My boyfriend's alternator pretty much exploded on I-40 before the apex of the mountain after Christmas. We were stuck in freezing weather for 3.5 hours waiting for a tow truck. I ended up finding Bill's place first to get towed, and Bill was a remarkably sweet and understanding person. He even offered to come pick us up if a tow truck couldn't get to us, which I am eternally grateful for.We got our tow truck towards evening; Bill drove us to a hotel, fixed the car within 12 hours, and got us back on the road safely. I'm hope I'm not being overdramatic when I say Bill is a guardian angel and played a part in saving our lives. We're forever grateful!!

I am so grateful Bill s Mobile was nearby when my Jeep overheated on i70. He repaired my vehicle in a day, charged me a fair fee, and perhaps most importantly was incredibly kind and helpful when I was first trying to diagnose the problem ahead of dropping off my car. I hope you re never in need of emergency repair on your way from Denver to the mountains, but if you are - you ll be in good hands with Bill.

We texted Bill as we had to pull off the exit because our right front break was making horrible noise and grinding. Bill wasn't able to get us in for a few days, so we explored another option. BUT, Bill has been texting my husband asking questions and asking questions about what to be concerned about. Totally above and beyond!

I found Bill through a google search for RV inspections, saw his exceptionally high reviews and sent him an inquiry through the google maps chat. He responded immediately even though it was 10pm, we spoke on the phone the next morning so he could find a way to get me in his tight schedule and so on.In short, anyone who has a need for his services will not be disappointed. The world is full of sub par service and people who just don t care. Bill is the shining exception to this norm.Thank you Bill, you helped me make an informed decision for this trailer. Your exceptionally high rating is accurate and for anyone reading this, you ve found the dude you want for the job.Happy travels.Time for me to drive a 1,000 miles to go pick up this trailer with confidence

I was in Georgetown for the weekend with friends when my change oil light came on. I panicked because we had been driving long distances all weekend and were driving from Georgetown to the airport on our last day. I was nervous I would damage my vehicle with all the driving we have left. I called Bill's Mobile and left a message to see if Bill could squeeze me in to get an oil change. Bill called back in less than 10 minutes and could not have been nicer. He did not have the right means to help, but he was nothing but kind. He reassured me that my car would be okay to drive back to Denver and suggested I get an oil change before the airport drive. While I did not use Bill's shop for a vehicle service, I would suggest his shop if you ever find yourself in need of a mechanic in the Georgetown, Colorado area.

I can t say enough good things about our experience with Bill s Mobile. Despite not being able to actually connect in person, Bill walked us through how to get the help we needed and graciously extended his help after hours on the phone. What was a scary time for a single mom and daughter on a cross country road trip was made better by the kindness of a stranger. Thank you, Bill.

We were coming into Colorado for vacation when we heard a screeching sound that kept getting worse. We took it to a national brand mechanic shop that stated it was wheel bearing but didn't have time for us and that it would be costly.We went to our destination, asked around, and was recommended Bills mobile.He was able to get us in the next day, luckily up the road.He was able to look it over, found out it was something a lot less than what was told to us. He was awesome, and very honest which is something you don't see very much nowadays. If I lived here that's who I would definitely use in the future if I had to. Bill was the only mechanic to return my calls when my alternator went out on the side of I70, helped navigate me get my car to his shop at a bizarre hour, fit me into a crazy busy schedule and got it done fast and right! If you need a kind, honest, reliable mechanic, call Bill.

