Was able to order online and just come in and get what I needed. They told me if I returned the old starter I'd get $66 back, but they never said anything about having the box, but fortunately I still had it. The only thing I really don't like about the store is the counter area always wreaks of cigarette smoke.

We had car troubles on a long road trip through Grand Junction and the guys at this Napa location were super helpful. They helped diagnose what was wrong, provided loaner tools, and were very kind. Got us back on the road in no time. Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff. I really like that they carry Schaeffer's Motor oil at a reasonable price. Dave, the manager, is always super helpful.

Probably the best auto parts store around. Napa is always helpful and friendly. They can get parts in from other napa stores like devnver pretty quick which is nice. They always seem to have better quality or brands then some of the other stores

Always treated well 99% of time they have parts in stock reasonable prices and the counter guys and gals are good at what they do
