Noticed the problem on my vehicle on Wednesday called on Thursday they had my suburban done and fixed before noon on Friday! Great service, clean shop, and all around great experience with them. Will definitely be back if something else happens to my vehicle.

Shout out to JP's Garage. I have been to 3 different shops including Lexus dealer to diagnose some suspension noise on my Lexus LS430 to no avail. Jeremy and his crew did a deep dive and found multiple issues and got me fixed up. Great service and a 3 year warranty on their parts AND labor. I will be a return customer for sure! Thanks Guys!

Jeremy worked with me to get a transmission for my scion tc and I have taken other cars there before too. They are very timely and honest and I've never had a issue with the work they have done they do everything the right way.

My car unexpectedly couldn't get out of 4 wheel drive and Jeramy and the garage got my car fixed up and back in a short amount of time. I found J.P.'s Garage by chance. After having four new tires mounted and balanced, I needed to have an oil change done. I searched garages in the vicinity, and J.P.'s came up in the search. I called and asked if they might be able to squeeze me in, though it was late afternoon. They agreed.I was pleasantly surprised by the service I receive, as well as the price I was charged, since it was the lowest I've been charged since I arrived in the area in 2021. I also appreciate that after four or five, one is on the house.Fast forward to yesterday. On Wednesday, I hit a curb and my tire was shaking as I drove the remainder of the way home. I contacted J.P.'s and they asked me to come in on Thursday morning. I arrived, but had to wait with my car, as I had no ride home, thirteen minutes away, in Lafayette. They would not be able to complete the job on Thursday, but said they could have the parts that evening and begin work on it today, Friday. They asked that I arrive at 7:30 and they informed me that I'd be sitting for several (5-7) hours.I mentioned that I would gladly leave my car if I had a ride, but didn't. The owner actually volunteered to drive me and my dog home and to pick me up when the car was done. Now that is service.Please note, he can clearly not do this for everyone, and it isn't necessarily worse service if such a favor is not offered. I also wouldn't have ever expected this treatment. I am simply alone here, and I do not have anyone that I can necessarily ask at short notice. The car was unsafe to drive back and forth, so out of concern for my safety and doing further damage to the vehicle, the owner performed a much appreciated act of kindness.I can say for certain, the employees here are honest, service-oriented, cordial, professional, and trustworthy. I would recommend J.P.'s, and I'll continue to give them my business for all of my service needs.

Although the dealer (Sill Terhar Ford) had my truck for 4 months and just couldn't get around to fixing the clutch, Jeremy and the guys at JP's got the truck into the shop quickly, had the mouse nest in the bell housing cleaned out, the vent openings blocked where the mice were getting in, and had the job completed in 3 days.

We were traveling to Colorado to visit family and had an issue with our GM Sierra diesel. Jessie got us in the next day and the repairs were completed in just two days!! The truck is running great and we really appreciate their fast response and professional work. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Mitchell took care of my 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo air conditioning. It works great at a fair price. Mitchell bent over backwards for me. He gave me a great tip for my particular vehicle, replace the heater core at the same time as the AC evaporator, still a great price. And then he gave me more great service.I WILL BE BACK TO JP'S GARAGE FOR MORE GREAT SERVICE FROM MITCHELL.Service: Air conditioning

Had a couple different jobs done there in past few weeks. Unfortunately, the second job (replacing an oxygen sensor) triggered alert on 3rd job needed (no fault on their part, just triggered need to replace a 2nd oxygen sensor). Nonetheless I decided to take the car back to my other mechanic and found a much fairer price. JP does a good job but the old adage remains true, it pays to shop around.

