so went in early Monday AM to get it fixed. They were absolutely slammed the entire day from before open (line out the door) to well after closing time, still servicing cars. Everyone was frantically trying to get snow tires before the first big storm. The calendar said i could get an appointment in about 3-4 weeks... so I was aware my chances were not good last minute.These guys were super professional, fit me in even though they were well overbooked, but it was gonna be much later in the day. they were cranking out cars nonstop and the service area was trying to have fun and make the best of it. Near the end of the day when I came back to get my car there was another person who had a major blowout on the highway - they agreed to take him in past 7pm, just super super cool even though they were going on 12+ hours and could have waved him off.I also watched as one impatient jerk after another came through and they treated them kindly and helped as best they could. One old guy came in a couple times whining that his sports car wasn't riding "smooth enough" after they put new tires on - standing at front with arms crossed and cussing in front of kids with their moms also in line. Another older lady repeatedly cut the line because apparently her time was critical over all the others. nevertheless, the employees spent time with each person to make sure they got what they wanted.Thankless job so I just wanted to be sure they got some kudos.

IM SO SORRY i got there like a hour after they closed i feel awful they got it looked at a lot earlier than expected justin was great super helpful and my tires are good so overall they should give you guys a raise very much appreciated

I love discount tire but this location sucks. Every time I go they tell me an hour wait and its 2 or 3 times that. Last time they said an hour and a half. 4 hours later I left because they were never going to get me in. The guys seem nice but they are just too slow and unreliable. Maybe if they turned the loud music down and did their jobs they would be more efficient.

I've been using Discount Tire for several years and have not been disappointed. The service staff always have a smile and are very good at their jobs. Highly recommend getting tires and routine balance and rotation here.

Very nice and professional team. I wanted specific rims and tires for my crosstrek, Ryan helped me to find them online, called their providers and ordered them for me. Couple of days later, wheels were ready to be installed! Unbeatable price and efficient!
