Purchased a part online and determined I had ordered the wrong part which was my fault. So I took it into the store and they said I need go online to return it. I call online and they said go in store and they won t return it online. So I go into the store again and they refuse to help me still. When I look online it says both the store and online phone number will return the part for it, yet neither will. Didn t have time to deal with until I missed the return window so I m out a hundred bucks thanks autozone!

Wyatt was super helpful and friendly! When I noticed the line behind me, he told me not to worry and continued to help us as if we were the only people in there. It was so nice to not be rushed and feel confident with what I was getting. Thanks so much, Wyatt!!

Ms Randi provided excellent service it was a difficult job she stuck with it showing amazing patience to get the job done and also Jim also help me with the replacing of the air filter he helped me guiding how to do it excellent shop I recommend it

Very thankful for the nice lady who helped me find a new windshield wiper right as it was starting to rain! The self checkout feature here is cool; she helped install the wiper and had it done by the time I walked out the door from self checkout.

The customer service rep that helped me was fantastic was very quick and helpful when I just needed some license plate light bulbs. Went back in just to say I need tape/superglue or some help to finish the job and there was a lady, manager I m presuming because of the way she was presenting herself. That I asked for help and she proceeded to suggest I try to buy super glue and they can t help. Had multiple auto zone s employees help me with minor work, So didn t see a problem she must of got the job just to get by she shouldn t be in customer service with those attitudes towards customers, bad for business. Won t be coming back to this location I ll settle for Napa or O Reillys in town. Better customer service. More professional.

Literally an angel in disguise works here, I was almost stranded in Glenwood about 87 miles from my home and they helped me get my car taken care and got me back on the road! They were so helpful, after having been to 5 mechanic shops they were the only ones willing to help me! I greatly appreciate the help and kindness they showed me, my faith in humanity has been restored!

I stopped by AutoZone in Glenwood Springs for a variety of small parts, necessary but not especially pricy. Les and Mark went above and beyond, first helping me to figure out what was needed then to get everything to the car and in place. They sure acted as though it was the most important project of the day, however small. This is my experience consistently at the GWS AutoZone. 10 Stars!!!!

I never thought breaking down in a parking lot could be such a good experience. Mark A went above and beyond to help me and get me on my way. If you need anything auto related I strongly recommend this autozone as long and Mark A is working there!!

The counter workers went above and beyond to make sure that I got the wiper blades I needed. They looked up the size I needed and after choosing one that didn't fit, they kept working with me to make sure I got the correct ones. Even going out in a snow storm to verify that they fit. I really appreciate the effort they put in. Customer service like this is rare and is very much appreciated!

People make the place, not the only the place.I'll be traveling soon and making sure to protect myself everywhere I go, so I cover my face.I needed some oil for my car and this Trevor employee said : " Are you here to rob us?"Wow, I was shared but anyway that was still okay until he checked me at the register like I was a stranger without asking me if I had a membership or my phone number. What a bad customer service and he said that's okay, I'll do it next time. I am very disappointed and definitely not a professional service!!! Mr judgemental...

Chandra was a great help - she found which windshield wipers I needed for my car. She even put them on for me & showed me how while doing it. She smiled, was polite, friendly and made my shopping experience great!

Great service. Big help. & such compassionate people. Tonight my mother encountered a problem with her vehicle. Randi & Mark were willing to help her in anyway they could! We almost had to leave our Jeep to be towed. Randi offered us a ride to any hotel we needed. Offered us refreshments. They stayed there with us till finally them & my mom were able to get it started. My mother is so grateful for there help. Overwhelmed with how kind and helpful they were to a complete stranger. Thank you so much for your great service. Thank you for being the good in this world. We need more people like you. God bless you always.

I had a battery error code showing up on my dashboard. I called the store first to see how they could help and Tyler answered. He assured me that we could test my car battery and then decide where to go from there. By the time I got there he had the new battery ready just in case and walked me through the testing process and explained everything very well. Allen was quick to ring me up inside as I decided to buy a new battery. Tyler installed it carefully but also so quickly! He even cleaned the existing corrosion off of the ports. He was so friendly and even helped me troubleshoot my check engine light. It was the gas cap! He saved me a trip to the Toyota dealership and did it all with a smile even though it was just before the store s closing time. So grateful and I will certainly be back! Tyler is #1!

Never been into this store. Besides the immediate repair of my terminal battery, the staff was laid back and knowledgeable. They were on it! So very kind and calm as I melted inside over another unexpected expense - their reassurance and quality service was incredibly impactful. Alan was amazing today! He quickly figured out my problem with a piece of my front bumper out of place and rubbing against my wheel making an awful noise. Not only did he find the right parts to clip it back in place, but did the labor for me for free and told me how it could have happened. I am VERY impressed! Every time I have ever come here, they have been awesome. Love this place. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thanks Alan!

Honestly, of the handful of parts stores in Glenwood, and nearby Rifle if you want to drive, this is the only one that I've ever had consistently great service at. I have yet to interact with any staff members who were less than totally courteous and professional, and the store itself is organized well, labeled clearly, and things are where they say they are. Prices are reasonable as well. Every parts store should strive to be like these guys.

I had the best experience I've ever had at an Autozone today. Trevor went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He tested my battery and alternator and determined my battery was dead, in which he helped me purchase a new one. He then installed it and even did a diagnostic test since my check engine light was on. Come to find out, the check engine light was on because of a bad battery which he said could be the reason. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, patient and displayed all around exceptional customer service! I will be sure to ask for him next time I'm at Autozone.

The employees at this location do a great job! They are super helpful, and friendly. They do their best to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.The location has great parking, and the store seems to always be well stocked and kept clean.

My car broke down 15 minutes outside of Glenwood Springs and after diagnosing the problem over the phone, realized it was a quick and affordable fix. On his lunch break, Tyler drove out to my car with the hosing, connection point, and clamps, prepared to fix my car. 30 minutes of hard work later, we were up and running with no signs of smoke! All for an act of kindness. I cannot recommend this Autozone enough, truly exceptional service.

Diana, Trever, and literally all other employees working on 08/02 were the most helpful and knowledgeable people you could ask for when you're in desperate need of different parts/tools during the process of elimination. We broke down while traveling from Illinois and needed their help throughout the entire day, making several trips in order to make it work. Thank you all!

Les & Alan were so kind and helpful, yesterday, at the Glenwood Springs location when I purchased new windshield wipers. They not only helped me find the right size... they also installed them in less than 5 minutes & I was back on the road! Thank you Auto Zone! Sincerely, Bianca

This AutoZone was incredibly helpful during our time fighting the Grizzly Creek wildfire. They were able to help us with an electrical issue in a prompt, efficient and professional manner. Would recommend them to any other first responders and the general public.

Went in looking for a low beam headlight and a high beam headlight. The Customer service was great but when I went to install the bulbs on my car I discovered that they were both the wrong type! So now I'm out $35 and some change, and because I opened the packaging I cannot return the bulbs! This is very frustrating. The only reason I didn't leave a one-star review was the friendliness of the staff.

This was the best AutoZone I have ever been too...Their customer service rep Les was wonderful he helped us out with trying to get back to our car...wonderful person and great service and I highly recommend this store..

AutoZone has awesome customer service. Dean Larry was above and beyond a helpful employee. He helped us test and change our battery in our 2005 dodge ram, and he even took a moment to clean the battery leads. We greatly appreciate his help, and we are now back on the road thanks to him!

Allen was really helpful and friendly! He helped me find the correct headlight and also helped me get it switched out. He also cued me in to the awesome deal on de-icer windshield wiper fluid. Thanks Auto-zone!
