Ethan and Casey are fantastic here(and the people changing my oil under my truck). They made me feel comfortable and like I could trust them. I needed an oil change and transmission fluid check before a big trip with my older truck. They got me in and out quick.

Went in for an oil change today at 5pm. Drove less than a mile away before I noticed the car was severely leaking oil. Checked the hood, oil was leaking over everything. Drove it back with less than 2 miles since leaving the shop, all sorts of check engine lights on, engine smoking. The team diagnosed they had incorrectly replaced the oil filter, causing the leak. We pushed the car back into the shop in fear of starting the engine with no oil. They redid the oil change job. Car now has check engine light on. Going back in the morning to file an insurance claim, take it to a mechanic to assess the damage..

Went and got my oil changed here last week. They ripped the inner paneling of my wheel well to get to the oil filter and spilled some oil when filling from the top. The spilled oil then corroded the alternator. The battery light came on 2 days later and it gave out the next day :/ if you have a car you care about I d recommend finding a shop you trust to treat your vehicle well

Just stopped by for an oil chang here and I was blown away by the level of care and service for my vehicle. The entire process was super easy and the team was good at communicating what was being done to my car. At no point was I worried they messed something up because I could hear them announce what they were doing. I will definitely be back!

I've been getting my oil changed here for years. The service is usually 5/5 stars even though they constantly have a big line of people to deal with. I think the guy who took care of me today must've been really new. He sprayed oil on me. I know it was an accident, but it shouldn't have taken me asking multiple times for something to wipe my face off while he just stood there and apologized. I now have to go to work with oil in my hair and on my fuzzy melly. I'm hoping i can get it out of my hair without stripping the color out of it. If anyone knows how to make sure oil doesn't stain clothes, I could use the tips and tricks please.

They broke the oil pan plug on my car, the couldn't unscrew the oil filter to replace it. They made me wait 90 minutes and they demanded payment

This place is always awesome. Every tech I've encountered over the years has been efficient, helpful, and extremely friendly. Cameron was one of the ones helping me today (9-6) and went above and beyond with all the advice and recommendations. Cameron was great!!

Lucas and Byran are amazing. There were five cars behind us, but they didn t get rattled stayed focus and completely and took care of my car. This business is very lucky to have such amazing dedicated employees. We really appreciate them here in Summit. :)

This is the slowest oil change place ever. I ve been there twice and they take more than 30 minutes per car, so 2 cars in line left me there for over an hour and a half.

Do NOT take your care here but if you have to, be sure to watch the mechanic or get someone you trust to check over everything on your next oil change.These guys stripped the thread on my oil pan and left me leaking until I had to buy and install a new pan altogether. When checking their reviews, I found another 3+ reviews in which the same mistake was made.After multiple weeks of patience with the regional manager, Brandon Vasquez, he never resolved the issue. After he requested and received relevant receipts and photos I still have not received a check to reimburse me for the new oil pan.It s also important to note that I ll never be reimbursed for the time and effort to find the issue and replace the pan. Labor at any garage would cost money but my time is lost now.

Waited for 45 minutes for them to tell me they ran out of my oil. You would think they would check while you were in line to not waste your time.

The employees were incompetent, and poorly trained. They may have been new employees, just not trained. Started when the man approached my car and tried to scan the barcode with a scanner that didn't work. Next, the oil change. Overfilled the oil! Had to have them take some out. Next, I asked for a tire rotation. Nobody was trained properly except the manager. After being there for almost an hour, with the tire rotation not done, I left. Unhappy that I had a 20% off coupon that was for the entire service, but I could only use it on the oil change because they could not figure out how to rotate my tires.

Usually have a good experience here, but was super disappointed to get a wildly inaccurate estimate on how long the wait was today. Originally after waiting about 5 minutes, Ross greeted me and told me it would be about another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, another employee came up and told me it would be another 7-10. Understandable enough. Waited another 10 or so.Then the woman next to me got out of her car and called Ross over and said you said 10 minutes and it s been closer to 30. Just looking for an update and he said oh it could be another 15 or so. Which prompted me to ask how much longer for my wait and he said at least another 15. He said they were training some new people. Great. Tell me that when I first arrive and say the wait could be 30-45. If it s sooner, I ll be stoked! I had to leave. So did the other lady. Big waste of our time. Communication and an ounce of customer service go a long way.

The staff is kind and helpful. If you call before going they will text you a $10 off your oil change coupon. I Didn t know that but thought I should share. They do transmission fluid and coolant flushes. They do not have a machine to test your car for things. I believe they are great.

I had previously had my oil changed and noticed a few days after my car was not holding any oil at all, I took it to these guys at 4:50 on a Saturday night to try and see if they might could help me at least figure out why it was leaking because I was starting to panic. These guys are amazing they were able to see that the filter was loose and replaced it and completely filled it with oil at no cost at all! The guys were such a huge blessing given my current situation and I truly appreciate you all!!! These guys are truly amazing and I would recommend them to Everyone!!!Service: Oil change

My car was having trouble accelerating so I went to have my oil changed, and had one of the most sincere and kind people check out my car and see what was up. He initially thought my engine could be the problem but quickly identified the source of the acceleration issue, just needed to top off the oil! He topped off all my fluids and then said it was all on the house. Truly the best service I ve ever had at an auto place. The employee was so knowledgeable and helpful. The staff at this location was so wonderful. I was traveling using a rental car and my wiper fluid wasn't working, I could barely see out of my windshield going over vail pass. I stopped in and they found the line was disconnected. They fixed it. Filled my bottle of washer fluid and sent us on our way. No charge. I was extremely pleased.

The guys at the Valvoline in Frisco, Colorado are amazing. They were so busy when I drove up but were still SO friendly through the whole process. Greeted me down the line and let me know there would be a wait and were still smiling while they re pulling my car in (there were two cars ahead of me and it took less than 10 minutes for them to finish). Great service and very convenient. I get my oil changed here and there is usually a wait in line but you can't beat sitting in your car while they change your oil. The staff is very friendly.

Fantastic service, I was in the area Friday about to head back to Idaho Springs. I was needing an oil change. They had my car in the bay in less than 5 minutes. The whole staff was professional and friendly. Tonya was the person directly helping me. She made sure I knew what was going on the whole time and made me feel confident that my car was being well taken care of. I never expected this level of service from an instant change location but these guys nailed it.
