Patrick was incredibly helpful! Great salesman, probably bought 2x the stuff I came in for but it was all stuff I needed, and his knowledge was very helpful. Great customer service I'll be coming to this NAPA now on because of Patrick solid dude! The man deserves a raise, promotion or something!

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service I received at Napa Auto Parts in Frederick, CO, specifically from Patrick. I found myself in a tough spot when my truck wouldn't start, and I happened to pull up to this location after hours. Patrick went above and beyond, taking his personal time to assist me and get my truck running. He was not only kind and considerate but also incredibly informative, explaining the issue and the solution. What really sets Napa apart is the exceptional service they provide through employees like Patrick. Because of him, Napa Auto Parts is now my go-to auto parts store. I can't thank Patrick enough for his outstanding customer service and support. Highly recommend this location!

If I could leave less stars I would. I have a 95 Chevy 3500 one of the most common trucks on the road. I have been to this store several times over the years and they never have any parts for my truck and can't even order them. The only service they have ever been able to provide me is making hydraulic lines which they charge way too much for. It takes them literally 5 minutes to make a line. Today I went in at 5:30 a half hour before they close and they told me they can't make a line that late in the day. It boggles my mind how this place is still in business. #NoAutoPartsAvailable

Recently my car was damaged when someone backed into me. After all the repairs in the back including a new rear window washer, stopped in and Vince sold me some new wiper blades. He even offered to put them on for this old lady and her disabled husband. Well Vince should not be allowed to touch cars! He broke the brand new washer mechanism putting on the blade. Just had that repaired over at Brakes Plus, they rock and fixed his incompetence. Thanks Vic and Mike at Brakes Plus.

Helpful staff; they did a great job explaining all the different price points in lightbulbs and why some cost more than others. I assume it is pandemic relates, but they were pretty low on stock on a few things when I went in. I am sure it is only temporary though

We have had a long time relationship with University NAPA and I have to say, not only the hospitality and point on attention to detail they have with parts and customer service is by far the best. VERY IMPRESSED! Thank you guys! #John Paul

I wish I could give negative stars but since that's not an option I'll just warn you this store has the smallest, most limited selection of anything it's ridiculous. They don't even seem to care like maybe inquiring "well what are you looking for and not finding?" No it's so bad that if you're a female and try to ask a question it's like you never spoke at all.... the best part is the card reader where you pay doesn't even work properly, and they would rather just tell you oh your cards declined than to try and help you process the payment. I've worked customer service for YEARS and this was just terrible. Guess that's the service you're supposed to expect in the middle of nowhere. 3 men working can't find their head from their backside.

I wish there was the option to not leave any stars, came from Lafayette to turn a couple of rotors as the Napa in Erie can t do it due to construction, older guy with glasses was more worried about lunch than work, when I got a call from them, they told me that they couldn t turn them, took them to a place in Longmont where they told me that the rotors were within specs and that Napa in Frederic were simply lazy, don t buy here if you love your car.

Not a bad place to go. Short hours unfortunately, usually close around 6pm. Staff is nice when I'm there. Unfortunately by the time most people get out of work in the evenings they are closed.

They don't have the longest hours, aren't always open and it works out. Luckily I never needed anything at weird times. These guys are always nice and helpful. I start here for anything automotive.

I stoped by with my 4 year old to grab a fuse. I didn t see the one I needed. I was waiting near the counter to ask for some help. Two employees were helping one customer and the third was on the phone. The employee started cussing loud enough that everyone in the store turned to look. After one full minute of the repeated foul language I took my 4 year old and business to another auto parts dealer. I live a few blocks away and will not return, even if I have to bike across town to get a part. I wish I could leave 0 stars!

I kept describing the battery for my hybrid. The guy I talked to the day before knew what I meant and "had plenty in stock" then I went there and a different guy kept telling me that all they had was the regular batteries on the shelf and the oval on the side of the caps is where you stick the vent hose for my trunk mounted battery... that's just wrong and potentially dangerous. Be careful who you get your parts from. And get the part number if they "have it"

To start with a little backstory, years ago I was a "counterman" at an auto parts store. So I am very familiar with the industry and the job. Anyways I went in there twice this past weekend. Looking for pretty standard parts. I got the same foul mouthed individual both times. Looked up the various parts and responded with "nope". No offer to order it, or to see if another napa had them. Nothing. Proceeded to start swearing about an elderly man that was in the store because he was "slow". I called O'Reilly's, they either had what I needed or ordered it the same day. I live mere blocks from this Napa and I will not spend another penny here. You need to do some serious house cleaning.

There is no reason this place should ever receive less than 5 stars! JJ was off the charts with patience and recomdations! I like car repairs "said no one ever" JJ was very helpful and professional. Thank you!

The guys at this Napa are consistently helpful and knowledgeable. They always have exact parts I need and are quick with help. They have even carried parts out to my car for me.

Employees at this location have terrible attitudes. Ask simple advice-based questions and they treat you like you re stupid. Call and you ll wonder if you re calling a NAPA and wonder why they seem inconvenienced to order a part.

Very helpful and knowledgeable people. Helped me find a bearing for a small trailer with no markings, then helped me figure out how to install it. They are my go-to now!

Angelo should not be a in "customer facing" position, went in to buy oil and oil filter when I asked questions he made poor facial expressions, and answered my questions in a rude manner. Will travel to Auto zone in firestone next time.

The staff at this location have awful attitudes. They are very lazy and dont want to help. They argued with me when I told them about an item I bought at their store. Will never come back here again.

Sent my wife over there to have her check engine light read they said they did not do that every other Napa that I've been to has done that I've been there a couple of other times the staff there had very poor attitudes and made me feel stupid when I ask them simple questions I'm surprised this place is still in business

They don't know anything about cars and they sent to a garage that tried to scalp me. I'll walk to the Orielly's that's several miles away before buying a single spark plug from NAPA again.

Great group of guys that have been there awhile so they know there stuff. If they dont have what you need they will get it.
