CATS hauled a '73 Jeep CJ7 for me from Rifle to Golden and even did it on a Sunday! Very good pricing and did not charge extra for the weekend. The driver, Daniel, was on time and extremely professional, courteous, and safe. He had to navigate some tricky terrain and worked quickly and efficiently. He also came into work on his day off just to do this job! What was really cool was it was exactly one year after my dad passed and I was picking up his Jeep. I hadn't planned it that way and Daniel made the simple act of picking up my dad's Jeep on the anniversary of his death a meaningful and special moment through his insightfulness and thoughtfulness. Amazing response time! It can be tough to get folks up to Aspen -- but Ryder is a rockstar! He got to me very quickly after o called for roadside assist and he stayef I touch with me and let me know where he was and ETA super cool guy, great service and he knew exactly what he was doing Great job, thank you!

C.A.T.S. was sent to assist us when our Uhaul tire burst after hours. (We literally pulled up to Uhaul at 5:20 and told us we were out of luck.) Anyways - this guy drove an hour to Rifle to assist us and got us back on the road with ease. Not only that, he checked out our whole trailer set up and noted that we didn t have a wire connecting our trailer lights. We would have been driving down I 70 in the dark without brake lights on our car hauler. Literally terrifying though this guy found us a cable and put on our new tire and we are back on the road. Richie and Zach provided the diamond, platinum, and gold standard of customer service. Please give them a pay raise, promotion, and extra vacation time for their outstanding service. Richie is so friendly and took great care with my car to make sure there was no damage while towing it out of a deep steep snowbank and that was also stuck from underneath from hitting a steel reflector highway marker. Zach showed up to help and was outstanding in removing the steel reflector highway marker that was stuck under my SUV. It is a breath of fresh air to have such wonderful, warm, friendly, competent, and experienced service during the stressful time when my car slid off the highway into a snow bank and was stuck on a metal reflector pole. Please recognize Richie and Zach for perfectly fixing my very scary experience where my SUV was almost on it's side. They both have the best and most warm professionalism which is so rare these days. They both take great care in their work and serving the customer so it is extra nice when people like Richie and Zach restore your confidence after the terrifying experience of sliding on ice off of the highway. With all the bad things happening in the world, people like Richie and Zach give me hope that there are wonderful people out there.Let's hear it for Richie and Zach! Big Kiss! CATS Towing did an excellent job relocating our custom Tiny Home back at the end of May.Richie, the driver arrived a half an our early (!!) to the Front Range location 180 miles away from Glenwood. He was experienced and professional.You can imagine we had some concerns trusting anybody towing a custom built structure on wheels hovering on the brink of legal size and weight limits dragged over the Divide - yet she arrived without any issues.Richie and Co. are professional, trusted and reasonably priced. This company helped us out so much. Our family was traveling from Ohio to Utah and our camper broke down on 70. Danny came and towed us to tractor supply and helped my husband change the leaf spring and tires on our camper. We were tired and exhausted from the drive so having an angel like Danny help my husband so we could get back on the road was an actual lifesaver. He stayed and helped my husband until 11 at night. I d definitely recommend them! Our insurance was trying to charge us a ridiculous amount and they re actually an affordable/reasonable option. I d use them every time if we were in the area. Service was great and professional. Got a tow after a blowout on the interstate. Danny "CaddyShack" is a true pro and extremely helpful and friendly. Met the owners and they were super nice and helpful too. Knew exactly how to care for my Tesla. While On vacation we had car problems so our car insurance called C.A.T.S Towing. Absolute Best Company to use! They went out of their way and picked us up at our hotel and took us to our vehicles several miles away And then took us to the mechanic as well. Great conversation, very friendly man, (loved the Aussie Accent as well) and a great trainer. (He was training a guy while we were with him) He did superb!!!! Making us laugh so much and made our day so much better.

We were stranded on I-70 and never happier see a tow arrive. Patrick, our tow truck driver, was polite, kind and got us to a safe location where he changed our tire. if only every business interaction could go so smoothly! We d recommend CATS Towing and Patrick in particular, without any hesitation.

