This dealership is awesome! Landon helped me get the car I was looking for, a GR86 Trueno Edition, for the price I was looking for. No dealer markups or extra fees. I called around to a multitude of dealers before finding this one, and most had extra fees for literally nothing added to the car.I reached out to them weeks before its arrival, negotiated the add-ons and the price, which was true to MSRP, and gave them a deposit to hold it. Landon kept me up to date with its progress once it was stateside. Even when I was inpatient or nervous, he would take my call and give me extra updates on it and gave me constant ETAs. I was pretty nervous as I had never bought a new car, and I was driving 300 miles to come pick it up.Upon arrival, everything was set. I was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour. No hidden fees, dealer mark up, car was there, didn't try to over sell me on anything, etc... Overall, it was a great experience! I will be buying all my cars here as long as I am in the relative area!Thanks again, Landon and team, for everything. You have reignited the young man in me with this purchase!

My experience with McDonald Toyota in Fort Morgan was very pleasing. I found the car on Carfax, submitted an inquiry concerning its availability, and made an appointment to come and see it. I drove quite a long way, and the Dealership put the vehicle on hold. I didn't feel rushed at all; I took extra time to check the vehicle before taking it on a test drive. One of the doors was loose, and they corrected the issue. I came in pre-approved, which made the process very easy. Since I lived an hour and a half away, they agreed to deliver it to my home. I love my 2020 Mini Cooper S Countryman and would recommend the Dealership. Landon Doiel was great to work with and a good communicator. The Dealership and service are worth the drive!

McDonald Automotive Fort Morgan is a fantastic Toyota dealership, and Jaime is a trusted salesman there. He helped me purchase a 3rd generation Tundra in February of 2023, and I had a great experience. He got me the options I wanted when other dealerships in Colorado were not and they did not have a huge added charge on MSRP. I now have 10k miles on my Tundra and am still very happy.Jaime is very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles, and he was able to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and understanding, and he helped me find the perfect Tundra for my needs.The purchase process was very smooth and easy. Jaime explained everything to me in detail, and he made sure that I was comfortable with every step. I recently drove an hour and a half out to this dealership to buy a used 4 runner. The experience was nothing less than excellent. I got a great deal on a really nice car. There was a minor issue with a fuse and they sent someone an hour to meet me to swap cars for a few days so they could make it right. I recommend anyone make the drive out there if you are looking for a good car. If you want great service talk to Landon Doiel!

Good experience when I bought a new 2022 Toyota 4Runner. Since then I get hit with way too frequent solicitations for an extended warranty. These solicitations come via email, text (and phone calls too).... all including the McDonald Toyota logo, and name, title and signature of the Director. I have reached out to him a couple times and got the "nothing I can do response"......hmmm, seems pretty disingenuous. Beware if you don't want to get solicited for the next few years after purchasing here.

I have a tremendous amount of respect for McDonald Toyota Fort Morgan. I've spent the past 10 months in contact with Sarah, who's been incredible the entire time, trying to get into my dream car, a GR Corolla. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with.While I was initially told to expect a $5K dealer adjustment (and that was a bargain compared to the crooks at Corwin of Boulder who quoted $25K), McDonald actually walked back on that and sold the vehicle to me at MSRP.It takes an amazing amount of integrity for a dealer in this market to get rid of a dealer adjustment when other dealerships throughout the state and the nation are increasing their dealer adjustments just because they can.I will, without a doubt, recommend anyone looking for a new Toyota to travel the 90 miles from Denver to Fort Morgan just to work with a dealership that shows integrity.Thank you Sarah and the rest of the team at McDonald Fort Morgan!

Went in at 1:30 to get an alignment on my pickup and the appointment was at 230 and literally waited till 430 to tell me they still didn t have it done then they called to say they might have issues but told them to still do the alignment and they said they were going to complete the alignment showed up at 525 to pick up the truck and was told the pickup didn t not get aligned because they ran out of time . Maybe you should take more pride in the work you provided and not scheduled too many repairs or services in one day if zero stars was options definitely would rate it that.

