Take your jeep from upside-down in a ditch to shiny and new in one month!CARS provided fast and effective service, communicated through each step of the process and gave a great result! They came recommended by my mechanic, Jim s automotive, and proved to be a great choice. Top notch service and great pricing! I had C.A.R.S replace my windshield with OEM Mercedes glass and they gave me a deal that was less than aftermarket glass at a local competitors business. Really impressed with the customer service and how they detailed my car after service, the front desk receptionists were awesome, the work that was done great, and the owner and entire staff really made the experience enjoyable! I feel like they took exceptional care of me and my car! Thank you!

I had a bad experience with a semi truck driver who backed into me in a round about and then lied about it and said I ran into him. I was also having bad days at work. I was pretty stressed out.C.A.R.S. and my insurance company Geico turned that around. Even though the longer than expected wait wasn t their fault, the owner still made it up and did the right thing. I highly recommend this business. Great job all around.My car was like I had just picked it out at the dealership brand new. Amazing service and amazing work.Service: Body & Trim

If you want to give your business to a terrible human, go with this company. This man, driving a CARS truck, refused to slow down on Red Mtn road on an immensely snowy day, even when I stepped into the road to indicate that my dog was ahead beyond the curve. He was not going to slow down for me and was going so fast that my friend burst into tears, convinced my dog would be hit. This man had stopped ahead a short while later, and shouted, I wasn t going to hit your dog to which I replied, Why didn t you slow down? He said sarcastically, Because I m pushing snow, is that all right with you? I said no, common courtesy indicates giving space to and slowing down for pedestrians, especially in foul weather. He proceeded to lecture me about how I don t live here (I do) and he wasn t going to listen to any preaching from me. It was gross, rude, and entirely void of owning up to his lack of safety and respect. The public road on Red Mountain is full of pedestrians, young and old, and pets. Even in good weather, people typically drive with caution, because that is the right thing to do. This display was toxic and I d steer well clear of this pathetic little man.

This shop is first rate. They did body work and electronics replacement, and completed everything beautifully, while keeping me advised of progress daily. You won't go wrong with these guys. In response to John, my 3 star review was not meant as an insult. Your receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a very thorough estimate. I truly appreciate the value of your occupation and expertise. Unfortunately, as you stated, the work I needed done would be paid out-of-pocket. $2,800 (ish?) for rust repair and paint is way out of my budget considering that my vehicle is a 1999 and appraises around $3,000. Nothing personal or negative. Just expensive.

Rear passenger side caught the back corner of a semi during one of our great 2023 snowstorms. C.A.R.S. were super quick responding to my estimate request and did impeccable work repairing my car. You can t even tell anything tore into the body. Paint is also a perfect match. Will definitely use again in the future if I need it! This is a superb business with great staff and workers. Sadly we have had to have significant body work repairs made three different times to our cars. After our first visit to C.A.R.S. we never considered going anywhere else. The manager, John, makes everything easy, gives straight and helpful answers and just as the company says: the car looks like new. This is an A+, ten out of ten company run by caring professionals. Excellent customer service and the best price. I will definitely go back. Staff is very friendly. My only critique is the quote was a few hundred more than I was initially told and I didn t find out until I got the bill. I went here on the recommendation of the Audi dealership in Glenwood because they do not have their own collision center within the service department. Despite receiving the highest estimate from C.A.R.S., ultimately I chose to go with them because they were the most helpful over the phone in explaining the process and what it would look like. That is where my positive experience ends. The day I dropped my car off we walked through everything that was supposedly going to be fixed and when I went to leave and expressed how nervous I was, I was told we ll try! For the entire time my car was in their possession I received no updates, no pictures, nothing. The day I picked it up no one was available to speak to (theoretically) so the first thing I did was drive to a parking lot, park in the sunshine, and do a full inspection/quality control myself. What I saw could not have been worse or further from expectation. There was bubbling and texture to the paint, places where scratches had been buffed, not fixed, and made worse, there was damage to the other side of the car, and the body lines that were lost in the impact were not recovered. For $5,000 it is an understatement to say I was disappointed. I alerted C.A.R.S. of my disappointment (with pictures) within hours of picking my car up and they did take it back to re-do it but it is only marginally better than it was the first time. I will be having another shop re-do this work because currently I cannot bear to look at it. Under absolutely no circumstances would I recommend using C.A.R.S.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ok the work done was fine, I guess my door still was not flush when I picked up and their solution was to bend door forcibly with hands to make flush. Doubt that is correct.Communication with me, rental company and insurance company 0/5 stars.Windows did not roll down and I had to explain to office and mechanic that there is a code to activate windows.My opinion only but repairs took too long. Inside detail was mediocre at best.Will not return.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Passenger window completely blew out, shattered spraying glass all thru my car. I was on Interstate 70 in Colorado heading east on cross country trip. CARS was able to fit me in to their busy schedule to clean out the glass through out the car. They did great job. Staff very compassionate and wanting to assist. I was stuck in Glenwood Springs 2 weeks waiting for a replacement window to arrive from Denver thru a glass specialty groups. When I called CARS manager again for help he offered to assist to see if his network had any windows.I highly recommend this company! Thanks again for your excellent service.

C.A.R.S is an outstanding business. My car was hit by a plow and I didn t get a quote until June and AJ worked with the insurance company through the whole process. He called with updates frequently and made sure to see everything through. They even went above and beyond and fixed a scratch and dent outside of the impacted area. My car looks fantastic and honestly better than before the accident. Although my horn didn t work after the repairs I brought it back in and it was fixed in 10 minutes. Super great local business providing excellent service!

AJ and Tammy took care of both my insurance matters and the rental car. Their customer service made the entire process easy for me. I appreciate that they are wearing masks when with customers and have masks for customers if needed. My car looks brand new on the outside and I'm shocked that the inside looks like it's been detailed! The cherry on top is they gave me a very nice stainless steel water bottle and a travel size package of disinfectant wipes.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim
