I am updating my review to add in a glowing review!!We've been going here since they opened. We have had several sets of new tires, 2 vehicles have had running boards installed, and brake services.All of the people I have referred have also become regular customers here!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Les Schwab Tire Center in Fountain, Colorado, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Brian and Dalton, were incredibly helpful and attentive. Their commitment to providing outstanding customer service was evident throughout my entire visit. Not only did they go above and beyond to meet my expectations, but they also displayed a level of care and expertise that truly sets them apart. I left feeling not only satisfied with the service but also impressed by their dedication to their customers. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking top-notch service and a team that truly values their customers' needs.

Brian is really good at his job. He took care of what I needed seriously and swiftly. The price that he quoted was exactly what I paid. When I need tires I'm coming here. All the people I encountered are exactly what I want when people are working on my car.

We had stopped the maverick next to Les Schwab to fill our tire when my husband discovered our valve stem was broken. So we popped over to Les Schwab. They were able to get us in right away. The tech kept in communication with us. He informed us of prices and our options before going any further. There was also a previous patch on the tire that he replaced to be on the safe side. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road fast and safe. Thank you so much Matt!!

Be carful with this establishment. They quoted my husband one price and quoted me another. My husband was quoted double the amount from what they told me. I was price checking around and found that Discount Tire up the street was reasonably priced for what I needed done on my vehicle. We ended up going with Discount Tire for their honest and reasonable prices. That's all. Just be careful.

Bought these Back Country AT2 tires this morning because the old ones were being unruly. Not only did they take did a great damn job! They look amazing! They ride quiet and smooth for beefy tires. Respect to Les Schwab and their crew for doing sick an amazing job. Hopefully I won't have anymore issues wit air leakage now that I have new set of tires.

Customer service was unbelievable, other people could learn by how this store efficiently operates. Branden, our point of contact went above and beyond to help us achieve our needs. He s definitely an A+ employee!!From observing all the other employees work with other customers.. I was impressed. A well oiled machine!! Excellent job locating our tires Branden!!

Wonderful experience today. Made an appointment online with all the services I needed (new tires and oil change). I wasn t hassled about which tires I chose, which was a bonus. Also the benefits of purchasing tires with them is a plus. Took my children to breakfast and by the time breakfast was finished our car was ready. Fast and friendly service. Thank you guys so much.

I brought my vehicle to have my tire pressure sensors replaced and was very pleasantly surprised that I could also have my oil changed on my Mercedes. It was all much more cost-effective than having to take the vehicle to the dealership. They were very helpful, cordial and efficient. I'm definitely going to give them my business again!

I will never go to Big O Tires again!! Came here for an oil change as a walk-in and was treated sooo kindly! The manager, Bryan, was so professional and customer-service oriented from the time I spoke with him on the phone. It turns out that my car was unsafe to drive because one of my tires was missing studs and lugnuts. He called all around town and got me taken care of. The place is clean and spacious and has tables where I spent my time studying while waiting. I ll be a customer for life!

Every employee I encountered was so helpful and nice. I had 2 nails in my tire and they got me in and out in just under an hour. They also repaired it for free and filled up all my tires to the correct levels. I definitely plan on returning to them!

If I could give them 0 stars I would.they scratched every single one of my rims and took out my tpms sensors with out telling me then told me don't worry about the tire light it will reset automatically.Absolutely not the case.

First, I ve left this location with deep scratches on my hood after taking it in for a flat tire repair. Recently, the workers here claimed I had several things very wrong with my car when I brought it back in because it sounded and felt weird after I got new tires here. They said my engine was the clicking sound I heard, that my engine was shifting constantly because an engine mount was broken, and that I really needed brakes. I took my car to Master Tech instead of the shop they recommended to get it checked out and none of these claims by Les Schwab were true. Any reason I can think of as to why the Les Schwab workers would tell me all these things is not good because I feel like they were taking advantage. Because of what they told me about my car, I wasted a lot of time getting it checked out, spent money on new brakes and rotors I didn t need, and have not been able to drive Lyft because I believed my car was not ready to pass an inspection. I personally would not recommend Les Schwab to anyone because to me, something is very sketchy here. On top of everything, I developed a bubble in a brand new tire and I m terrified to get it fixed through the warranty because I can t trust them.

These guys are the absolute best. They'll custom order anything and take care of all the leg work. They perform siping, calibrated dynamic balancing, and even fix other shop's work. Only bringing my business here from now on, even going way out of the way to do so. Brandon did an excellent job quarterbacking my setup! If you have an offroad style setup and OCD, look no further.

