Berthod Motors took care of my Ram 1500 and fixed a complicated problem from factory issue. Still love the truck. Jason, Heather and the team were helpful, professional and kind. Service manager Jason saw to it that Dodge Chrysler stepped up and paid for all repairs. They were done on tome and well.

We have purchased two new vehicles from Berthod Motors. Both the Jeep and now a new Ram both are great vehicles. Marcy is a great sales person and got exactly what we wanted. If something wasn t right he worked hard to make it good. Overall we will be back in a couple years.

I can t thank Tran enough. He made purchasing my 2020 Jeep Wrangler as smooth and painless as possible. He answered all my questions with no hesitations, really listened to what I wanted and needed out of a vehicle and he even recommended where I could go off-roading! I have had a couple questions since the purchase and have been able to call in and ask. Thank you thank you thank you!

Not only did Marcus help me smoothly and quickly with the purchase of my Nissan, he also came and picked me up from my house in Gypsum because I didn't have a way to get to the dealership to finish the paperwork.He also filled up my car, and gave me a gift as a holiday thank you for my purchase. Man what can I say, Berthod (Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge) motors took care of me so professionally! Carlos and Tina had my back and made sure that I was getting a Jeep that I wanted and could afford with no hassle or hesitation. I'm a traveler from NYC and I traded my old Jeep for a brand new one for the best deal a man could ask for. I love my new Rubicon, that bad boy is so fly! Thank you Berthod motors! I truly appreciate and strongly recommend this dealership if you're looking for an honest and family-oriented dealership. Big ups to you ladies and gentleman! Cheers!

I was really impressed with the customer service I received during a recent service visit to Berthod. My 14 JGC had cracked driver and front passenger seatbelt guides which didn t allow the seatbelts to retract; a safety issue which thankfully was covered under an extended warranty. I was told by another Jeep dealer that repairs would require making an appointment online for a 1st visit to troubleshoot, with maybe a day or two shop time, then another day or two shop visit to do the replacement if/when parts came in. (Total 4 days or more in shop with unknown time getting appointments and waiting for parts)Although Berthod is almost two hours away, I called them. They suggested I bring it in, they d look at it and order parts, then I could bring it back when parts arrived and they could repair it while I waited. Better but not best.Anyway, got to Berthod, wife and I checked in, and went to their waiting lobby. While there we were offered coffee, and before we finished the coffee, they informed me they had parts in stock and if we could wait another hour they d replace everything. Additionally they offered a fee shuttle ride into town so we could grab lunch.Got back, car was done. They d also washed it and cleaned the interior.I couldn t have asked for better service. A shout out to Savannah, Heather, and Jason. All seemed like they actually liked their jobs and helping customers; something I ve not seen from a dealership in a long timeI definitely make the drive next time I need service and when the time comes for a new Jeep or Ram, Berthod will be my choice.

I always hate the process of buying a new vehicle, so imagine my anxiety over buying a new vehicle in a completely different state. However Patrick provided the best service and was very responsive to every email/text I sent him in the process. I also need to give credit to the Finance Department. It was by far the fastest and easiest processes I have been through in purchasing a vehicle. If you are not buying your vehicles from Berthod Motors and you live close to Glenwood Springs - you are doing something wrong.

Now the reason why I'm giving a five-star is because the last review I did I gave a one-star but a five-star today because they took care of the problem that I had with my vehicle obviously it was a factory recall so there was no charge and they were very for the last visit because last visit somewhere along the lines got Twisted the communications on the factory recall window that was supposed to be replaced on the 1st I missed work that day I took off my soft top for that day and the work did not get done that day but mistakes happen and everybody's lives in at home and in the workplace so I have to say thank you to Jason at Berthoud Auto Parts orthod service department I should say and I just want to say thank you for getting the work done promptly and efficiently they were most definitely helpful and thank you

I recently bought a Mustang through this dealership and I would like to thank Hugo Mendoza for the great lengths he went through to be able to get the exact car I was looking for. Brandun is the man to go through. I bought a truck from him last Friday and he made the experience beyond amazing. Kept constant contact and made the buying process super easy. Tran is absolutely amazing! I live in Grand Junction. He brought a vehicle down to me and his personality and demeanor made it the most comfortable test drive I had ever been in. He had no complaints no problems. Let me drive where I needed to drive or wanted to drive and when I told him I wanted to. When I wanted to think about it, there was no pressure. When I decided to buy the vehicle the next day, he brought it back down to me. Anything I have needed he has been right there always in a good mood with a smile on his face. He exhibit amazing, customer, service, and comfort. I highly recommend this dealership they will go above and beyond for you and you will actually enjoy the process of buying a new vehicle.

