I have always received great service at Stapp Toyota. My contact for service on my Tacoma was Lapita. She was professional and pleasant. Lapita kept me updated with progress and options to consider without any pressure. The automotive technicians caring for my truck did a great job. I am completely satisfied and I highly recommend the Stapp Toyota service department.

These people are sketch, I will never take my vehicle back to this service center. First all the coincidences : found the nail in the 4th tire they balanced & rotating but only after it was balanced, i drove over 80 miles the day before, no low tire pressure warnings/indicators on 2 mile drive to dealership (only driving that day), nail wasn t leaking air until tech accidentally caught her glove on it and pulled it out some and then it was of course unpatchable.Now instead of asking if I want the full size spare put on, the rep who called started with the nail story and then said all the tires were tread bare and should be replaced. These tires are factory with 23,000 miles, less than 2 years old and parked in a garage.They even TRIED to charge me for balancing the tire with the nail, on top of charging me to balance the full size spare. I don t even believe they balanced the spare. And of course they charged for the tire rotation.Lastly, there is nothing they could tell me that could convince me they didn t put that nail in my tire to try and sell me 4 new tires I didn t need.I m going to discount tire to replace my tires and this will be my last time using a Toyota service center. I wasn t happy with the customer service at Corwin Toyota in boulder and I think the one in Frederick is shady/crooked.

Solid process for check-in for service. Estimate for when work will be completed was accurate. Comfortable place to wait within the dealership building. Not overly busy like some other places we've gone - so a much more laid back experience.

So disappointed in their parts and service team and quotes. We ve gotten two vehicles from here and recommended my parents to them, who in turn bought a Tundra this week from them.We had asked 3 weeks ago for a quote for a tonneau cover and air bag suspension for our 2020 Toyota Tundra. We got a quote and we said yes, let s do it. We went in to pay for it and Samantha Sigman told us we wouldn t have to pay for them to order the parts and they d let us know when everything was in. We called to check in a week or so later to see what the status was and they said that we didn t pay and so they didn t order the parts. We tried calling Samantha to figure out what happened and nobody returned any of our calls. So today we called and were told that the tonneau covers weren t able to be ordered due to a new design. So we said ok, what s going on with the suspension kit? That wasn t ordered. So we said we d like to proceed with that since we had approved it 3 weeks ago. Fast forward a few hours and now we re being told that there are too many suspension kits and the quote we got from them was no good. And now what they re telling us is that we should order the parts from someone else and then they ll install it for us. At this point, we ll happily take our $3-5k worth of business somewhere else. I m so disappointed in the customer service and I regret having recommended my parents there. Shout out though to Anthony White who s a sales man there and was the only person that got someone to call us back.

My tire pressure gauge went off, indicating my rear right tire was low. This was right before I went to get my vehicle serviced by the dealership with whom I ve purchased my used car. I mentioned it to them and ask for them to check that tire. They made a claim that they did and sent me on my way. The treatment by the service team, by the way, was unkind and uncomfortable for myself, and my daughters. Later on my tire pressure light kept going on indicating the same tire. I was just now able to get the situation taken care by a company who cared. Just as expected, there was a nail in my tire .Needless to say, I will never darken the door of this place ever again. If I could give no stars I would. This is not the first issue or problem I have had with his company. I also made several attempts to talk to someone through the phone and try to have things moved over, and they refused to talk with me, which shows me that they never really cared.Service: Oil change

Been using this service department for years! No matter which vehicle I bring in I never feel like they are recommending services I don t need. Took my RAV4 in for schedule service. I love the new video that they take during of checking of the car. You can see and approve the repairs recommended or do it another time. Mine needed front brakes but I chose to go somewhere else bc they quoted me $450 for brake pads! The lifetime brake pads I bought from Autoparts are $50 and it take less then hour to replace.

Stapp Toyota is an awesome place to buy a car. My whole experience went very smoothly thanks to Jim and Dana. Jim made sure I got the vehicle I wanted, and Dana follow through with the sale for me and it was a wonderful experience all the way around. I will definitely shop there again for my Toyota needs! Thanks guys, great job!

