Just went in to get the wiper blades that have free installation. I will gladly pay the extra it cost it is for then to put then on. The manager said she was NOT gonna sent somebody out to do it. So I took my business else where. I have children and it would have taken me at least twice as long to put them on myself then the maybe 2minutes it would have taken them. Rude very displease. If it advertised then maybe they should add *only if its Convenient for us*

Awesome employees! We broke down yesterday with our van, and had to hopscotch from gas stations to here because we blew an oil cooler line. Michael helped us even after they closed, just so we could get back on the road.

This place is terrible. They will lie to you about what's on the screen to protect their egos. Then when you point out what they said was not true they will make up every excuse in the book why is the customers fault instead of just getting them what they asked for. Don't bother with this place, go literally anywhere else.

Staff are eager to help and are mildly friendly. However not a single staff member can ever find anything I've ever gone in looking for.Previous experience from a year ago .O'Reilly has since changed . The staff are equally eager to help but are actually helpful now.

Our truck broke down on the way to Lake Mac late Friday afternoon pulling trailer ...girl who helped us was the best I ever met.She found all parts needed plus she found repair place who worked on truck right away when all other places were not interested.Thank you so much , you are the best girl snd store having you there is God's bless.

It seems like every time I need a part it needs to be ordered resulting in a one to two day wait; which at that point I might as well just order from Rockauto or Amazon since it will be cheaper and a similar wait time. Found one part I needed on both sites for over a $100 cheaper than what they quoted. So, if you can wait I'd recommend ordering offline since they won't price match.

They dont know anything about cars and I told them my make and model and still came up with the wrong part, shouldnt trust these guys they no nothing about cars, rather just head to napa and give my money to them, would do zero starts if i could, Should get a refund since the stupid, i mean stoopid lady gave me the wrong part, just stop hiring intellectuals

I shop at all the autopart stores in my local area and they all each have certain things that each one is good for. This one usually has a good stock of automotive paints and carrys some welding shi+.

Great staff and knowledgeable of the auto parts carried and sold. There are certain items that if purchased there, the staff are more than helpful in the install. One of very few stores in the area that give a veteran's discount.
