My husband and I love this place. We started by going only for oil changes but recently we needed more work done on both cars and I feel very comfortable bringing both cars here. Today, I got home and noticed my tire hissing so I called them to ask if they knew anyone that could change the tire today. Alex told me to bring it on in even though it was a couple hours before they closed and I did have to wait a bit but I didn t mind at all cause they squeezed me in when could ve easily turned me away. They put my spare on while they try to find new tires since they couldn t patch up the bad one and they didn t charge me to put my spare on! I m very grateful for them helping me with that since I have no clue how to! They will be our go to place because of the work they do and because of Alex s customer service and need to help people.

Asan older single woman am always concerned about not finding an honest mechanic. I have been very pleased with this shop and will continue to take my vehicles there. Prices are not lower but I trust that the service they say I need is actually being done. They also are good about telling you what can wait and what absolutely needs to be done for the car to be safe

Was a poor experience I had an appointment at 10 and they didn t get my vehicle in till 2:00pm I was only having them flush the transmission and fix my electric ac motor but with how late they got my vehicle in they only got to the transmission. Why schedule appointments for people if you are not going to follow your own time line I understand at max 30 mins but multiple hours. I even had to wait till after 5:00pm when they close to get my vehicle. Then driving home a light came on that was not on prior to driving it there. Over just not happy with that place I will not be returning.

Alex was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions about an issue that happened in Arizona before returning home to Colorado. He gave honest suggestions on how to manage the issue while going on another roadtrip.

Alex at the front desk was friendly, professional and well educated. He got my car in about an hour after I first called, the mechanics found my issue quickly and I was out about two hours later with the issue resolved. A mechanic even let me use his phone charger at one point so I could use my electronic coupons for the shop. I ve had issues with meineke at different locations before and this experience restored some faith in the company.

When my car broke down and my daughter and I were stuck and waiting for an Uber, it was closing time. The manager stayed extra to ensure my daughter and I were safe and got our Uber before locking up and leaving for the night. He was very kind and I greatly appreciated his willingness to stay late to make sure we were safe. Highly recommend!

I like the location and services, I would have all my vehicles worked on but sometimes there's no break in prices.I have spent alot in the last few months repairing a van of mine.I asked the service manager if he could have mechanic just tighten 3 clamps for me and he said he would have to charge $140 in labor.It's like come on I just spent $2300.00 here and you can't tighten a few clamps.So there's no extra services to the customer here at all.I really like Alex as the manager and he's always been good to me.Just wish they would help the customer a little more.

All of the guys there were awesome and more than willing to help. Unfortunately my truck was too big to get aligned there but it didn t keep them from trying every option. Will definitely go back for other services.

I just keep going back as l can pretty much bring my car in the same day or the next....l have an older car given to me and it needed a lot to get it at its best running capacity. I'm so glad ...was waiting on other mechanics that never called me back. Thank you Meineke for taking care of my car ,therefore me also. Merry Christmas

I dropped my vehicle off for a oil change and air filters. Told the manager i would pick up the next day at 10am. I was told it would be done first thing in the morning. The vehicle was not ready and they rushed to get the oil change but didn't do an inspection or change out the air filters. I was offered a free inspection on my next visit. I did pay full price. Manager was friendly just wish they would have done the service i requested.

The Meineke Team in Fountain Colorado is Excellent! The Leadership and Service Team are Way Above the expected and the so-called "Normal" in the auto repair industry! Alex and the Team are Way Above Average and Always go the extra mile regardless of the size of the repair job. This shop is fantastic! They got me in and fixed my car on one of the busiest days of the week! While waiting for my car to be fixed, the general manager was handling 5 things at once for atleast a hour lol he's a rock star!! Great customer service, I'll bring all my business to this shop from now on

They've really modernized their customer engagement through the service experience. I received text updates which included the planned services and the inspection results, including pictures. This allowed me to add unplanned service items to this visit and budget for future repairs.

Extremely disappointed in the service and price that I was quoted. Kept the car 8 hours just to do a visual suspension inspection then quoted me a price for a simple spring replacement that was higher than the Dealership. Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was unable to get a ride home so they made sure I arrived home and back to their shop to pick up my car. This is my not my first time to this care center for my vehicle repair. The first time I had an oil leak, and I was instructed to get a new intake manifold and seal, so following the instructions of the service manager (Alex), I did. I financed nearly $5k on this repair, and the manger insisted that I needed the repair, gave me a price out the door and then increased my credit limit on my financing without my consent for knowledge and up charged the repairs. However, the car has never really recovered from the work that the care team did on it. The vehicle still continues to leak oil and break seals. I took it back a 6th time (to use the warranty) to the center to get the Doorman intake manifold replaced and Alex again without my consent orders a more expensive part and puts it on the car, then tells me that this part isn't covered under warranty and that I declined the OEM brand months earlier and so you will have to pay $835 extra. He excluded using another Doorman brand intake because the OEM is better, and it has a new function on it that may cut the pressure valve from breaking the seal again. If I use the Doorman again the problem will continue, but again you have to $835 for the new part that is not covered under warranty. This is outrageous and I am angry with the whole process that has been going on for nearly 7 mos. Please assist in making this right for your customers!

It is almost like the first one is free, as the saying goes. I brought my car to Meineke in Fountain about 4 months ago for a repair and they did excellent. The price was reasonable and the work was done well and on onetime. This time however was a different story. My gear shifter was stuck and I thought that since they did good the first time they can do this. We DROVE it in and they diagnosed it the next day. They charged 149.00 saying that it took them an hour. Next they said it needed a new cable that took 5 hours to complete. They were going to charge us 1200.00 for that. Absolutely not! We had it towed out of there...oh by the way we drove it there and it was undrivable when we got it back. A very nice tow truck driver reassessed the car and basically said Meineke rips people off own a regular basis. (There are numerous reviews to support that claim.) He suggested a mechanic, and we had the car towed there. Within 5 minutes the mechanic diagnosed it and 1 hour later the car was fixed. As it turns out the car needed a bushing, that was it, but Meineke tried to sell us parts we did not need. BTW Meineke broke 2 additional parts while diagnosing my car. In total the repairs for the car were 425.00 including the parts that they broke.Alex you should be fired for deceptive business practices and price gouging. I will be calling your cooperate office.Jason
