Ron was super helpful and got my truck in right away then finished fast! Great mechanics. They are very knowledgeable in paccar and fixed my injector problem right away and got me covered under warranty.

Don t waste your time trying to buy from this place. Steve is their only salesman and never answers his phone, when you call the main office and ask for Steve (the only salesman) he s not in or won t be in today. Steve posted a truck for sale that was takin in on consignment but he never took the truck in on consignment. I had to call SLC Peterbilt and have a salesman there give me all the info on it. It doesn t matter what your selling if that s your job to sale things you have to be on top of it and communicate. There is a reason why the guy selling the truck never left it with steve. Thumbs down for Steve! Poor communication. Go elsewhere if you want a deal done fast and don t want to wait for days for steve to get back to you.

If you go up there for a truck do not be surprised if the truck have multiple problems they will not tell you , I would never recommend no body to go there and think u goin to get a truck that's ready to go

Great repair shop.. they fixed my DEF leak and truck is back to normal.They have hotel few hundred yards away and many restaurants in walking distance

Awesome place to deal with only reason I can't give a 5 star was the guy in service that I dealt with to take care of my invoice was very rude and had a terrible attitude I wish I'd have gotten his name.

BUYER BEWARE! Bought a used truck from here sight unseen as I thought it was a reputable company. I was assured the truck was in running condition & ready to work, told it was test driven etc by Steven Schultz. The truck is dropped off from the shipper & driven not 2 miles & can immediately tell something is wrong with it. It is taken to a repair shop & the repairs would be the same price as the truck. The mechanic said the company definitely had to know about these issues & we were lied to. Called Steven to see if there was anything he could do to rectify this & was told that I should of bought a new truck.Update: VP of used trucks reached out. Claims no one knew there were issues with the truck, but even a non-mechanic can tell something is wrong when there are exhaust fumes inside the truck. Not willing to fix the truck, told we should take it to an auction as that is what they do with problem trucks. Only after it was said we wouldn't do that to someone is when he said well we disclose the problems. Only offer was $1,500 to remove my review.

Absolutely, hands down the best service experience I've ever received in 33 years of trucking. Not only did they immediately hook up to my computer to diagnose problem, they fixed it within an hour. I was already on my way back to Denver and they called and said we think we have it fixed come back. I was 15 miles away, we turned around and when we arrived back there my truck was sitting there idling and already HOOKED up to my trailer. ON A SATURDAY! Great job

Pulled in and they wouldnt service my International vehicle. They didnt even try! Just turned me away as I didnt even have an engine light on. What happened to versatile mechanics. However the staff was very nice

The service department got our truck in quick and finished the work same day which was very nice. The parts department really suffered from a general lack of knowledge about trucks, but they kept trying until we found what we needed.

Ron in service is awesome. I had a large coolant leak and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday and got me rolling. Very great place.

Service department is great people. Friendly and they got me right in. Unfortunately they have to order the part but that can not be blamed on them. I've used them before and I will again in the future.