Hello, this review is regarding dec 10 2022 Saturday. The door for dealership was open and there was no one on site. I think someone left it open accidentally. As a honest citizen I am letting you know that s of the place is close then close the door too.Please check the photos.I was there to get new Toyota Tundra but it was close. I will come back and hopefully we will work something out. Thanks

Inquired about a vehicle online, went to see said vehicle, found issues with it, sales person who we spoke to on the lot was not willing to make accommodations for the different issues which could have been replaced or discounted off the price of the vehicle. We ended up leaving as the sales lady made it very clear she wasn t going to budge on price, although we were coming in with a cash payment. Said vehicle sat on their lots much longer than needed to be.Got a call back from a sales person who of course, too late,tried to apologize for his colleague but by this time we no longer wanted to deal with the dealership at all.Interaction could have had such a different outcome if sales lady would have gotten down off her high horse.

Jaime was extremely patient, kind, and helpful throughout the car-buying process. He fielded the endless questions we had with immense patience, and was humble and able to add in the human aspect into the process something I can t say for the other salesmen I had been in contact with at other dealerships. We were very impressed with the entire McDonald Toyota Fort Morgan team and will definitely return in the future for car purchases.

In-laws need a new vehicle. After an internet search, . a couple of choices they liked. We were greeted by a salesman who treated us as customers and /or friends. Not as just another sale or $$$ in the door. They chose a vehicle and the sales process went smoothly. Would do business with them again and would recommend. This is the first dealership I've ever recommended

Can t speak highly enough of the service and professionalism I received here. On a cross country trip had a transmission cooler line blow and they were able to get me in same day for a transmission flush and engine oil change. They accommodated my dog and I while we waited with a clean and warm waiting room to stay in. Trent in the service department was essential in getting me, my dog, and my vehicle cared for in a speedy fashion. Next time I come through Fort Morgan and need services I will definitely be stopping here.

Dishonest sham mechanics. Fixed my chevy and broke the fuel gauge sensor. Stated the chevy dealership needed to fix it. Chevy said its drop in and should work right away. Maybe I'll think twice about buying a Toyota or dealing with their dealership.

Had to have my 4runner towed there. Long story short I am an expert tech and I just didn't have my tools. The tech did the bare minimum to diagnose my issue and I had to pay about $100 for them to tell me what I already knew. On top of that I had to teach the tech how to do a zero point calibration on my vehicle after I requested that he check my mass air fuel sensor for corrosion.Even after all of my explanation in detail of what my 4runner was doing they failed to properly diagnose the issue.Once I got back to where my tools are and had a chance to look into it properly I found that my fuel pump is getting weak and I replaced it.No more issues since then.Maybe Toyota should learn how to properly teach their techs and respect what they can do.I walked away from Toyota because they don't pay their staff for the knowledge they bring.Thank God I know what I am doing.

Took advantage of the tire sale and my last oil change from my vehicle purchase last year. Got great service regarding the tires. The appointment was set up quickly and they completed the work shortly after the appointment was supposed to begin (dropped it off early). Great experience!

I would not recommend McDonald Toyota Fort Morgan if you are looking for a vehicle!My family member contacted this dealership over a month ago. Initially, there were vehicles but they wouldn't be available until "maybe the end of July, or possibly August." My family member even asked if they could give them a down payment for a vehicle coming in and were put off on this suggestion. We were asked to check back weekly when they would be told their vehicle allotment and that it could be up to 6 months before a vehicle was available. We tried calling back and left messages for the salesman, but no one returned our calls. When we finally talked with a salesman, the price was now $5k above MSRP and still no date for the vehicle.This is just bad business and will come back on you when the market demand isn't like this anymore. I hope you realize you have lost my family as a customer because of this kind of unprofessional business and taking advantage of your customers.FYI: I contacted a Toyota dealership in Colorado Springs to ask about a similar vehicle. They said they are sticking to MSRP and that it would take 4-6 weeks. We were able to give them a small down payment and are expecting our new vehicle in early/mid July. They called back 3 days after we gave them the down payment to update us on the production date and thank us for our business. Now THAT is how you do business.

