I've been bringing my speedometers, tachometers, alternators, starters, generators and voltage regulators to Rusty for nearly 20 years and he is always first class to work with. He is completely fair and honest with the best customer support you could ever hope for. His work is always excellent and I would even ship him my parts to work on when I moved away from Colorado for a time. I cannot recommend him highly enough and trust him with rare, unusual, and hard to find parts.

I reached out to Rusty after purchasing multiple Speedo cables (from chain auto supply stores) that were supposedly compatible with my 1988 Jeep Cherokee with none of them having the correct connectors or length. After speaking for a few minutes I sent him pictures of the original connections and the length of the original cable. 6 days later (over thanksgiving no less) I received a perfect cable at a very reasonable price! This cable feels stronger than the original and works flawlessly!

Called here from MI explaining my speedo cable issue for my 91 Ford bronco after installing an aftermarket brand for my exact vehicle that was too long and the only length sold. Long story short he listened then answered and explained what was happening. Made sense to what i was feeling spinning it by hand. Gave him my factory measurements from original broken cable 3 days later its on and working flawlessly. Thanks to folks like this keeping the good old vehicles on the road.

Amazing place and never knew it existed until now. Guy is old-school and very trusting of his customers. I was in a pinch and blew an alternator fan apart on my twin LS converted power yacht. Could not find it anywhere and I had been searching for days. Dropped in and he had what I d been looking for in a kitchen cabinet drawer, lol! I didn t have cash on me and he trusted me to just come back later and pay for it. Thanks so much for the kindness and trust! Not too many places like this around anymore. I m going to come to this place anytime I need anything.

Best shop around alternators starters speedometer odometer from ancient to brand new this guy fixes everything to brand new again he knows what he's doing cuz he's been doing it forever if you want to save some time and money get it rebuilt here don't waste your time trying to find someplace else you'll just get ripped off anyway this guy is so fair priced and a very fast turn around so again stop wasting your time come here get it fixed right the first time from A to Z doesn't matter what kind of car or truck or even a semi bring it there have him test it and he'll tell you how much it's going to cost before he even works on it

I brought in an alternator from my daughter's old Honda to this shop for diagnostics. Rusty checked it out and discovered that the brushes were bad. He replaced the brushes, retested the alternator and had me out of there with a perfectly working alternator in under half an hour. He charged me a ridiculously fair price and saved me from spending a couple hundred bucks on a remanufactured one from the auto parts store. Honest, friendly and fast service! Come here instead of paying for a new alternator and support a great local business.

So it is a rarity that you find a place that REPAIRs electrical components. In this day and age, it's more about replacing than repairing. I got it, somethings are just not repairable. But when you find a place that does exactly that (repairs), that place should be given it's due credit.Rusty was doing a repair when I walked in with an item. He stopped what he was doing to help me out. One look at it, he had it on the bench, assessed the problem, and went on to repairing it with no hesitation. Would've been in and out within 20 minutes if we hadn't stopped to conversate.Upon finishing the work, a gentlemen walked in asking for some electrical brushes for a 1973 tractor. Rusty looked into his inventory on the shelf and handed the gentleman the part.If you are in need of having an electrical automotive component repaired, I recommend you give Speedometer and Alterantor services a shot. Service is outstanding and turn around time is fast. I WILL be returning if the requirement presents itself.Thanks Rusty!

Great place from a past time, a better time. When we fixed cars ourselves and shops like this rebuild stuff better than new. Today everything is Chinese of you can get it and the quality is quite poor. Rather than buy a cheap alternator, starter, and other components, rebuild it for less and get better than OEM

Rusty bent over backward to get me an alternator that worked. I fried my first rebuild due to bad wiring in the vehicle and he hooked me up on the subsequent work even though it was not his fault. Will definitely recommend to others!

A highly professional and prompt service. My older model vehicle needed a new speedometer calibrated, and the gentlemen were able to perform the service on the spot. The final product is great (it's always nice to know how fast you're going :) ), and it was executed in a friendly, honest, and capable manner, for a more than reasonable price. Thank you for the help! This is a small business worth supporting.

After many import alternators, they built me one that works right. Turns out my 7.3 diesel likes 14.0 voltage, not 14.5. They put in the correct regulator and I haven't seen a dash light flicker yet. Plus, injectors run smoother, less smoke, better mpg. Couldn't be happier.

Rusty makes good repair parts and components. 24v and 12v.Be patient, Rusty had his phone number hacked by a telemarketer. They call me several times a week selling Viagra from his phone number.

What the Tick Tock Shop does for timepieces this shop does for Alternators, speedometers, etc. My family has used their services for decades and has no reason to stop. Save alot of $$ having things rebuilt than buying a new or questionably rebuilt unit from a chain store. These guys are magic!