We can NOT say Enough Professionalism and Expertise about JP's Garage and their Communication and Delivery!We live in Montana, and our daughter is in college in Colorado. Our daughters vehicle need some serious TLC, and when we were referred to JP's Garage, we knew we were in good hands from the beginning.Jeremy took ownership and his communication throughout the repairs was well above the bar!He was able to let us know what exactly was going on with the vehicle and what needed to be fixed.He followed it up by a Full Report of the items completed and the items that may need attention in the future.The cost is totally Affordable and our daughter called us after 3 hours of having the vehicle back and said, MOM,DAD.... I am 65 years old and can count on one hand the mechanics that have not tried to make an extra dollar off of me this one is superb. I self diagnosed and took a guess at what was wrong and swung by Napa on my way over but only after calling two dealers and two other mechanics in the Denver metro area and all of them said the soonest they could get me in was July 6th or even August. But Jeremy the manager said sure come on down and I just popped in with my part in hand and they took me right in and by the time I walked to 7-Eleven and came back it was ready to go and only costed me $30. I guess the owner's name is Josh and the manager is Jeremy and they've got a couple of other super high level Master technicians that they pay a ton of money to. These guys gamble on repeat business not just one time shots and they will certainly have mine until my death. As a last note when I was leaving I said so what makes and models do you work on and he said anything but Mini Coopers.

I've taken my 4Runner here twice now and have had great experiences both times. Josh got me in and out quickly, the estimate/payment process was smooth, and he is great at keeping me updated. He really goes above and beyond in making sure his work is top quality, and his prices are fair.JP's is a rare find, and even though I don't live nearby, it was well worth the extra $80 to have it towed up.Services: Transmission, Air conditioning

Trust worthy mechanics! We drive 30 miles to get to them knowing they are knowledgeable and ethical-! They only recommend services that are necessary and reasonable. These guys are amazing! I unfortunately had some of the worst of luck, after finishing a 6 month job in Montana, I was traveling back home to Texas, up until my F250 was struck by a gas can after it slung out of another truck's bed on the interstate, ripping my fass pump (lift pump) in the process and thus leaving me stranded.Since I was out of options stuck on the side of the road, I quickly started looking for a mechanic nearby in an area I've never been to my whole life. First shop I called said only thing they can do is order me a new fass pump and install it. Right before I gave in, I tried calling another shop, my hope was to find one that could atleast tow my truck to their shop, since my first call didn't offer it. That's when I called JP' Garage, who in term also didn't provide towing either, but referred to me their friend who owns his own towing company (I wish I remembered their company name so I could also rate it 5 stars).So I was set in with JP instead. The towing service was fast and affordable, felt like I robbed them, they vastly under charged me for their services, they said they wanted to do me a favor and help me out.Things only got better from their, JP'S Garrage promised to get me back on the road as soon as humanly possible. They diagnosed the issue, and gave me the good news, they said my pump was still working fine, the nipple that attached to the filter broke off, meaning I wouldn't have to order a new pump (which would have cost me close to 1000, and would have taken weeks for delivery). Instead they could order a new nipple, and replace it, which cost as much as a large pizza from pizza hut. In the mean time, one of the workers' there (wish I also remembered his name) gave me a ride to the closest cheap motel he could find until the nipple arrives.In the end they accomplished their mission on getting me back on the road as soon as possible. Made it back to Texas with absolutely no issues or any abnormal wear from my fass pump, as if nothing ever happened, and surprisingly way cheaper than I would have expected. Had the worst of luck, but at the best possible location, I thank god first most and JP'S for their fast affordable, and precise work, as well as their friend they referred me to for towing my truck to their shop.The only sad part for me is I'll likely never run into these guys agian since I live in Texas. These are the types of mechanics everyone should have, I can't thank them enough, if I had problems occur agian in the future wish I could easily come back to them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Josh, Jeremy and Tyler are an amazing team. I've been servicing my car with them since they opened and will go no other place. These guys are super friendly, know their stuff and are always fair. They keep me in the loop of what's going on and when things are ready. In today's world it's refreshing to find such a great shop locally. Wanting to get a second opinion, I called Josh at JP's Garage to have him take a look at my front end suspension. He got me in the next day and sent me an easy to read estimate within hours. Josh is an excellent mechanic and very honest and forthright. I was told by another garage that I needed a brake job,Josh checked it out and said it wasn't necessary and he wouldn't let me even pay for his time.
