Awesome RV park! Nice level spots with good hookups. Friendly and helpful staff. They have the cleanest bathrooms I have seen on the road. It's in a great location too. There is a state park across the street, a dinosaur museum, and lots of stores and places to eat in walking distance. You must try Munchies nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Don't forget to go see the Colorado National Monument nearby.

Awesome experience as always. Stayed in a cabin this time that was clean and cozy, with a nice porch swing and convenient picnic table. Great location with attentive staff and just the right mix of camping and amenities. Can t wait to return!

This is a great place to stay when visiting the Colorado National Monument. However, the sites are very narrow and face to face. If we had wanted to sit at our picnic table, we would have been rubbing elbows with our neighbors. There are two laundry rooms which were clean and well maintained. There was some construction going on but it didn t bother us. It had rained before we arrived and a number of the units had water pooling underneath which would have troubled me. It did soak in within a day. The pool was not as yet open and we were told that the hot tub, which was not as yet open, would most likely not be opened at all. Another advantage to this location is the DQ located next door to the site.

Great RV Park-clean, level lots, EXTREMELY helpful manager, Gina. Excellent showers and facilities, onsite laundry, state park across the street, Starbucks walking distance and 10 min to Colorado National Monument! This was my first time renting an RV, and a place like Monument RV Park makes me want to do this again. Great spot, super easy to find.

Great location across from a state park, close to the river and Colorado National Monument, 5 miles from incredible mountain biking, bike trail all the way to Palisade where there are peach orchards and wineries. Oh, 30 minutes to the Grand Mesa and all it's lakes, trails, and nature. Very nice and mellow staff, they keep the park immaculately clean, it's quiet, and it's affordable. Liquor store, Ice house water dispenser, and a bunch of fast food options a 5 minute walk away. Only con I can think of is that the spaces are a bit too narrow, but why stay inside when there's so much to do? Very nice little hot tub to end a day of adventure. My favorite park by a mile, I stay here as much as I can.Update: still great, another amenity they offer is propane refills, and if you put your empty by the road someone will pick it up in the morning and return it full and charge it to your account (I recommend attaching a tip). They also are happy to receive mail and packages in the office for you. I would also mention again that the staff work very hard and keep the park very clean! I'm at the park again and loving it.

We have stayed at Monument RV Park off and on for several years, usually a couple of months at a time. Tina and the crew been very helpful and friendly. It's nice that they plan activities for the guests, we especially enjoyed the barbeque/potluck and the painting class. We have also had nice neighbors, the laundry is very nice and the sites are clean and level.

Been here since September last year and we were given the option to move to the back for long term stays or we could stay were we are. We chose to stay put. They have never once been rude. Our property is safe when we leave for a week to go home. I have never seen one piece of trash on the ground the guy that takes care of propane and the grounds does a great job.My biggest complaint is with dairy queens employees but that has nothing to do with the park. Also love both the trees in my space. I have been in far worse parks and the price is great for full hook up. My cats love the birds.

Nicely level gravel sites, plenty of restroom and laundry locations and friendly staff. This city, along with Grand Junction, 12 miles away, are gateways to the Colorado National Monument a definite must see!

We lucked out and got a spot way way in the back. Spots were clean but pool and hot tub not so clean. We were very disappointed that after 7:00 pm kids were in the pool and hot tub. ( they lived there full time) nice guys but hey we paid to enjoy a nice clean pool and hot tub without kids. After all they have it all day.My only big complaint and we re traveling and we ve stayed in many nicer places. They really need a on grounds manager to control and remind the full timers of the rules. We ll off to another one.

Nice and clean RV park. Roads were paved, store was nice with various things to buy. Propane on site. Pool, hot tub, laundry. Staff was nice. Be careful riding bikes in the park accros the street. We popped all of our bicycle tires from these little things called "goat heads". 8 tires, gone.

Don't go here with dogs. Pet area is awful and there is no place they are allowed to walk except on the HOT asphalt and gravel. Pet area very small, overused, smelly, located between the dumpster and the propane tank. For only $9 a day entrance fee, we drove across the five-lane busy Hwy twice a day to a state park where the pups could walk on grass and have shade. Otherwise, they just had to be in our space. If an RV park doesn't value their canine guests enough to provide a decent place for them to walk, they must not value their owners either.

