I love this shop. As a used car dealer I need my cars fixed correctly and quickly. I haul my cars 4 hours to this shop because they do what they say they will do. A rare thing in the car industry these days.

I can't say enough good things about Mark. We were driving from Iowa to Colorado for a vacation when our transmission went out on the interstate. He went above and beyond to help us out and communicated with us on a regular basis. He even came in when the shop was closed so we could get couple things out of the car that we needed to have. Colorado you are lucky to have a transmission shop like his. Mark also tried to save us money and charged us less than the original quote. Thank you again Mark for your help!!!!Service: Transmission

I brought my Ram 2500 to Mark and he got it in right away. I had already ordered transmission parts including the rebuild kit but was not able to get them to him until the next day at about 10 till 5:00. Mark said, "I'm getting ready to close but the transmission is on the bench and I'm about to tear it down if you want to watch." So as I watched, he had the whole thing completely dismantled in about a half hour as he placed all the pieces into a washing station. We found one broken plastic thrust washer that my master rebuild kit did not have and you know what, he had that in stock. Then we left for the evening. The next morning at 10:00 am he called and said it's ready to pick up. I was driving it home a little later. That is awesome! I don't often say that I highly recommend anyone or anything but I highly recommend Precision Transmission! Mark was very knowledgeable, honest, and very informative.Service: Transmission

The car works great now and the cost of the transmission rebuild was under the quoted price. It was 2 weeks in the shop. Mark was easy to work with despite having a lot of work to do. The car interior was a little dirty with smudge marks, but not too bad.

Disappointed that I'm leaving this review. I had my transmission and clutch replaced here and they told me that I had to brake in the transmission before it would shift smooth. It still doesn't shift smooth. As soon as I started the car I heard an unfamiliar noise that wasn't there before. (bad throw out bearing). He seemed honest, reliable, and was good at communicating so I didnt want to write this.Service: Transmission

As an oversize load pilot it is hard to break down in an unknown area. Russ was great and got me rolling as soon as possible! Put a brand new transmission in my truck. Great customer service, very upfront about price, and finished earlier than he had projected! Thanks

My transfer case went out on my Ford Edge. I was terrified that I was going to go broke trying to fix my car. Mark got my car in right away found the best solution and fixed my car right away. Great customer service and fast love this place. Thank you guys so much.

Honest, helpful and caring. Amazing customer service. Our van broke down and we were stranded with no rental cars or uber drivers available. They helped get us home, 100 miles away, and we are forever grateful. Simply good people.

I had an issue with my wife's 2007 Lincoln LT pickup, and it wouldn't go into 4th gear. I was charged $1800 to fix it. A month later it still wasn't working right so I had my Boise transmission guy look at it. Percussion charged me for a new torque converter but didn't. Now a year later, I am in Moscow, ID and the transmission failed. The transmission guy here says he doesn't see any evidence of my transmission being worked on. Precision is a total RIP off.
