If only I could give more than 5 stars!! My car was leaking oil on startup and Valvoline was one of the few places open on a Sunday. The manager JD helped me through some troubleshooting and even offered to come out after hours if none of the fixes worked. They were accommodating to my vehicle being towed to their site, fixed the issue quickly, walked me through the fixes, and gave me some helpful tips for paths forward. Replaced my filter and topped off my oil/fluids at no charge. Really can t say enough about how great JD, Jeremy, and Kyle are - worked great together and very quickly. Highly recommend for any oil-related issues!!!

I took my 2002 Toyota Camry to this location several times with great results. When I had my oil changed today 3/24/24 my car started smoking several miles afterwards. I was scared and called the store; the manager Jeremy took my call and troubleshot over the phone. He called another location closer to me and the manager there, Gunner, drove in his personal car to help me out. Turns out, I had blown a radiator hose. Gunner took the time to find the problem and explain the fix, even tho it had nothing to do with the oil change. Very cool.

Chose to stop at this location outside of the other two in Grand Junction solely based off the reviews.Needed an oil change before my 8 hour drive to vegas and this dudes were awesome. Had a genuine sense of care, speed and just felt like "bros".... Unlikely that Ill need another oil change in that area on a cross country trip, but if i do...i know where i will be going.PS. Hope that dog stop barking for you guys! hahaha

Came here on a 105 degree day to get my oil changed. A lot of respect for them staying open. I was sweating just sitting in my car with the AC on! They did a quick inspection of my lights and ended up finding out my left turn signal bulb was burnt out. Tires were checked as well. Oil and filter change was quick. Staff was super friendly. Prices are reasonable for the services.

Changed oil on my girl's car and these incompetent idiots over tightened the drain plug and rounded it off during the last service. They over tightened the oil filter as well. DO NOT BRING A VEHICLE TO THESE WANNA BE MECHANIC HACKS!!!!!!! Beware!!!! HACKS.

It's so convenient to get your oil changed and they check all your fluids, tire pressure, lights, etc. It's well worth it!

I wish I could give less than a one star, everyone had their hands in their pockets while my shoeless 16yr old daughter couldn t get not one single man to help her change her tire. Bottom line, a teenage girl pulled in with a flat tire, everything else is a moot point. The owner has a secret name if anyone needs his name. Boo this man?

TERRIBLE. They drained my transmission fluid instead of the oil, overfilled the oil, then have been kicking the can up the chain of command to have the fallout from this paid for. I will never go to this place, nor another corporate, instant oil change place again and I would seriously reconsider if you are thinking of going there. I just hope my transmission isn't ruined

Visited this location on 3/18/23. They were friendly and efficient but they didn t tighten the plug after my oil change which left me with a big oil leak. I don t live in Fruita, so had to drive home, 3 1/2 hours with my car leaking oil. Had to find a garage where I live to fix the problem. It was an easy fix, just inconvenient for something that should ve been so easy to do right the first time.Service: Oil change

I'll never get my oil changed anywhere else. I usually go on my lunch break, so it's super fast. The guys and friendly and funny and know how to do their job. If they're training a new guy, they're nice and and encouraging.

I ve been using this location for 2 vehicles for a little over a year now and it s been good so far. I ve been to a number of other Valvoline Instant shops where the employees act embarrassingly, this shop doesn t have that. They are always professional and efficient at this location.

Very happy, extremely professional service. They had trouble getting in oil filters, postponed the change just so we could get it done here. Great people, very friendly, will be taking my truck in soon.

Every time I have had my oil changed here, these guys are the best! They are professional, honest, detail oriented, and efficient. The manager is amazing at how well he runs the shop and the mechanics work very hard and take time to explain everything and greet you will a smile and try to make every experience perfect. I drive a half hour to go to this location even though there are others close by because the work on my car and customer service is awesome. I highly recommend using this location for these services.

Great, fast service. I was greeted promptly upon pulling in and was told I had about a 15 minute wait. Once I was in the bay the oil was changed in about 15 minutes. I love that you don t have to get out of the car. John was very friendly while he worked on the car. I also went on Tuesday and that happens to be ladies day so saved $10.

If you are going to try and up sell please have a general clue as to why. First they told me there was no other oil than full synthetic so I started to leave. Then they called over another guy who told me if I don't use full synthetic it will void my warranty and cause cam sensor failure. Neither is true. Yes if you don't use dexos approved oil in GM vehicles and there is a engine failure it could void any warranty repairs. Dexos grade oil can be found in non full synthetic oil. Furthermore a cam sensor does not care what oil you run! It is an inductive sensor that picks up position from a reluctor wheel and has nothing to do with oil.

The only oil change place my family uses now. You get fast, quality service at a fair price. The staff is knowledgeable and you get a thorough check of your car with good recommendations without any pushiness.

I came in for an oil change at 545pm, 15 min before they closed. They had my oil change done in 10 min. But when they were airing up one of my tires, the valve stem popped out due to defect. It wasn't really their fault but they went above and beyond to ensure I didn't have a flat. They ended up having to go to the car parts store but made sure it was solid before I left. I didn't exactly have the best attitude when they told me it broke. They get an extra star for that 6/5.

These guys were very friendly. They took the time to explain the different options available to me. The whole oil change process took less than ten minutes, and I didn't even leave my car. I look forward to seeing them in three months!