Horrible dealership- totally ruined my new car. Other reviews are just happy bc they got a new car .. seriously, I ve been going to this place for years and the old cowboys selling cars and the lack of service from repair manager etc is horrible- beware. This place needs an overhaul and new GM.

I had never done any business with Berthod Motors before so I called the dealership to connect with a sales person and I was connected to Crystal Goddard. First impressions tell me if I want to continue with this business and Crystal was wonderful from the beginning greeting and continued throughout the eventual vehicle purchase. I m not the easiest person to deal with when negotiating a purchase. I do my homework and know what a good deal looks like. Crystal showed my wife and I several vehicles and we worked the numbers on the one we liked. We didn t like the outcome so we went home leaving Crystal with an idea of what we were looking for. She hadn t forgotten us and a week later sent an email with 3 vehicles to look at and mentioned that the vehicle we liked was still available and the price had decreased. We subsequently purchased the SUV with the help of Crystal Goddard, her manager and the finance person. The staff was warm, friendly and personable. The most important part of this encounter is that I will return to Berthod Motors for my next vehicle because of the staff that makes you feel welcome and slowly gains your trust with their no nonsense approach to selling you a vehicle.

Feel so wronged and hussled for over almost $1,000.Took our vehicle in for a broken A/C. They advised that a condenser was punctured and needed replacement and that should fix the issue. We picked the vehicle up and the lady said it's all fixed but the A/C should take a minute to kick in but it's working. Had a quick drive and it never blew cold but it was also towards end of Friday business so just drove home. Monday brought the vehicle back as it was definitely still blowing hot air. They advised they'll check it out again. A week later, get a call that they further more thoroughly diagnosed there is a punctured hose that is leaking air so that is why the A/C is not fixed however this is common in old cars but now an ADDITIONAL $2,200 repair. So, if this is common, why was this not assessed in the initial diagnostic when we came to a Jeep EXPERT to tell us what needed to be repaired to fix the A/C? Why would you not double check all related potential issues and talk a customer into a repair that wasn't going to fix the issue they came to you with. Now, out $900 for an unnecessary repair. Of course we would have never repaired it if the dialogue was we think this is the issue but of course we didn't FULLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE FROM THE START there could be something else. We would have to have just not repaired it, saved ourselves over $900 and the of course their words "understaffed staff's" time in fixing our vehicle. Have a $900 new condenser but not a working A/C and too bad for us. Feel beyond ripped off and sick about this waste of time, money, and level of service.My family members and I have been loyal Berthod customers for decades. Not only purchased so many vehicles as well as been loyal in many big service jobs. SO disheartening to have this outcome from a dealership we've trusted and been such good customers. Beyond disappointed this was our situation with no apologies or customer service in attempting to rectify this situation.

Bought a gladiator last Saturday, going back to get it this Saturday. Fairly laid back experience. Lots of selection. Less expensive than other dealers since they have very few extra charges. A little weird to get to as far as location. Edit: The follow up is great. Had an issue and it's getting taken care of by Charlie.

Great service. Friendly staff. I was here for a couple of hours, waiting on a warranty recall. Clean bathrooms, comfy waiting area. I really appreciated not getting cornered by a bunch of salespeople, while I wandered around the lot. Their tucked in pretty good, but, they have a surprising selection when you walk their lot.Update...3rd time in their service department, and always a pleasure. Super friendly staff!! Thank you!

Unbelievable great experience!! First of all his name is Brandon Weedon my sales representative. I was at Berthod Motors 41/2 weeks ago looking at jeeps. I saw this nice gentleman outside and asked him if he worked here "Sometimes he laughed.." I asked why there were not any prices on these Jeep's? He asked well what are you looking for. We talked briefly and he stated I know just the jeep for you. And he did. He took me over to the other lot and showed me the most amazing jeep. I knew this jeep would be mine. It took four weeks to finalize everything.. Not only did Brandon go above and beyond for me so did Josh with Berthod MotorsI honestly have never been so pleased with any dealership as I am with Berthod Motors and Brandon. Patrick deserves 10 stars! He made my car buying experience so smooth and easy. We communicated via email/text and agreed on a monthly payment. Upon arriving at the dealership, I took the jeep for a test drive then sat down with Patrick and Jenna. They were great! Jay, the finance manager, was efficient as well. Was in and out with a new car in 2 hours! 10 out of 10 recommend Berthod Motors and Patrick!

Everyone Ive dealt with is great but Savannah in service is amazing. Anytime I schedule/bring in my company vehicle in she is up front and honest about everything. If there is a cancelation, she calls and always gets me in sooner when available.Thank you Berthod Service!

I absolutely adore the Jeep service team at Berthod Motors. Savannah and Celeste always take amazing care of me when I take my Grand Cherokee to get fixed. They truly listen to my concerns and do everything they can to fit me into their busy service schedule so my children and I are not without transportation for too long.
