They did a great job on the body work and the paint matches perfectly. They took the time to seal sheet metal they repaired underneath to make sure they did a long lasting repair. Great place!!

Fast yet very careful installer, Adam. Norman, longtime owner, is all about customer service and providing reliable service. Honest shop that knows what it is doing and stands by its work. Over the years we have taken four vehicles here, knowing we can rely on careful work.

They were wonderful from start to finish. They fought to get me a rental car, quick and easy appraisal and repairs were done a lot quicker than expected. The employees were very respectful and polite with great communication. The location was a little hard to find was the only thing.

Don t believe I can convey how happy we are with the installation of our class a motor home s windshield. There are not enough stars here. Nicki was fantastic and my constant phone calls never bothered her. She answered all my questions and really helped the process along. Her husband did the install and Matt you and your guys did an outstanding job. The last windshield, that was done in Pennsylvania, leaked and then whistled I ve got no issues with this one. We live full time in our RV and this was a stressful time for my wife and I not to mention our pets. Great job guys , I would not hesitate to return to Colorado Springs if I needed a windshield, I m hopping to not need another. Thank you again.Wayne

Awesome Shop, Office Manager RocksThis place worked hard to get my car repaired quickly. They worked with the insurance to make sure that all of the item they needed got taken care of in a very timely manner. The communication is top notch. If you need a body shop that can get your car in-and-out quickly even with all of the hail damage around. Give them a call immediately

I went for an estimate. The people were great! Jennifer was very helpful. They got me in and out quickly.I've seen other work they do (mine is not in the shop yet) and it is spectacular, which is why I chose them.The price is higher than some shops, but you get what you pay for. I'd rather save up the money to have quality work done instead of find the cheapest guy in town & live with lower quality work.The shop is out of the way and Google Maps gets you close, but ask for directions so you go to the fence to get in instead of where the map tells you.

The first time I used them everything went as planned however, they were about a hour late. The second time they were several hours late. The third time they called to let me know he had the three windshields I needed then never called to setup a time or day to install.When I had my windshield replaced by another company they showed me the short cuts Rainbow Glass took the last time the did my Jeep.I will not use them again.

Great place to get body work. I manage a moving company and rainbow is the only place we go for body work. Norm is a great. I like a place where the owner is hands on and finishes every job with a handshake.

This place is kinda hidden, but worth it. Had them replace a rear window. Very close to me, competitively priced, and quick. Already plan on going back for my other vehicles.

This business has been giving misleading information about pick up times of a hail damage vehicle. This vehicle was supposed to be picked up on Friday it is now Monday the 74 year old owner says he couldn't get to it because he's out doing bids at Fort Carson.( trying to get more work when you can't handle what you have.) He did bid the vehicle and now claims none of his suppliers have glass for this vehicle. In addition to these bad business practices he hung up on me and told me to go somewhere else... poor business. Now we are 4 days after the storm and all other glass are scheduled out for weeks .

After this storm our neighborhood has been flooded with storm chasing scam artists. Normams guys got a job doimg a neighbors windshield. His employees are rude and oblidgerant. Cussing and spitting. When a convo to get other storm chasers. His employees decided to become threatening and aggressive. I spoke to Norman... . Nothing.... Police arrive and remove his company from the neighborhood and not to return. Company van does a burn out and police then jump in and head after rainbows company van. Buyer BEWARE!
