Don t take your car here, you get what you pay for. I took my car to this place to get a tint job done. They sprayed my ceiling with the liquid they apply on the glass. Then when I took it back to them to get it fixed they damaged my car at their garage. Took my car to another garage without my permission to get a cheap quote. When I went to pick it up he tells me he will pay for it. Mr Malachi Henderson the owner or so he says he is the owner. Told me he will pay for it so I got him to write a statement. I am active duty so I went to JAG they told me to do a memo and get a witness when he signs it. So I did, I was Pcsing to Missouri. I got another quote before leaving from a usaa place. My quote compare to his was completely different. So I contacted Mr. Henderson he said he needed a week to get the money. I had already left to go to Missouri. After that tracking him down became Impossible I even had a peer to go to the shop. He would never show his face never answer phone calls. I can t get him to pay for the damages almost 2500k plus the rental cost for 8 days. I had to go through my insurance now. So don t put your car in there hands go somewhere else. Where they are honest people, that actually care for their customers.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! We got our tint done and everything seems find till later we noticed bubbles that wasnt going away.also in our back the tint was peeling and he didnt even cut it straight. The guy said take it back if we notice bubbles so we did and about the back peeling. We take it back AND HE STARTS TO COLOR IN MY BACK WINDOW WITH MARKER INSTEAD OF REMOVING IT. You can see in the pictures all the bubbles, scratched my window with the razor and the back with marker and even got it on my panel. He laughs at it when i mention the marker and i asked for a refund and he said he has to to remove the tint for a refund which is ridiculous. The tint was so horrible but didnt want to complain about the whole car. He didnt even fix the tint from where i asked to. He never once replaced the tint he messed up but decided to use marker on my window.

This is the only guy I'll have tint my cars. He has done lime 6 vehicles for me over the years. Very professional, cool, down to earth guy

Was able to book an appointment same day. Staff were all very nice and answered any question about the process. Tint process took about 2 hours for my '08 Mazda 3 Hatchback. Tint looks great! Price was best around town and comes with a LIFE TIME warranty! Will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs new Tint!

If I could give this business a zero star I definitely would! DO NOT COME HERE! I had made an appointment to have my boyfriends windows tinted at 2pm, I had dropped the car off at about 1:50pm, at about 6:30pm I hadn t heard anything back from the owner so I gave him a call. He explained to me that he had a family emergency and would need another 2 hours to have the vehicle completed. I was completely understanding of the situation, I became very worried and uneasy about the situation. Mind you on the website when I had booked the appointment it states that the service would take about 3-4 hours and it has already been over 4 hours at this point. At around 8pm I received a text from the owner that he would need to keep my vehicle over night to complete the job. I texted him back and explained that I was on the way to pick up the vehicle and that I would pay him for whatever work he had completed. He texted me back and explained that he had not completed any work on the vehicle. I arrived at his house and picked up the vehicle, was clearly intoxicated. He was stumbling around and slurring his speech. He even had the never to tell me that I could bring the car back the next day for him to tint the car. I then get in the vehicle to drive off, there is no gas in the car, the trip had been reset and the time was not set on the car. These are all signs of the battery being reset on the car. Not sure why you would need to disconnect the battery on a car if you are doing window tint! Clearly the car has been driven! I m devastated with the service I received today. Very unprofessional. Will never recommended to anyone!

Dropped my truck off early due to an opening. Truck was dropped off around 145pm. Messaged around 5pm to let them know I was available for pick up whenever the truck was complete. Received no response, called at 740pm and was told there was neighborhood issues and he was unable to do the tint. He was intoxicated but I didn t say anything. He expressed he was sorry and would do my tint for free the following day, just call him after 2pm to set up a time. I called just after 2pm and again at 330pm. Received no text back or call back after leaving a voicemail.Initially seemed like a good guy just trying to make a living but I didn t appreciate the lack of customer service and the fact I smelt liquor on his breath when picking my truck up. If he reached back out to do the tint, I don t think I d leave my vehicle there unattended again.Service: Sun control window tinting

I made an appointment at 1pm (dropped off at 12:55pm) I didn t hear back from them so I called at 4:30pm and they told me my car would be ready in 30 mins so I showed up 30 mins later they were just sitting there drinking and my car only had the passenger and the driver side done!! It was 5 any that time and I asked them how much longer they said 30 min and hour went by and they did nothing but go inside and fight to where me and my sister herd it outside. The time was 6 and just got to the back window and still fought to where his wife or girlfriend threw bottles to where he was working on MY CAR liquid got all on my side and they left it like that. Time was not 7:30 and still not finished when asked again how much longer the wife/girlfriend rudely told my sister 30 min okay!! By that time they ve fought 3 times. By 8pm (7 hours later)they now finished!!! 100% would not recommend very unprofessional a bunch of red flags everywhere not worth the price or your patience!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

