The alternator went out on my vehicle. The shop allowed me to pay the majority of the repair upon drop off. He knew I needed my vehicle for work. I had to get a ride from a coworker from his shop. I left the car without paying the full amount, but agreeing to pay the remainder when I picked my baby up. He made my car a priority because he also knew I had just moved from out of state. My property inside the car and livelihood depended on a quick repair. The repair was finished a day sooner than expected. The new alternator was installed and he allowed me to pay the remaining balance before reacquiring my car. I m not sure if you do this for everyone, but thank you so much for being flexible and providing an exceptional service!!! Afterwards it felt like the car drove better than before!Muchisima gracias otra vez

Moved to Colorado recently and was scared to go anywhere and get ripped off. After many failed attempts at fixing the car myself I decided to take it somewhere. A friend recommended this place and I am so glad I listened. Brought it in and they were able to diagnose it fast and got it fixed fast as well. The price was very reasonable. Charles was very friendly and honest about what was wrong with our car. Now I know where to go for any auto problems!

Best shop HANDS DOWN!! I always get the best service and even better advice when it comes to the future of my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for an honest and no nonsense mechanic who will lead you in the right direction without fear of being taken advantage of. I have gone to this place several times now for any maintenance and I live in Colorado Springs!! Totally worth the drive.

Blew my radiator on the road and they were able to look at my vehicle that same day. My first impression was from their shop dog greeting us at their desk and they were very professional. I got a reasonable estimate that day and I'll be going back for when I need more work done.

GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!!!I was quoted $2,200 for a "5th cylinder being out." I felt in my gut something was off, so I got a second opinion from a recommended mechanic. Turns out the cylinder is fine and it was two spark plugs and a tune up that I needed. A cost of $300 dollars total! Other mechanic states it didn't even look like my cylinders were looked at or compression was even checked! I hope that you check into it and get a second opinion atleast before forking over that kind of money to this guy. He was obviously trying to get some extra Christmas money! So wrong!

My vehicle's serpentine belt blew out on the highway, while I was on a long distance trip. Charles made time to work on my vehicle first thing in the morning so I could get back on the road. He did great work, fast replacing the belt and pulley, and spotted some things other shops had missed during inspection. Many, many thanks!

Clifford is one of the Best mechanics in Colorado Springs he fixed my Toyota Camry rear bumper fast and efficiently. He is truly talented and thank God for him working with me during Christmas time. I recommend him to everyone. God Bless!

This guy was great on fixing my ford . Had A great friendly environment and even has a friendly dog . Was quick and even showed me what was going on . High recommend to other soldiers
