We are really enjoying the park every one is super friendly and you can even fish at the lake. Very quiet and peaceful.you will enjoy like we are .

This is a small very simple campground. The roads are dirt, the sites are dirt and the space between the sites are dirt. The hookups were fine and convenient. Water connections looked to be very old but the pressure was fine. We were told it was well water. It is clearly an old campground and most of the people there are long term. The people who run the campground were nice and the other campers were friendly. AT&T service was good and Verizon was really good. It was very quiet during our stay. This is not a fancy place at all but it is convenient and you can t beat the price. It felt more like boondocking but with hookups which was fine with us.

Ok first, is it really a 5? No, but it's a very different, very unexpected place for a stay.As far as the amenities, it's about what you would expect for a small (22 spot) park with mostly full timers. All but 2 of the spots a long term staysOur "host" Mike met us at the entrance a guided us into our site (42 ft motorhome towing) ... He must of asked us 5 times if there was anything else he could do for us. About 30 min later one of the owners (Zak) came by to collect our fee. Super nice guy and also asked like 3 times if he could help us in any way.This place reminds me of what America used to be and how customer service is designed to workSo ... Was it truly a 5 like Las Vegas Motorcoach resort, no, but it will remember this place with very fond memories.

Never been here looking for motel i seen the adult only and thought about something that rhymes with kipper. But reading replies from the owner. You're awesome. Put them in their place good sir. Your rules. They don't like it? Try the rest area. At least this person is providing a safe place for you to stay.

Currently staying here, VERY quiet place. Love the peaceful nights and right by a nice trail.They do everything they can to accommodate and help out.Very clean as well.No complaints!

Basic campground meant for more long term campers. It is located near the beginning of the 2nd disc golf course, close to the fish ponds, and a mile walk on the trail to the awesome Riverside Park!

This place sounds psycho, all sorts of drama, everything on the part of the park sounds plausible except for calling their own activities 'fishing' while calling it that of others 'poaching', that selective inconsistency alone makes me second-guess the validity of the narrative they carry... as an indigenous person I've faced enough discrimination in this country alone as an undeclared norm of being here, do not need it accompanied by any dubious terms or shoddy pretexts, especially coming from out of town alone on my routes, I know the establishment and its tendencies too well. No thank you.

Sure you buy water to drink and cook with, it's on well water. Coffee will not mix will. Very hardwater

I have NEVER been to this place! But... if it weren t so far from the Denver metro area, I would stay as long as they would allow!

They kicked me out when they found out I was Spanish, they put a lot of lies about me and my family and they threatened us.Me echaron cuando supieron que era ispano pusieron Muchas mentiras de mi y mi familia y nos amenazaron
