If there was a zero, I would give the manager Jeremy that. I had an issue with a purchase. They sold me the wrong brakes, employee I talked to was understanding, said no problem we will get it handle. Went in and Jeremy who I didn t know at the time was manager, I explained situation, he was so rude, walked away from conversation, I asked for manager he said I m it as he was walking away. Deplorable behavior. I will never be back and I will tell everyone to never shop there. How they employed a manager like Jeremy is beyond me.

I am not a mechanic, but try to do everything myself in efforts to save money. The staff here is beyond helpful, despite the bother I've been. For people that don't even know me, they always treat me like family, since the first time I called and walked in.

I have purchased from the fountain mesa O'Reilly's several times and have been impressed with the customer service. The people behind the counter have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. Will keep using them for my auto parts needs.

Today I went into this store asked the young man if they had a part for my truck he did not ask for year model or anything of my truck did not type anything into the computer and said "nothing is coming up your going to have to just figure out what fits on isle 5" then stood there and told me I passed what I was looking for while standing at the counter. My 15 years in retail management says that this should not be acceptable.Good luck o'rileys you just lost a customer that shopped with you over other stores and Amazon. While I can go to advance auto parts across the street or the autozone by Walmart where I go shopping.

The only stores I've seen have their employees involved in getting the job done on the front table with their customer. The manager and another employee were assisting a customer assemble his wheel hub, Making sure he had correct parts and proper torque specifications to ensure the assembly - stayed assembled haha.

I was in a jam--my car battery died, and my coworker had given me a jump which got me to the ent service center in the same shopping center (but on the opposite end). Unfortunately my battery did not want to start again to take me home, so I walked to the O'Reilly's (it's a little tricky to find, but I found it) and Brenden not only walked all the way back to ent to test the battery but drove us over in his car to swap it out for me. He went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate that he got me back on the road. Give him a raise!!

Called 6 months ago to check on availability of a part, was treated rudely over the phone. Went in later to get it, while different employee checked me out, this rude individual stood 20 away glaring. This was the start of a downward spiral. Was recently informed that I better be careful or I ll get my ass beat . Funny how a small kid has to warn me while the men running their mouth won t offer the invitation. Been shopping here 3 years now what happened?

Whent to there other store on 85/87 . For a battery charge they said it would be 1 or 2 hrs. 3 hrs later when I call they clearly didn't set it up and lie about machine being broke so I ask for new batteries since I had a warranty. That store did everything in there power to try and make me buy another expensive battery. I called Brendan at this store on Mesa and like maverick he le lead me threw the canyon over the mountain to a 10 g drop splashing the target in the last second like a boss! He found my receipt in the system from there store and printed it out so I could go back wit a huge smerk and demand what's rightfully mine .f� &k yea Brendan! You sir are a hero and a scholar� Someone give this man a raise!!!!

I came in earlier today to get a new battery because my old one had major corrosion issues. Lucky for me I got help from Dustin Frank at the Fountain Mesa location. He was extremely helpful and did an amazing job at cleaning the corrosion on the battery. In addition to battery work he did a phenomenal job at answering all questions presented to him. I highly recommend this place because they give their honest opinions on what would be best for your car and are very kind about it.

Today, I experienced an outstanding customer service from Sean. I called ahead about a battery for my Volvo, and he mentioned it was available. He also asked me to bring vehicle in so that he could determine if staff was going to be able to install it based on the battery location/configuration. As soon as I got to the store, started talking to another staff member, but Sean heard me and he knew who I was. He asked me to pop the hood so that he review the battery location. We went back inside, I purchased the battery and within 10 mins it was already installed. Wow! I also need to mention, it was 17 degrees F this morning. O'Reilly Fountain Mesa, you have another very happy customer.

I shop here frequently for all my car needs. James Rodarmel consistently fills my orders for all my work trucks, daily drivers, work equipment and toys. I own and operate a welding shop so we're very needy. We make sure to ask for James by name to make sure our orders stay consistent as he has never made a mistake. This stores crew in its entirety is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable!! Highly recommend over auto zone and advanced!

This store needs stronger chip readers for debit cards. When the card works at every other store, the issue can be localized. The same card works at auto zone, and advanced auto parts. I would prefer to keep my business at Oreillys

Great store, clean, and well managed. I can mostly get advice from someone who has a depth of knowledge on vehicles and their associated nuances. There was one instance where I needed a PVC valve and what the book/system identified the appropriate PVC was smaller than the grommet it was supposed to fit. So I tried to get a new grommet to fit it and they could not help. Either to help me with a new smaller grommet or find a bigger PVC. The guy that helped me was not very useful and left it up to me to try different year, make and models to look up. Beyond that, he seemed competent to use the system but lacked a depth of experience to be helpful.

Close to my house. I usually only come in for detailing supplies and the staff is always friendly. I am a veteran, even though nowadays i don't look like it, and they always ask if i am and give me the military discount. Good people work here.

My personal favorite for auto parts because O'Reilly seems to have parts for stuff like my dirt bike that other stores dont tend to have. Not a huge assortment but sometimes they surprise me. The staff are ALWAYS super courteous and as helpful as can be... They listen and try to help you with your vehicle needs and make genuine suggestions, even so much as suggesting another store for what I needed.. Great job O'Reilly..

I am a car guy, but not a car expert. Luckily for me the staff here are! Always friendly and experienced I choose the Fountain Mesa store over the others, because of the cleanliness and order. By far the best auto parts store in colorado springs!

So the day before we order axle seals. Show up at other said store. That we had talked to the evening before and assured us that the p�rt was there. Well next morning some other dude at said store tried to pawn off on me an entirely different part, then told me they don't have it. O'Reilly had it and saved the day! MY HERO!