Don't ever send your 16 year old to get an oil change they will take advantage of your child, and pressure purchase of new tires and get a confirmation over the phone with out really explaining what's going on to your 16 year old This company has lost my business, and I routinely bring 3 cars here. I will be searching for a more honest company in the future.

THE paradigm of professionalism. This was my experience with the team here, especially Nathan ES who was the one to work with me and my vehicle. I was supremely impressed by the demonstrated character of Nathan and the women at the front desk. If I had known Les Schwab was not just tires I would've given all my previous suspension work to this location. Overall, the best I've ever experienced!Big shout out to the team down here in Fountain. Brandee for helping me when I walked in that fateful afternoon. Jason for doing the research and finding the coilovers. Brandon and Jason for doing an excellent install on the parts.I can't stop smiling, to think I was just a girl with a dream only a few weeks ago!I can't thank these guys enough! Not only did they execute this project without a hitch, but they also have amazing routine services. I'll never go anywhere else!

Went in today for a nail in my tire. Turns out I had a nail, a bolt, and some old patch work that was leaking. They patched all of the holes no problem. Such amazing customer service. Everyone was kind, smiling, and laughing with us. I highly recommend this place!!

I recently worked with the folks over at Les Schwab to get a set of wheels and tires for my car to prep for winter. The staff is all very friendly and helpful! I worked mostly with one of their employees named Brandon and he helped figure out what I needed and wanted to put on my car. In addition to great service, my car looks way cooler now too!

The guys that work here are very nice and helpful. They explained everything that they were going to do for my crosstrek.They did an oil change, topped off the fluids, checked the pressure of my tires and let me drop off my vehicle earlier than my appointment.They have the waiting area really nicely spaced out.Update:Nathan was fantastic! Having a silly cx it makes any easy thing a bit harder. My headlight went out and I couldn't get in there to replace myself. I stopped by and Nathan hopped right in and help me change it. I love coming here everyone is so nice and I highly recommend coming here.

I took my car in for an alignment and I specifically told them I was going on a trip and traveling miles away. When I get to my destination my car was making a popping noise everytime I turned my wheel! I took my car to a mechanic near by and come to find out they didn t even put the right bolt on for my tire rod. The mechanic could turn the bolt with his fingers it was so loose. Super dangerous!

Went and got a few things looked at. They quoted me an insane price to fix a few things on my vehicle that 1. I didn't ask them to look at and 2. I had checked it and had 2 other mechanics look at it and say there's no reason that part needed a replacement that the quote was a lie to try and steal my money. Looking at my parts, it looks new. Never use this place for anything.

These guys!! Called Brandon up on a Wednesday and said I'm heading up to Alaska to fill up a trailer and come back. This is a 7444k mile run for me and I'd like to set up 5 new Mickey Thompson Baja bosses, extra fuel rim to match my 4 for a spare, plus a bilstein steering stabilzer kit. Done! Yes I paid for it, but everything showed up that following Monday mid day and the team at les schwab in Fountain CO went traight to work. One phone call on Wednesday and everything done by Monday! Nobody will do that! Most shops can do that but nobody will! The 6th star is when I called upon return Brandon again went above and beyond by getting my rig fresh off the trip just passing through for a 5 tire rotations and inpection underneath making sure all steering components and brakes were operating correctly! Couldn't ask for better service! And it's the best feeling knowing Les Schwab with maintain my set up from now on as I always thought they would only sell what there corporate says or something! But you can't beat these tires! Cheers Fountain!

I was very fortunate to speak with Brandon who went above and beyond all expectations in finding a specific tire that I desperately needed. There apparently is a nationwide shortage of this tire and none of the online tire vendors had it. In a matter of minutes Brandon found this tire and had it shipped to me in Mississippi. Brandon is bright, methodical, and a very personable man. Early August my wife and I were home visiting family and got a flat the day before we were heading home to Washington. We talked to Brandon and he was able to get me a new tire and back on the road in less than two hours. Brandon was very personable and professional. He made sure we knew he was going to take good care of us. Thanks Brandon and your entire shop.

These guys are absolutely amazing!! Very friendly staff, with incredibly quick service! Took my truck in with 3 nails in my tires and they patched me all up and took care of me with no charge. I couldn't believe it! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a tire shop in fountain! Thanks Les Schwab!!

I was immediately greeted and consulted about my flat tire as soon as I got out of my car. I was a walk-in but my car got in after a 15mins wait. The gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable and kind. I will be coming back with any maintenance I need.