While on a family vacation our car broke down in Summit County. After calling Bill we had the car towed to his shop for repair. Bill worked with the towing company and had great communication throughout the entire process. He worked quickly to diagnose the problem and get parts ordered. He even drove to Denver to pickup the parts so we could have our car ready to travel home. He is truly a standup mechanic and we would use him again in a heartbeat. Bill is an amazing human being! I had the need for a tuneup w all the w plugs and wires and bill came to my home and did it all in about an hour. I can't say enough about Bill, we hung out talked all while he was working on my 4runner. He fixes it like new! Having bill come to me just made our lives so much easier! I could go on and on about him but now everyone knows why he has a solid five star rating!I will never take my car to anyone else....UPDATE: Bill just did a major service to my 3rd gen 4runner. Belts, water pump, timing belt, pulley's, rotors...Now she's good to go for a while. As usual, Bill was affordable and he does such a great job of keeping you posted about every step he goes through. I can't explain enough how positive my experience with Bill's Mobile was. Me and my wife had our alternator go out on us and we had to pull off before it died. We got in contact with Bill through one of the employees at NAPA and it couldn't have gone smoother. He drove to where the car was broken down and repaired it on the spot. 10/10. Bill saved me when my car was leaking coolant during my cross country drive. I was stuck near him in Georgetown, and my car was leaking and throwing out steam from the hood as darkness fell. Bill called me back at 8:30 at night, fit me in for a diagnosis the next morning, went to Denver to get a part, and fixed the problem in a day. He also found a relatively inexpensive solution. We were traveling to the area from out of town and ran into some transmission issues. Bill got back to us right away and ended up coming out to where we were and taking a look at the car. He was very helpful and great with communication. Would definitely rcommend.

I had to come back to write about my awesome experience with Bill. I only had time to rate his service earlier.Despite his busy schedule, Bill worked me in on a Sunday before I had to reschedule with him for Wednesday. He happily obliged and by Thursday had my vehicle's minor electrical & hose issues fixed.I didn't have a ride to pick up the vehicle that day, so I sheepishly asked if he'd be willing to pick me up if I paid extra. He didn't complain and agreed to do so when he finished at the job he was at. Luckily I found a ride right after contacting him, but his willingness to help and charge a very fair price spoke volumes about his ethic.Good man, good business. HIGHLY recommend.

Truly helpful and kind!My car started overheating in Idaho Springs at 5pm the Friday before Memorial Day. All the mechanics in town were closed, and I was desperate to get help. When I called Bill, he was in Denver and couldn't make it up to where I was, but, nevertheless, Bill stayed on the phone with me and walked me through a possible diagnosis, and potential solutions. He was patient and knowledgable. After his help, I was able to finish my trip, and enjoy an amazing weekend in the mountains!

Bill was amazing! Be helped me in a pinch the day after a holiday and then some. I am so grateful for his expertise and willingness to go above and beyond! Bill is a throwback to times gone past and how we appreciated the roadside service tech when things went wrong. He made himself available to help us with an electrical problem in our RV that was 9 miles from any cell phone service. He drove up into the canyon the same day and got our RV able to drive back to Denver. He charged us a very fair price for the service at a time when RV techs were telling us it would be 3-6 weeks before they would get our to help us. He even checked up on us a couple of days later to make sure everything went okay. If you run into trouble in the high country, give Bill a call!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I have had Bill come out to help with my RV twice. Once a couple years ago and again just recently.The first time my slide had gotten stuck out crookedly. He was able to get it in smoothly and fix our problem. His rate was reasonable for this type of thing. Definitely saved money versus having someone coming out from Denver/Golden.The second time we just wanted an oil change and to fill my tires which require a 45� adapter I don't have. It was overall successful but he did have to return a second day because he forgot the adapter. No big deal since we had some time before we were planning to leave, glad it worked out. I did wish he had a bit more time to check out other things on the rig and make sure everything was in good condition, but he was having a busy schedule and had to leave after the essentials.Services: Tires, Oil change

We were close to our destination and were having engine issues on the interstate. After making several calls to the nearest dealers and auto shops, Bill picked up and was available and willing to lend a hand. He was able to give us a general diagnosis and advice on what could be done on our brand new car, and then didn t charge. Of course we gave him money anyway but that was honestly the best service experience I ve probably ever had and I m forever grateful for his help and demeanor.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This review is more for Bill as a person than it is for his business. (Although both are clearly superior to most). My husband & I called Bill in the middle of the night on a weekday. We were trekking across the US from Boston to San Diego, only to get stuck in the foothills of the Rockys where our van revealed it had different priorities than we did. Bill was unbelievably helpful. Just over the phone he exuded a calm & reassuring attitude, which helped us avoid full panic. Our car was not at all drivable & actually very very dangerously so, so he REFERRED US TO ANOTHER LOCAL SHOP at no gain to himself. Further, he gave us a verbal tour, accurate to the square foot, of a sleepy little town 10 miles east of him where we ended up, concisely naming each business & helping us find lodging, transportation, towing services, & even a 24hr mcdonald s. In the end, due to completely random restrictions on our end, we didn t even use his mechanical services, but on informing him of this he continued to check in with us, ensuring my husband was able to find air transport to his military post & that I felt safe & confident staying back with the van & a land-travel-only puppy. I recommend that anyone stuck in the first 100 miles of the Denver trail/head give Bill a call or text. His service goes above & beyond. His same kindness & zen were exemplified in Idaho Springs towns people, & the atmosphere & community there were great (we kept name dropping Bill who was in a whole other town & everyone knew him!)If you re going to get stuck anywhere, get stuck in Clear Creek County & call Bill for your auto-mechanical needs. (Make sure you text or leave a message if you get his voicemail. He returns the call immediately but screens first for spam calls - one of the many strange covid after-affects for small businesses).Service: Tires