We were on our way home from vacation and wanted to stop and look at vehicles. They quoted us a really good price for our trade in, but the only vehicle we liked was a RAV4 that happened to be a rental. They could not sell it unfortunately, but wanted me to look at a RAV4 that was a little older with very low miles, but a little older (2019 I think) they showed it to us on their computer and I thought it looked reasonable. They couldn't get it in until the next day, so they offered to put us into a hotel and pay for our dinner to wait. We were okay with that, and were seriously considering it. However, when we got there the next day and looked at the car, I could tell it had quite a bit of gravel travel lately and more importantly, a large amount of paint was missing from the bumper (I likely didn't notice from the pictures, I don't think they were hiding anything). So, we had to decline on buying the car. 3 weeks later I called asking about the check to refund our hotel stay and dinner (We had given them our reciepts). They state "the manager stated it was going to be added into the deal, and since the deal fell through, we aren't issing a check." -- I guess I was naive to not get anything into writing, so this is my only recourse :(

Toyota of Ft. Morgan was the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. Our salesman Landon was amazing and did the majority of all of our stuff over the phone before we made the 2 hour trip from Cheyenne wy to look at the vehicle we were interested in. He went out of his way to provide detailed pictures of the vehicle. I was unable to be there for the buying process due to work. They allowed my husband to do all the papers and sent my part home with a pre paid mailer to send back to them. We also forgot my brand new sunglasses in My trade in and Landon grabbed them and mailed them packaged so they did not get damaged. I received them the next day! I recommend this place hands down!

I ve had nothing but great experiences with these guys. This is my second vehicle from them. I recently called and just mentioned I didn t have an appointment but I got off work early and was wondering if they had room for an oil change. They were booked, but Dale squeezed me in. And Mike took care of the truck and cleaned it up for me - even taking extra precaution going through the drive through wash since I had a brush guard. Highly recommend.

On my way home to Illinois, I experienced a tire going flat. Not knowing the town, I had no idea of where I could get it repaired. My son spotted the Toyota dealership cleaning their lot of snow and ice. We pulled in to ask for local information and were surprised that they said they would fix it. The service department took us right in and repaired the tire the absolute best method possible and for a unbelievable low price. They even gave us gourmet coffee free of charge! Extremely nice and courteous service manager and professional mechanics. I left with great appreciation for "FAST" and courteous service.

10 hours from home and I need a new transmission. Ehrlich was a little slow to get the parts ordered and delivered but had my car back to me in 5 days. Price was fair. People were all very pleasant and helpfull.

UpdateAn example of good customer service would be you guys reaching out to me.I bought a 2021 Tundra Unlimited in February 2021 when they were still Elrich Toyota who had great customer service. I've had recently less than favorable experiences with McDonald and some poor customer service. No follow up, not trying to assist when issues arise. They seem as if they don't care if you come back or not. Probably gonna find a dealer who actually cares about their customers.

Came over from Thornton CO to Ehrlich in Fort Morgan and I don't regret it for a second. The small town dealership feel that I got was refreshing, and I felt like I got a "fair and reasonable" deal on the purchase vehicle and on my trade. Both Jim (salesman) and Bob (GM) were friendly, reasonable, and helpful. This dealership is was willing to communicate and listen, both very important, and because of that earned my business. I drove 70 miles to buy my truck and would do it again. This dealership is like other dealerships in that fact that they have to make money to stay open, but differ from a lot of dealership by being honest and open communication. Everything was put on the table and I personally like doing business that way. (no surprises, no gimmicks)

I could not have asked for a better experience. From the customer service to what was needed, we were taken care of. After months of dealing with car issues (from a different dealership) Toyota had exactly what I needed/was looking for, and Kerry was nothing but helpful. I was back a couple days later with someone who was also in need of a vehicle, and Jim was just as wonderful to work with!

We had AWD & other lights turn on our start of long drive home to Illinos. We stopped at the service department and they were able to check the lights & tell us the causes & reassured us we could get the issues fixed at home. Friendly, knowledgeable & didn t charge us!
