Best car buying experience I have ever had. Jaime Ayala took great care of me! Traded in my Audi A7 for a 2019 Audi A8L, the car is perfect. It s the color I wanted, low miles, and best part is my tall teenagers fit comfortably in it!

Had some amazing help today from Kelly and the team. 10/10 place to go when looking for a vehicle. Amazing help with helping find numbers and finding what would work best. Thank you guys again for the service and helping me choose my new 22 Laramie pickup. Overall great help. Great service. I purchased a new ride this week, the sales rep Kelly Denny, he was the best!. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. He made sure I was taken care of. His patience and knowledge did not go unnoticed. I am so happy to be in my new Jeep. I appreciate how fast and efficient everyone was.P.s Thanks Kelly for sharing your lunch with my dogs.

We recently purchased a 2020 Denali from Berthod Select in Glenwood Springs and I couldn t be happier with our decision. Kelly Denney helped us out from start to finish, making the process quick and seamless. Upon pickup, the SUV had been expertly detailed and looked brand new. Good experience, I had Hugo as a salesman. They let us go on our own test drive, we didn't have to request that. Which I appreciated. Hugo wasn't pushy, we went in, I made an offer, and they accepted first try. We weren't there for a real long time either. They even offered to pick up my car and drop it off for some service the car needed. I live in GJ, so it's a drive. Thanks for a good car buying experience. Recommended.

I purchased a truck from Hugo at Berthod in July 2022. I found the truck I had litteraly searched the entire country for at this dealership. Hugo held the truck for me, got me better financing than I was able to find on my own, flew me and my girlfriend from the San Francisco Bay Area in California out to pick up the truck and picked us up 80 miles from the dealership in my new truck, did the paperwork in about 15-20 minutes and I was on my way back home for a 1100 mile road trip. The entire purchase experience was incredibly easy and 100% painless Hugo took care of everything. I just showed up signed and drove home. I can t recommend this place enough and I will fly out again to purchase a vehicle without a thought. These guys take care of their customers the way that you expect with a Vehicle Purchase and then they surprise you by going the extra mile or 80 or 1100. You won t be disappointed.

Josh and Hugo at Berthod Motors are the only car dealers I will deal with. I drive 5 hours one way just to know that when I get to the dealership they have sold me a quality product. If I have any issues when I get back to my hometown they immediately tell me to take it in, get it fixed and they will pay for it. I seriously would Never use any other car dealership. These guys are amazing.

I had the most unexpected experience at Berthod last week. I actually walked in on the way home from driving my son to school to see what they had, as my vehicle was wrecked in South Canyon on black ice a week before. I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. The service is outstanding and I would highly recommend Kelly as a sales representative for sure. He went out of his way and picked me up at the car rental place in the middle of a snow storm. My tank was filled with gas, the car was spotless and in excellent condition. The price was a lot lower than I expected and it had the leather seats and the auto hatch opener button. I'm soooooo happy and will always highly recommend Berthod Motors. I was literally in and out of there in just a few hours ...

Hands down the best dealer I have been to. The customer service was off the charts. Never had a dealer go out of their way for me like these guys did. Marcus did a great job communicating every step of the way and was very helpful with any questions I had. They had great selection of cars. Overall, amazing dealership to go to.

We had the best experience with Kelly Denney! He took great care of us throughout the process, from ordering our vehicle, keeping us updated throughout, to delivery of the vehicle. This is my 2nd vehicle I have bought, and it couldn t have went any better! Adam was truly an honor to work with! I drove 6.5 hours for this car, and he communicated with me everyday, and updated me on things to make this process super easy! I was in and out within a couple hours. Cant stress the ease it was to finance as a first time buyer. Hugo found me the exact car I was sought out for , drove 5 hours out to pick it up and made sure it was equipped with all new amenities for this winter season . On top of all that , he found me the best APR and made it a 10 minute process . Definitely the only dealership that desirves anyones business .

We are beyond happy with our new GMC Terrain from Berthod Motors in Glenwood Springs, CO! Our salesman, Adam Storey, was so knowledgeable, helpful, personable and not pushy during our sale. We highly recommend his professional approach to making a buyer feel comfortable and informed when such a big decision is to be made. The dealership was welcoming, clean and friendly as well.
