Made an appointment online. Had no issues. It's important to know that they don't take payment immediately. They'll periodically check to see if you have the money. Be sure it's in your account and doesn't get spent. You'll be charged the day of your appointment. If anything does happen, just contact them. They assisted us immediately, and we're kind. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great staff, quick and honest. Loved them in TX, not trying to screw you on buying tires. Informative on your tires and offer military discount. Place is new to southern CS but will likely become a local resources. I was in due nail, turns out had two. They got me going in about a hr.

The service here is excellent! They really took care of me, & when I say take care of me I mean literally! I called a few times because I was trying to get the best price. I wasn't even getting the tires until 2 days later but they still were very patient and answered every question. They even gave me a better price than the competition! Which was all I was hoping for I will definitely come here again. I was done another 30 minutes. And I got a discount at Brakes Plus for the wheel alignment. So that's a win-win for me! All this cost less than $700! And I got all four new tires on my brand new Chevy Colorado! Thanks Keith, Drew, & Miki!! I'd definitely recommend your services to anyone else in Colorado! And you're only 3 months old?! I'm grateful to have you all in Widefield!You're doing great so far! Keep up the great work! #TheGiftedNomad

This Location is so nice and spacious. Loved that I could see my car the whole time. Employees at this location were kind and thoughtful and really helped me out. On the wall they have a photo that talks about paying it forward and helping people and they did just that. This will be my new go to discount location.

Exceptional customer service. Jason and his team are professional and courteous. They took care of my classic mustang with a new set of Cooper Cobra Tires. I highly recommend this location and will use them again.

I seriously can t rant and rave enough about how awesome Discount Tire is. I had a flat this morning and walked in right at open without an appointment. I was out of there with a free repair in under 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and very attentive staff. 10/10 would highly recommend .

I took a flat tire to this store from my neighbor s vehicle as her husband is deployed. I gave an employee the tire. After waiting an hour a salesman tells me the tire was unrepairable even though a simple screw had ruptured it in the center of the tread.The salesman said that the hole was too big and it wasn t repairable. He even left the tire off of the rim to attempt to persuade me into buying a new tire.After going through several options of trying to find another used tire I received a recommendation from my friend to give Les Schwab an opportunity to see if they could repair the puncture.Within 15 minutes of taking the same tire into Les Schwab the repaired tire came rolling out of the bay on the rim and was quickly placed into the back of my truck. What a blessing the young professional man at Les Schwab was.What a disgraceful, waste of my time, with a money hungry, lying salesman at Discount Tire.Never again. No one in our large family will be valued customers of this business. They were very disappointing.

Brought my car in for them to look at my tire. They 100% didn t have to look at it since it was 6:02pm and they closed at 6. But they still looked at my tire and found my problem. DESERVES this 5 review they have always been amazing and friendly.

Had to go to this location because another location didnt seem to want to repair a puncture. This location took care of me quickly and without complaint. Glad it opened since its closer to my house and will be stopping back in when I need my next set of tires!

Vincent did my intake and the owner, Jason, made sure I had sugar for my caf�. Overall, the entire team, was pleasant, efficient, and the services rendered...superb! I'll definitely refer this location to the fam; I'll definitely be coming back soon. Thanks Discount Tires in Fountain!

Be assured that if you go to this Discount Tire location and have any issues with your service that Jason and Joe Ingargiola will make sure you're satisfied with your experience. I had some issues with the service that was done on my vehicle and Jason and Joe made sure I was taken care of. Best sales and managerial experience I have had going to Discount Tire in over 8 years. Joe assured me he would see to my issues being resolved and complete my next service himself to make sure it was done right. Ask for Jason or Joe!

I stopped in to have the air pressure checked on my tires. The staff member went above and beyond to also check my tire sensors, which located the issue as to why my sensor light was blinking. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location on Mesa Ridge Parkway in Colorado Springs.

New location in Fountain. The manager (Jason) runs a tight ship - friendly & attentive to customers. Techs come and update you on status and advise if something else on your car may need attention. Knowledgeable and caring.

I had a giant bolt in one of my tires. I was in an out with a patched tire within the hour. All of the staff were incredibly kind and informative. We only use Discount Tire, and we are so happy to have one in Fountain now!

Giving 5 cause I can't give 10. I seriously love these guys. They don't try to gouge you, they're honest and, as a women, they're always gentlemanly. Open doors, always polite and never belittling. Always take care of me right away. Great tires reasonable prices. 10 Discount. Shout out Jason and Joe, they're lovely.

This place is great. I came in with a tire I was sure couldn't be saved and even though they could have easily told me it was not salvageable and got a sale on an entire set of tires they didn't. They managed to fix my tire at not cost to me and set me up with coverage for all my tires since they would in fact need replaced within the next year due to regular wear (Alaska to Colorado does that). Everyone was super kind and they even had me in and out before my actual appointment time. I will definitely go back!

I had a great experience at the new store that opened up! The staff and crew were very professional and kind. They got us in and out quickly despite only being open for two days. Amazing and my tires look great.Special thank you to Brandon my sales man who talked me through all of my options and sold me the best match for me without breaking the bank.Honest. Hardworking bunch :)I ll be a returning customer for life.

I had the most wonderful experience at Discount Tire. I had a flat tire at my job. I went to 1 other place that I had gotten a tire from before but they were closed. So I was just going to go home. As I was going home I saw Discount Tire and I felt like it was a sign from God. I was help by Drew and Brandon. They went above a beyond to help me. I didn't even realize that my tires were balled and not safe to drive. They were more concerned for my safety than they were about anything else. I appreciate everything you guys did for me you listened and that was a blessing for me. You have made a lifetime customer out of me and my family! Beautiful people at Discount Tire! Had me in tears how attentive and understanding you guys were! God bless you all.

Excellent work and customer service. Brandon, the store manager, did a phenomenal job explaining things to me, not up selling me on pointless items, and genuinely just trying to help out. Got a new set of tires put on and almost immediately the counterweights fell off (because with my upsize in tire, it required a different set of count weights) called the store, and was put in the bay immediately to have them put back on. Brandon ensured this was done, and done properly and explained the issue to me without making me feel dumb. Brandon and the crew did a great job. 10/10 would recommend.

They incorrectly installed my wheels but when I brought it back they made it right. They refunded the cost of the installation and inspected the rotors for damage.

After some bad experiences at other discount tire stores in the springs area, these guys were able to help me out with no problem and no complaints and hardly any waiting. They truly redeemed the discount tire name to me. Very satisfied