We were driving along i70 and noticed our muffler was hanging down and nearly falling off, so we googled mechanics nearby and drove up to Bill's. Despite showing up at his home unannounced, he was very friendly and happy to help us secure the muffler in just a few minutes so we could safely drive back to Denver on the highway. He even recommended a dependable muffler shop in Denver. Thanks so much!!!

What an awesome guy! I was stranded on top Berthoud Pass one cold morning and Bill, called me back and took more than an hour of his time on the phone to help me keep my old van running. Really knows his stuff and has a great state of mind.

Bill saved my butt! We were traveling through a remote area of Colorado not even any cell phone service when our idler seized up and serpentine belt broke. Stranded in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately a passer by drove me to where I could get cell phone service. I called the local tow company who suggested I called Bill.Bill drove to Denver, got the parts needed, and met us at 10:30 at night. He worked in the cold until 1:00 getting our motorhome back on the road.What a blessing he was. He's polite, fair, and honest. It would be easy for anyone else to take advantage of us and attempt to charge us more because we're on vacation, stranded in Colorado, tell us that the job was harder than they expected. But not Bill.He's got over 38 years of experience and knew his way around the vehicle. He was kind, and explained everything very well. I would extremely highly recommend this man to anyone. If you want fair honest and be treated like a human being, call this man. I love how I even joked and laughed even when some of the repair stuff was hard and frustrating. Give this man a call!

Update: Bill is truly an outstanding business man. He got my van and I was able to leave this amazing small town before my dog had her puppies.My break calipers are going bad and I just started a new job in town. I called Bill and left a message. A few minutes later he called said he couldn t get me until next week but recommended another mechanic close. That other mechanic is booked so I m going to make my appointment for next week because it s obvious that the wait is totally worth it. Looking forward to meeting you Bill. Your professionalism goes above any mechanic I ve ever dealt with and I got brothers that are mechanics. You sir are a gem.

We called Bill's Mobile after our Airstream's fresh water tank began dragging underneath the trailer on a Sunday afternoon. We were stuck on the side of I-70.Bill arrived after finishing another service call and secured our tank allowing us to continue.Bill is nice and honest. He saved our day. I highly recommend him.

Bill was easy to reach and SO helpful. Due to the specific car issue I was having he wasn t able to service it, but he was able to diagnose the problem and went out of his way to help me figure out another solution. Highly recommend, will definitely be calling him the next time I have car trouble!

We were stranded in Dumont a few days back while on vacation. I found Bill - who was highly rated on google - and he did not disappoint. After leaving a message he called me back within 10 minutes and drove down from Avon to help us. His prices were very reasonable and he diagnosed our car problem quickly. He even followed us down to Idaho Springs so we could pick up parts and helped us finish the repairs even though we had already paid him for his work. I would recommend Bill to anyone - he was a real stand up guy and very honest. That can be really hard to find when you are female working with a mechanic.I also think having a mobile mechanic in the mountains is the smartest thing I ve ever seen. It can be so easy to get stranded up there and it made me feel like Bill was our hero!

Called Bill in the middle of a snow storm and his calm voice, knowledge of our situation, and his willingness to help was a great relief. He came to our rig on a Sunday and fixed the problem. He also took care of our minor windshield wiper problem. We wish we could have him with us for all the problems that RVers encounter. Thank you, Bill.
