Highly recommend Caliber Collision!!I took my truck in for hail damage repair. From start to finish, the experience was effortless. Patrick kept me updated every step of the way. The repairs look great, like brand new! Not only that, when I picked up my truck, I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been detailed. My truck was sparkly clean throughout. What a nice touch.Thank you, Patrick, and the rest of the Caliber Collision staff for a wonderful experience and a job well done.

After calling 4 other shops for repairs, I reached Danny at the Caliber Collision in Frederick. I described the damage and he asked me to bring it by to see if he could fit it in. We dropped our car off and had it back in less than 10 days, good as new. Just an outstanding level of professionalism and care!

My car was rear ended last year and they were very quick about repairing it. The vehicle looked great, you could not even tell it was damaged. Recently a gate shut on my vehicle and had a large paint transfer. They were able to remove all the paint without any damage to the vehicle.

The entire team at Caliber Collision in Frederick was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I spoke/worked with Sydney, Rosemary, Ben and Pat, they were all great. I received updates throughout the process and the work was done sooner than anticipated.

I can t say enough about the quality of the Caliber team in Frederick, CO. Rosemary and Danny in particular were so communicative throughout the process and the work itself is superior. I m so grateful to the Caliber team and when something happens to your vehicle, obviously it s stressful. Their updates were beyond helpful in planning and relieving that stress. Not to mention, the whole team is incredibly professional, kind and understanding. Their in-house insurance experts were so good that I never had to wrangle with our insurance company - what a relief! 10 stars for Caliber!

I highly recommend this crew.Pat did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me in the decision-making process. The repair looks great and I appreciate that the team insisted on finding good parts. Danny did a great job of quality assurance and closing everything out. On receipt, the condition of the vehicle, both interior and exterior, was like new. Really above and beyond.

I haven t had to use a collision center in 25 years. Our two year old Lexi s was rear ended. I was very concerned about having it repaired and having it done right. I couldn t be happier. This shop is absolutely amazing. Rosemary went above and beyond to ensure the rental car was delivered when needed. Rosemary gave us the best customer service we ve had in a long long time. She kept us updated constantly about their progress. The repair is like new. Highly recommended Caliber Collision of Frederick, CO.

The shop and the technician were professional and detailed in the repairs needed. They worked directly with the insurance and I didn't have to worry about claims and coverage.It helped beeing scheduled for repairs. Even though I was told the repairs may take a couple of weeks, everything was done jn just 8 days.The car was returned detailed inside and outside and shinier than ever. Highly recommend this Caliber location.

Caliber Collision had our 2020 WRX for about 4 weeks. I called them and explained we cant afford an other week of the car rental and the GM there said he would do his best. Not only did they do their best they got it wrapped up in two days. We got the phone call on Friday afternoon that the car was done and we about cried. These GM and the worker stayed late and came in early to help us out. Thank you for that

Rosemary and the caliber team were great. They were able to accommodate my specific needs on my truck repair and it came out fantastic. Repairs and color matching are top notch. They even cleaned the inside and left it feeling new. Great job guys and thanks for taking such good care of my rig. Hope I don t need your services for some time, but I know where to go if I do.

This shop is amazing! Though there may be a wait because all shops are overwhelmed with volume, they did a great job keeping me informed and my car looks like new! Such a wonderful team!

After I dropped off my vehicle after original estimate it took over a week to get vehicle into shop and order parts. It should not take a qualified body shop 30 days to complete a bumper repair.

Just pick up my RAV4 and Caliber is one stand up company and employees. Extremely high professionalism, knowledge, and very friendly. The guys (body specialists and paint)did awesome work as one would never know I had an issue with my door. The advisor Benjamin would text me an update everyday that guy needs a raise. I highly recommend Caliber, my opinion the absolute best in the business. Oh course thanks to the detailers car looks fantastic.Jerry

Danny and the team at Caliber Frederick treated me and my vehicle with red carpet treatment. I was kept informed along the way with every process, the tech who worked on my vehicle did a stellar job and it looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot, not to mention the paint job. Top notch job from the team here at the Frederick location I would highly recommend the team here and if I ever need collision repair I know just who to turn to.

I recently visited here to get some work done on my car and they did a great job! I was kept well informed through out the whole process. Sydney was very welcoming when I came in and Pat was so kind and did a thorough job during my estimate! Will definitely be back if I ever need more work done!

I had a great experience with Caliber. It was a very smooth process. I was kept informed with regular status updates. Work was completed when promised. The workmanship on the repair is fantastic. I went in there to get an estimate done on August 1st for my truck that was backed into. I ve called twice since then and they still don t have an estimate completed. I also have hail damage needing repaired and was waiting for this to get that done. The lack of communication is ridiculous even if it is the insurances fault for not getting the release over. They are supposed to be preferred by them and the treatment I ve gotten is some of the worst customer service ever

Update: received a phone call from the district manager for Caliber apologizing for the poor customer service. He also clarified that this review is posted on the Collision repair shop's site, which is affiliated with but separate from the glass shop. Don't hold my review against the body shop - I don't know anything about them. My remarks only pertain to the mobile glass service.Filed a windshield claim with my insurer, one of their preferred shops was Caliber. After filing the claim, they were supposed to have contacted me within 2 hours. No call, so I called them. They put me on hold for 44 minutes without acknowledging that I was still waiting, so I gave up and called Safelite instead. Got Safelite on the first try, and already have an appointment set up. Save yourself the trouble, don't bother with Caliber.

After my car was hit, I was nervous about going a shop. I received a recommendation to go to this specific shop and drove over a hour to take my car here. When I dropped my car off, Sydnee (the front desk receptionist), was very helpful and kind. She answered my questions about how the rental car works and how I would be contacted about my car during the process. She made me feel very comfortable with leaving my car at the shop. The rental company came to the shop to drop off a rental car for me. It was great. During the time my car was in the shop I was kept informed by Rosemary. Additional damage was found and updates were provided during the entire process. My car was ready for pick up faster than I expected. The shop manager, Danny, hand delivered my car to me and went over all the work they completed on it. The shop even cleaned my car. I was very impressed with the above and beyond service I received. I would 100% recommend this shop.

Caliber Collision in Erie did a fantastic job repairing our Subaru Forester after significant damage to the backend. Came back after the repair on a few minor items (one most likely not their issue) and they quickly helped. I have had vehicle repairs done at Caliber before and they do great work. Today I went in to get a hail damage estimate, to see what an independent shop would charge outside of insurance. I wanted this to make sure that if we got a cash payout from my insurance, it was enough to cover the damage (I've heard horror stories) The guy that was assessing the damage gave me the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I asked him what the cash price would be for the repair, he accused me of trying to "make money on the deal). He was extremely presumptuous and just outright rude. A person lacking the basic courtesy that is expected in customer service should not be dealing with customers. Very disappointing.