My entire family has been using Henderson Auto Tint for year's. This post is specifically for the great customer service that was given today by Malachi Henderson. I called him as soon as they opened because I damage my husband tint by transporting a chair in the front seat of his truck. Keep in mind that he just recently had the tint done as he just purchased this truck. I was able to get the truck in same day and done within an hour. Thank you so much for saving my marriage! I recommended this company to all. Give them a call you won't be disappointed.Victoria

First off this was the least expensive place I found in the city. Half the price of what the other 15 tint places I called were offering. Very friendly, sociable people! Although when I scheduled the appointment I didn t know it was a garage based shop, they made me feel super comfortable to leave my car in their hands. I would have stayed to chat more but had to get to work. They got me in at 12:30 (i was 30 minutes late) and got me done the same day (maybe 3 hours later) with great results. They weren t even upset about my tardiness. The boss man told me it takes around 2 weeks for all bubbles to come out but assured me that if anything wasn't to my likeing, bring it back and they will assure my satisfaction. Life time warranty. Do not go here! They had me bring my car in at noon and did not even start until after 7pm. And then they wanted me to come in the next day, making me lose 2 days of my car. The tint had bubbles in it and they took pieces off without putting it back or telling me what the pieces are.

Pretty good pricing, but I had to bring my car back 3 times to have bubbles taken out. All the bubbles are gone, but now I have tint hanging from my windshield brow like they forgot to remove the excess. Customer service is good every time I bring it back, but I'm tired of waiting hours for them to fix something that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place.

This guy did a great job on my windows, He is such a great guy!! Not only he did a great job on my windows he also help me wrap my motorcycle! Had my girlfriend drop off the vehicle. Malachi had the vehicle for 6 hours and he got no work done on the vehicle. Vehicle was picked up with less gas and more miles driven on it. DEFINTELY SHADY.... SKETCHY BUSINESS RAN OUT OF HIS GARAGE. He was also intoxicated...... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS PLEASE.

My mother wanted to have her car detailed so I purchased a Groupon for her. She made an appointment, took her car in at 9:30 am., and was told it would be done by 2:30. She went an hour later and they had not even started on it! Only an hour later at 4:30 they said it was done.Malachi, the owner was there and my mother showed him how the inside of her car was still quite dirty and appeared to have had very little done. He told her to have me call him and he would give me a refund. The employees were apologetic and said they'd mail me a check. After countless (probably a dozen) phone calls and text messages with the most ridiculous excuses for not having the money to pay me (just over $120) they stopped responding to me. After being patient for 2 months, I finally contacted Groupon and they refunded me.I do NOT recommend this business. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

This is my second truck they have tinted, my daughter also goes to them. They offer warranty on there tint with no questions asked. I have tinted my windows at other places and it was always an issue if there is any defects in the tint or now they can t get it redone for about 3 weeks out. With Henderson I ve called and at least within a day or two they can get my vehicle in and re- tinted if need be. I highly recommend.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Outstanding customer service. Lady working at front (sorry forgot name) was vert knowledgeable on every aspect of the services they provide. Got tint for my BMW X5. Came out GREAT. Definitely love the way my car looks now. Have already recommended to some people. And will happily recommend to anybody

Horrible service. I do not recommend. I took them my daughters car today May 27, 2021 at 8am. 9 hours after I had to call to see what the hold up was. The guy who attended us was Malaki, he told us he didn't have the tint he needed to tint the car but not once did they call me. He said he didn't have my number. So my daughter took the old tint off of her windows but could not get it off the corners so he said he would charge $20 on top of the $175 to take it off. So we went to get the car and he did not want to give it to us until we paid him $50 for literally doing nothing. He threw the keys at us and start yelling at us to get the "F" off of his property. Literally got in my face to holler at me! So we got in our cars to leave and he pulled a gun out and glocked it. He scared my 17 yr old daughter. So at that point we had to call the police. Turns out he had been drinking on the job. Thought we were doing business with a professional instead he turned out to be nothing but a Thug!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Service- I had an appointment for 12 and was told it would only take a couple hours. When I called back at 335 to check the status I was told my vehicle was next up. I had to work at 5 and got a call at 535 saying my car was done, I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day. Major inconvenience of my time and money as I had to get 2 Uber's. If I didn't have a second vehicle to take to work I'd be pretty screwed and still have paid for 4 Uber's.Quality- Time will tell once the tint cures but as far as the quality goes I'm satisfied at the momentPrice- Reasonable. Not high or low, comparable to others in town