I was parked at a business right next door to CATS and walked over to ask an easy question. I had jumpstarted my rental car that morning and the car s computer was freaked out, I needed to reset the car s computer to get the electronics working properly before the long trek back to Denver. I knew what I needed to do, and the wrench to do it. The guy at the counter rudely explained they wouldn t give me the 10mm wrench to unhook my battery for 5 seconds and tighten it back down. He said the mechanic could come look at it, but I d be charged the hourly rate. Please. I told him I d just go to the auto parts store and get a loaner set of tools for a 60-second fix. My experience should give you a sense of this place. I wouldn t trust them for any car service whatsoever. They re about milking money out of people and not much else. $125 to tow my car approx 3 miles.I wanted it towed to a certain street when tow driver came he made a call to Alpine motors said it would be best to take it in and have Alpine motors look at it instead of parking it on the street. So he was a smooth talker and a talker he was !Next day I go to Alpine motors and he tells me engine is blown . It would cost 5 to$6000 for another engine . When I asked why is my car still in the garage he said when you pay me $60 I'll bring car out.He did let me get things out of car.I have never been charged for someone to look at my car just to tell me what's wrong with it. So now I have paid $185.00 to tell me my engine is blown. They are nice enough to let me leave car for a couple of days untilI can get someone to tow it outta there and scrap it.Because if 3 miles was ,$125.00 I cant imagine what they would charge to take it 20 miles to the nearest scrap place !!The tow driver's robust yakky personality made up for the guy in the service dept. Who was not very robust

Liars. They advertise as being a 24 hour tow service. They're not. I broke down on the side of I-70 in Glenwood Springs at 10pm in the dead of winter. I called repeatedly and only ever got a voicemail. Luckily CSP managed to find me a tow truck that had to drive all the way from Parachute. The driver told me that all the "24-hour" tow companies in Glenwood turn off/ignore their phones at night. CATS is not a 24 hour tow company. If they have no problem lying about something as basic as their business hours, there's no way they could be honest elsewhere in their business. Stay away at all costs.Service: Car towing

I am very happy to report my experience with CATS Towing was perfect today. Danny Nooman was very professional during the tricky move of my large box-truck. Danny spent the required time to ensure that loading/unloading and transporting the truck was done in the safest way possible.I will not hesitate to recommend CATS Towing to friends/family who need a tow.

We experienced an issue while on our travel that resulted in the need of immediate tow. THANK GOD FOR CATS!!!Within 15 minutes of placing a call Patrick arrived in a heavy duty flat bed. He was professional, knowledgable, and offered lite conversation when I needed it most. The ordeal was mitigated very quickly thanks to Patrick.Usually when calling on a tow service, one is not having a good experience. Patrick was able to rescue my beloved truck and our travel trailer home swiftly. He also rescued our scary experience on the Sunday after July 4th and brought smiles and thanksgiving to our lives.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You literally saved us.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT NOT USE CATS TOWING. Had then pick up my truck, was 4 hours late, wasn t delivered on time, popped my tire WHILE ON THE TRAILER! didn t want to get me a new one. When they finally got me a new one they tried to make me pay for it. Took two weeks to get the new tire. Daniel is rude and Short with customers. Always no masks in the middle of a pandemic.Service: Local hauling

After call ing multi local lock services. Kenn came to unlock our car on our anniversary trip when we were out-of-towners, even though our car was being a PITA to get unlocked, he and Daniel worked with it to not leave us stranded. I Wasn't expecting to be a bone head and lock my keys in a car. But in the end I met some outstanding dudes. Thanks!!!Service: Car lockouts

Our pickup transmission went out while pulling a load near Glenwood Springs. We called CATS and they quickly devised a solution. They were affordable, arrived promptly and Danny our driver was professional and pleasant company.

CAT Employees with pickup and tow truck showed at our shop, wanted to take a trailer we were working on for a customer. Said it was stolen, would not prove any details, demanded it and THREATENED EMPLOYEE. If it was not blocked by another vehicle they would have stolen it. They were told we were calling the owner of the trailer and they should call the police. Sheriff came, all said and done the trailer is not stolen. My customer had to leave a meeting in aspen and drive to glenwood , important shop time was wasted and not one attempt at an apology. NOT OK
