Show up at opening with another woman. She gets serviced and goes, bit not I. Instead my 1 1/2 hour wait just turned into 4 hours because nobody mentioned to me that I'd be waiting right into an appointment time slot. Total disregard for the time of your customers. You'll be lucky if I buy a pack of gum at this location again.

I waited two hours just for them to cancel me. The reason was they didn't have the correct size of tire, understandable. But, having someone wait for hours to tell them that is frustrating. Then to add to it Jerry was very rude and condescending like it was my fault they didn't have the tire their employee said they did. They should keep that grump in the garage area if he can't at the very least be nice to others.Service: Tires

After being told 3 different stories about what they had in stock and the price they were painfully slow. Sat for over 3 1/2 hours with 3 other guys waiting for 2 tires to be changed. Got told it'd be a 2 hour wait. No sense of urgency, no sense of organization with what they are doing. If you have 4 hours to burn, want nothing more than to hang out in a Walmart and you aren't in any sort of hurry then come on down and watch these guys fumble their way through a garageService: Auto tire replacement

The job done was nice and the completed in the time frame they told us. However we had to wait a long time for help and when a employee came out they helped the people behind us or not in line. They skipped us. Once we finally got help the same thing happened to the person behind us. It was disrespectful.

Went for an oil change and the guys working decided to deflate my tires as well. Wouldn t suggest going unless you stand and babysit the employees the entire time they work on your car or you will leave with your car worse than when you went.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They changed my oil in a pinch because I didn't have time to wait for an appointment anywhere else so I guess that was okay but it took forever, and I had a check engine light come on after they were done. Spend the extra $$ and time and get it done by ANYONE else!!

Walked out to a flat tire after shopping at Walmart and limped my car over to the auto side and they got me in right away for a new tire! Awesome crew here.

Got an oil change, super fast, cheap, and I like that they text you when it is done. Not sure I'd trust for harder tasks, but for oil changes I would recommend.

Left my car at 12:30, told the guy I wanted a 40.00 dollar fluid service, he even asked if I wanted new wipers I said yes. I asked how long it would take he said about two hours I left my number said he'd call me when it was done, I waited the two hours nothing no call. I just picked it up right now, never got a call even though my car was done, I expected to pay 40.00 I paid 25.00, so basically I didn't get what I wanted...

Cashier literally wasted as much of my time as possible. Refused to be helpful and had a soggy tired attitude. Christopher needs to stop being so slow and lazy!

Bought tires on line and was supposed to get free mounting. They put the tires on the rims but said they were unable to bead them so they could fill them with air!! You are a tire shop for crying out loud!!!

I arrived at 7am for an oil change stood at the door until 715 am before they opened. There was one lady in front of me that needed 2 tires and then I was next. It is now 930am and my oil change is still not done. They say it is due to the fact they are always understaffed. Find another place to get your oil done if your in a hurry.

One of the worst tire shops I've seen. I've worked in 4 tire shops for a total of 6 years busted tires , mechanic, and alignments. They did what ever they needed to to sell u the tires and get them on the car and that's been all they did. They put the weights on the inside edge of the week where they hit the break calipers. They should be in the center but no biggie all they got to do is move them in. They have made every excuse on whey they can't work on the car. First they couldn't touch it with broken lug nut, so I fixed it, then because the door would open, I said it has t-top u have to play Duke's. And of cores not enough help can't get it in.

Best folk you could hope for. Nice and easy experience scheduling and getting tires put on.RJ is awesome, and super helpful. Dude is on top of it and happy to help with anything you need.

wow maybe the worst place for service I have been. no inventory control. they reset my oil life monitor but didn't Change my oil because they were out of filters. don't use this place

I do not recommend this Walmart experience. They have very slow employees that didn't give me a lot of hope in their work.

There were 2 cars in front of me in line. It took an hour to get my car in then another 35 minutes to do a 4 quart oil change. Really?????

Very long wait I had two cars ahead of me that was 3 hours ago(they still haven't got to it) and that's just for them to get to your car I'm only in for and oil change they also close at 4pm not 7pm