Took our truck in, to get checked out, and have the battery replaced, on the 9th of October. It took them all day to do it. Exactly 20 days later, the battery they installed dies. Took it back to them, and sat at the dealership for 4 more hours,on the 29th. They said it was some kind of hickup and they couldn't find the source of the battery drain. 12 hours total of having my truck, for a battery? Very unpleasant experience, and very uncomfortable seating for people who have to wait so long. They really need to get their priorities straight. Just because they weren't being paid for anything on the 29th, doesn't mean to ignore the customer for hours, especially when you know they are waiting. Seemed to be done purpose. Not one bit happy with them. Other dealerships have offered at least a free carwash for being inconvenienced. Not this place. The couple people I did talk to, didn't seem to care about anyone's inconvenience, but their own. I suggest taking your vehicle to another Toyota service center. I will. Just because they are the closest to me, doesn't matter when they treat you like a second hand citizen.

I would have given them a negative star if I could. I think this team should not be in business as they are a shame to Toyota quality . Here are the reasons . I went there on 14th July 2020 and spent a total of $499.71. Itold them there is a leak for my washer fluid , they said they need to replace a part and they don t have it and need to special order and I payed for it as well. I went there again driving and back for nearly 40 miles. They said they fixed the issue . WhenI reached home its still leaking . The point is that their diagnosis and fix was totally wrong and also they didn t have basic common sense to test if its still leaking. I also noticed later that they didn t even connect all wires after the battery replacement. A total shame for quality of workmanship. Attaching the photos to prove my genuine situation. Not going there again as I don t even know , if they can / did all other complex work correctly(I also did a brake fix) , if they can t fix a simple leak / connectwires to battery / don t have common sense to test simple things. I will be reaching out to Toyota as well .

Absolutely the best car dealer ever! I used to go to a competitor, but never again! Grant was my salesman and he hooked it up! Saved thousands of dollars and got a killer interest rate. But what would be REALLY nice is a sign at the cafe saying "cash only".

Staff is very friendly, the services performed were fine. The wait was ridiculously long, and no one ever checked in with us with a status update. Felt like they could do a better job updating waiting clients.

Sold me a set of tires, took 7 hours to *attempt* to balance and align. The car feels like I'm driving over drunk bumps when talking a right bend at 45+. A 2nd attempt which took another 3 hours did not improve the ride. The "customer service" woman was rude. The service manager cancelled a follow up twice and will not return calls. Attempting a warranty return with the manufacturer at this point. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR SALES AND SERVICE.

Over 3.5 hours for an oil change! Upon completion they discovered my battery was dead and required replacement. Add another hour... What's the point of paying someone else when it ties up my whole day?

This place is great! They are very friendly and the service is quick. They even called me to remind me that it was time for my vehicles service to set up an appointment. I would highly recommend Stapp.

I'm prejudice because I work here but I also see daily how hard everyone tries to make the customer happy . Love the people I work with . The Stapps are a great family .

Super friendly staff, nice lobby to wait in when getting service, they don't make you wait too long while they're working on your vehicle. I can't speak on behalf of sales because I didn't purchase my 4runner here.

My wife and I bought our first Prius at Stapp (though we live in Boulder, much closer to another dealer) because Stapp's price was better. This morning I went out to look at a new Prius and, though for personal reasons I didn't buy today, the experience was great. The internet salesperson, Vicki, was pleasant, low-pressure, and knowledgeable about the car. (For example, when I mentioned that a reviewer had complained that the sunshades were too short, she quickly showed me that they have convenient, built-in extensions. She had also obtained the car for me from another dealer, and pointed out some details of its aerodynamics, an interest of mine.) I'm likely to buy the same model later, and Stapp will be my choice.

Do not take your vehicle here for service. They will make you wait hours, and then try to push products and services on you that vehicle actually doesn t need.