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I made an appointment to get my windows tinted for April 9th back on March 25th. I went ahead and made plans for my friend to pick me while the windows were being tinted which involved her getting off of work early for me. A few days later some lady called and asked if I could reschedule because she had something come up. I understand things happen so I rescheduled for the next day and asked my friend to change her work schedule AGAIN. Fast forward to 3 days before the appointment and they TEXT me to tell me their window tint is on back order and they will need to reschedule me AGAIN. I canceled the appointment at this point because this is extremely unprofessional. I can understand being rescheduled once but not twice and not over text. I just don t believe that ALL of the window tint is out of stock. 5%, 10%, 15%... they didn t even know what I wanted at this point so I m not sure how they knew the tint I wanted was back ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Hi, I recently got my windows tinted on a 2013 Chevy Cruze and I LOVED the outcome. It was a great deal and they did a wonderful job, even added the brow to the front and the little Cruze turned it looking sleek and mean. I would definitely recommended these guys.

DON'T GO HERE! They had my car for collectively for 13 hours 4 and a 1/2 the first time and 8 hours for the 2nd time and still didn't get the job done can I say that again 13 hours! Pictures and video to prove it! The upsetting part is I don't have any friends or family that live here and I had to take an Uber for the second time back and forth to get my vehicle and it still wasn't done! For a complete detail?

Hydrographic nightmareOne of the worst experiences I've had with a business. After weeks of trying to get a estimate on my atv body parts I was finally told to come in with my parts on July 19th. I brought my parts and money to pay, when I showed the parts to the Tec he informed me they would need minor prep. No issues at all; then he told me it's about a 1 week wait to get the film in. Perfect time for me to finish the minor prep. After a week no one had contacted me, I wondered what the hold up was so I called in. I was told they have my graphics but have "tons of cars to tint" so they couldn't get around to it. I wait a few days then call back, only to be informed their heater for applying graphics has "been down for 2 weeks". At this point I felt slightly frustrated since I was quoted 1 and a half week turn around and 2 weeks in and there are issues. So I wait, another 2 weeks too call back. I'm told last week that they have a "show car" to do that is more important then mine so they will get to it. I wait a few days and call for another update. Now at 4 weeks and 5 days of waiting, I am told "we have 15 cars to tint that we have to get done" I don't know how long these people have waited for their window tint, but the deposit I made 5 weeks ago is close to what a tint job would cost yet I am the last priority on their list. I am an armature flat track racer with multiple bikes and a group of friends who would have loved to continue to come in. After my experience no one should get graphics done here. It is now Tuesday August 23rd and I have no body on my atv... Instead of handling the job these guys told me multiple times to "come pick up your parts unfinished to race then bring them back" since its now been over 5 weeks that my bike has sat, thanks Henderson auto! Finally after the 5 week head ache I went to get my finished parts only to find out they were un able to do the wrap and show me a half done mess that they attempted. After getting my refund their best solution was to spray paint my body. Now my oem blue plastics are spray painted white and splotchy with blue chewing thru and no graphics. Appalled that q business who can advertise so heavily that they do hydrographics absolutely has no idea how to do the process. Consumer beware

MEDIOCRE!! Yeah they are cheap, but for a reason! They Broke two plastic panels in the back of my car during the installation and I had to go back FOUR separate times to get it fixed! They stained up both my driver side and passenger side door from the chemicals they used on the windows all because they were to lazy to put plastic over it. There was a crease in one window, air bubbles in another, dirt still under another window and the top edges on the passenger window were crooked as well as the back seat window. VERY AMATEUR STAFF and they don t know what the hell they are doing. Took it back to get it all fixed and they removed the tints and gave me my money back because I told the boss Gabe that his employees and his Business were MEDIOCRE and that s exactly what his business is! Spend the extra money and GO TO A PROFESSIONAL who knows what the hell they are doing if you want to save yourself the hassle.

Got my windows tinted here. Called after a week because there was bubbles still in every window. I got laughed at like I was stupid and told that it takes up to 2 weeks for bubbles to come out. So I did. Here it is months later and the bubbles are still there. They wont return my calls or emails. I have had multiple windows tinted at different places and never had any problems with bubbles. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place. I know mistakes happen and all that but at least make it right and dont ignore someone.
