Longmont Auto Body went above and beyond to do right by me. I was very impressed by the services rendered by Tomas especially.The paint work they did on my 1987 Mercedes 420SEL looks phenomenal and I couldn't be happier.

Ricardo was awesome! he was able to take my car in fairly quickly. he was easy to talk to and dropped some good knowledge on me. the repair process was roughly a month and the results were fantasic. my car is looking brand new again and the paint match is spot on!

Roxanne is quite informative and knowledgeable about the auto body business. I was impressed with her ability. She handles insurance well and is responsive to emails. $13k collision repair. The front bumper of 2018 Silverado can be adjusted and the gaps can be even and made much closer than the work I received. I will align the bumper myself. Door trim was not adhered correctly and may have flown off at highway speeds. The alignment wasn t addressed at all, which I discovered on first test drive it was nearly 45 degrees off, needing ball joint replacement. They don t actually do that work so it was transferred to another shop to address that concern. I wasn t notified before someone else drove vehicle 20 miles or so, which bothers me on a 30k vehicle. Those major issues weren t pointed out to me, as any customer would expect, decreasing their rating from me. Positive body work- the paint was matched incredibly well and I can t tell the fenders were painted. Someone knows their paint well. Roxanne also handled the insurance aspect from second shop as well. 5 stars for Roxanne, and 2 for the body work. Hopefully I can align the bumper in a few hours or so.Edit: LABG verbally acknowledged additional concerns and will correct issues on future date.

I have a 2-door RAV4 that had frankly seen better days by the time it came into my ownership. A previous owner hit a deer with it, so many of the body panels were crumpled and rusting badly. There were holes that were just growing as the seasons went by and it wouldn't have been long before the damage would be too far gone to repair. After consulting Tomas at Longmont Auto Body & Glass I decided to hire them to take on the task of rescuing my old car.Now, this wasn't going to be an easy job, as finding bodywork for the two door variety is a challenge on the best of days, yet Tomas was able to source everything needed to graft on fresh sheet metal after cutting out everything touched by the tin worm. They even improved upon the original rust protection and seam sealing from the factory which gave me good peace of mind. When it came to paint, we talked for a long while about color options and settled upon Toyota's royal sapphire pearl (8L5). The color turned out absolutely fantastic, and they even painted the engine bay to match! More than that, done like factory where the engine bay was not clear coated like the exterior and even going so far as wrapping around seam edges so there is no signs of the old color to be found. I was happy enough just at that.However some months down the line I noticed there was a bubble or two in the paint that developed. I talked it over with Tomas and he asked to take a look to find out what happened. While no cause behind the bubbling was found, he and the crew took care of it and blended the repair in so perfectly I can't even tell there was ever a problem in the affected areas. This work was done about a year ago and I just brought my RAV4 back to them to refresh the ceramic treatment. Every interaction I have had with the crew has been pleasant and confidence inspiring. I have some other project cars in need of similar TLC and I fully intend to bring them by for their own makeovers!Services: Window installation, Painting, Glass installation, Body & Trim, Welding, Paint repair

I had a collision in my 97 Dodge Ram 2500, bending the frame. Includes upgraded components for 1 ton, lift kit and several other heavy duty parts not on a normal pickup. Thomas found me a perfect condition frame and they did a full frame swap. Had them paint the frame and all the underside parts while they had it apart. Looks much better than new. Drives straight and is safe.Highly recommend these guys. Great job. Pictures are after driving through snow packed roads.

I had a wonderful experience. Tomas was professional, but friendly. My car glass was done in a timely manner. He also helped me with another job I needed done. I am so thankful for Longmont Auto Body and Glass. I highly recommend them. I always try to support local business.

I took my car here for hail damage after last summers hail storm due to the reviews for them. When I received my car back I found many "drip" marks in the clear coat they put on after repairing, among a few other minor issues. I dealt with the issues because I couldn't be without my car for another extended period of time. I was not going to leave a review about it until now. Today I get a notification from my insurance company that 7 1/2 months later they are submitting another supplemental because they billed incorrectly. I find that very bad business practices to go after something that was closed out and completed. They received everything the initial quote charged and my deductible payment upon release of car. Shortly after, they received the first supplemental payment which was cashed. This paid the bill in full per the final bill I received.Please note that if my insurance company denies the request I will NOT be paying you. I still have my final bill where I paid my deductible and that the only thing owed was the final amount for the first supplemental which I can prove was paid and cashed. Its not my fault you didn't double check your prices and you charged incorrectly. I will never use them again for any work to my vehicle.