Quiet location close to everything you need. Spaces are very large and the biggest rig friendly. Lots to do in the area. Grand Junction is only 15 minutes away. Office staff is very friendly. Everyone minds their own business.

We stayed at Monument for one month, as we have family and friends in the area. The park is very convenient from I-70 in Fruita. The park is medium-sized, all gravel sites. The roads are paved, and there is a smallish dog park. The Park is well maintained, and staff is helpful. This Park has many seasonal or full-time residents, but they keep their sites tidy. There is a small pool (closed for the season) and an outdoor hot tub (open year-round).Monument is very close to the Colorado National Monument, local grocery, and several restaurants. We will stay there again on our next trip.

Very pretty landscaping. We were here the end of May, and the roses were beautiful. Traveling with my son and was parked awning to awning. Great.

We stayed in the cabins during our bike trip to Fruita. Great - albeit simple - accommodations. Easy location for accessing "downtown" Fruita and hitting the highway to blast out to the trailheads. Will definitely stay again. Clean showers. Great overall experience.

Loved it here! We rented a cabin for $50/nt ($55 with tax). Clean restrooms and showers, cheap laundry machines, a small pool, a playground, and super nice staff. You can tell they really care about the place. Will definitely come here again.

Way to expensive. I stayed one night with only a tent and had to pay over 40$. The tentsite wasn't even really existing, since they have construction work over there. I had to move picnic benches before I could build up my tent.

This is now my "Go To Park" when traveling through Western Co. Right off I70 and the folks that run the place are so nice and the park might be the cleanest I have ever seen. Bathrooms are a 10 plus and just a short drive to downtown and GJ. When coming into Colorado from the West give these folks a try you will love the park and the easy access form I70.Kevin & Leslie

We had a week stay here. It was a quiet park, loved having laundry right on sight. The restrooms and shower facilities we're clean and updated. A dog friendly park.

Excellent campground just a few miles from Colorado National Monument. The facilities are spotless. Nice bathrooms/showers and laundry just steps from the rv sites. Our site was huge and the hookups worked perfectly. They sell propane, have a nice camp store and a small dog park, and have a pool (which was closed in October while we were there). I called ahead to arrange having some contact lenses shipped to me at the campground and it was no problem! What a relief! There is an abundance of restaurants and services nearby. It s an easy access from I-70. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The only difference between this place and a Walmart parking lot is WalMart is free. We were jammed into a tiny space with an overhead street light that was on all night. The WiFi was unusable. Had to use my phone as a hotspot to use any of my devices.

We stopped here for a night on our way from the Red Feathers Lake area to Durango. It is a very clean RV park. Showers and bathrooms are spotless. The sites were ample in size and the after hours check-in was flawless. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Place is clean and easily accessible. Did a quick dump and got some propane and the guy filling it actually knew what he was doing. The young lady at the desk was friendly and effective at her job. Thanks!!!

Super clean, very level gravel spots. Dog area could be a bit bigger as it's only about 20'x20'. Great friendly staff as well.We were in space 31 & 32 overnight with folks, called a buddy spot so we faced each other. You don't see that very often.

What a welcome! Didn't even have to get out of our truck, the gentleman saw us, went in the office after asking our name, grabbed our site info, and escorted us to our site. He made sure we were settled and informed us that the entrance to Colorado National Monument was 2 miles down the road. We had no idea this park was here and it is definitely one to be visited! Fun drive and breathtaking views! He also filled our propane tank for us...we left it out where he told us and he brought it back in a matter of minutes. Site was perfectly level...what a joy. There are handicap bathrooms near the office that are private. (A little on the small side, yet very clean.) The main bath house/laundry area isn't as private. A well maintained park. And the ladies in the office are friendly, too. Bonus: Dairy Queen is right next door.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are very clean and well maintained and the water pressure was great (use a regulator). We stayed here for two weeks and our boys (9 and 11) had ball. Five stars plus!