Great place look at what happen before then after they left a perfect job great skills and they let you know if something came up or tell them and great service really polite the always got to the point they give you different estimates depending what happens to your vehicle and tell you what you prefer the are friendly and great to communicate they are also workers there that can both English and Spanish just for heads up. They fix up my truck and Had it ready for me and ready to go and love the way they left it just like the day I got it from the dealership. Everything was flawless I thank every each and one of you guys that work there putting your efforts to the job and I heard one of the workers that they name my truck La T�xica great title by the way.

My car was severely damaged by a hailstorm. I was amazed at the level of detail and work they did in reapiring my car, restoring it to nearly new condition. The staff was always polite and professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly reccomend them.

Longmont auto body is the best there is for getting your vehicle fixed or making it next level. Their work speaks for itself. I wouldn t trust any other body shop to work on my c8 corvette, but them. When the roof of my vehicle was becoming an eyesore from flaking paint and rust, I was nervous about the cost of repainting it. However, Longmont Auto Body and Glass assured me that painting the entire roof wasn t necessary saving me a bit of money. Customer service was great, and the job was completed in the time stated. I recommend going to LABG and get it done right the first time.

We had a fantastic first experience with Longmont Auto Body! We had a vehicle in an accident the week after all the hailstorms, and while every other autobody shop out there was months out for just a quote, these guys fit us in same day! They were honest about timelines and what we could expect, especially when working with the other person s insurance company. They even predicted how it would go with the insurance company and how that would affect our experience, and they were spot on. They dealt with the disaster that was the insurance company with kindness and respect, and they went above and beyond on the repairs to our vehicle. We will absolutely use their services again!

I had a great experience with Longmont Auto Body. The front bumper of my C7 Corvette was damaged in a hit and run at the Thornton Costco parking lot. I spent some time researching various options to have the vehicle repaired and decided to use Longmont Auto Body. The manager Tomas did an excellent job throughout the process of having my vehicle repaired. The blend and finish job they did on the metallic paint was top notch. With their repair Longmont Auto Body did a better job of spacing the panel gaps then the original factory assembly.If you look through their lot of vehicles being repaired you'll notice two things:1) There are a number of higher end cars in the lot2) They tend to be very busyYou're welcome to form your own opinion but I feel people choose Longmont Auto Body for a reason and that's reflected in both the quality and volume of vehicles they are entrusted to repair.I would definitely go back and use Longmont Auto Body again.

Had a great experience here.They helped me fix a vintage Nissan that needed rust repair and a windshield replacement. They took time to listen and help with my project. They did a great job and were fair in pricing.Tomas took extra time to stay late and help make sure everything was taken care of.Very friendly staff. I will definitely go back.Much appreciated!

Highly recommended. Thomas was very helpful and professional. The whole staff is very nice. We had damage to our passenger side. It was a big job and now the car is perfect again. Got my windshield replaced but they found hidden rust under the rubber. Tomas immediately contacted me through text and sent pictures. That explained a leak that I was getting inside finally. He did not lay into a hard sell but advised me to fix it. I did go in to check the Damage myself and it was as bad as the pics looked. They sand blasted the rust and filled the holes. I had a rust bubble near that one out on the A-pillar and had both repaired and the sun damaged roof redone. I am happy. I knew it had to be done and with everything they did I was surprised the bill was not more.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hands down the best body shop I have ever worked with! My Land Cruiser was hit by another driver and the back quarter panel was completely smashed. They did an amazing job fixing the damage and the car looks like new. Tomas and his team worked with the insurance through the whole process to get everything taken care of. The work was completed ahead of schedule.I highly recommend this shop; their technical expertise and service are unmatched. I was involved in a 'no fault' accident early fall 2022. There were NO collision shops available at that time, by chance I called Longmont Auto Body. I am so THANKFUL for LAB&G !! They were upfront and honest on what needed to be done and the time it may take to be repaired. Jazmin kept me in the know and is amazing to work with. Thank you Jazmin, Thomas and the entire crew. Got backed into by someone recently, crushing in my driver's side door. Longmont Auto Body & Glass was recommended to us. We found them to be very straightforward and efficient. Jasmine was very helpful in scheduling and answering preliminary questions. Tomas handled the estimate and took care of most everything with the other driver's insurance company. Due to the age of my car, Tomas thought it might be difficult to find a suitable replacement door, but he did and the work was done more quickly than expected. The repairs and new paint were flawless. They were also great about communicating with us during the process, which was much appreciated. Got in a car accident and took my car there. Other shops told me it was going to be months before they can even take a look at it due to overflow and parts. With Longmont auto body they were able to start on my car right away. they did let me know that parts would take time and they did what they could in the mean time. Always updated me and great service. My car came out great!!! Thank you so much!!!!
