Spectacular service and Great people. My dad's car broke down in the area, and we had it towed there. Their inspection was so thorough and gave us a heads up on potential other failures. Glad to hear they have other locations closer to where we live.

Worst auto service ever! Broke my TCM and toggle switch to head lights then they tried to blame me. Then try to charge a grand to fix something that be could 500$ or less. Never would I recommend taking my vehicle there. Then held my truck for almost a month losing parts.

Broke down on my trip from mn to az in fortmorgan. Called 15 other shops and bullet was the only one who could get me in on newyears weekend to keep me rolling !!(Needed an injector) The shop was very well kept and the workers were very friendly. Met the owner briefly while we waited and they even invited us to lunch with them.- didn t want to intrude with our 2 dogs and baby, that they had absolutely no problem with quartering for the day.Great shop 5/5 would be my shop if I was local.

I think I have had great luck with this business The way the put everything in writing and in a language I can understand I was very impressed with Tabatha probably didn't spell her name correctly but this girl knows her stuff I can't Thank them enough for the great job they have done for me I wouldn't take my car anywhere else

We are not local to the area, but while traveling experienced a wheel bearing failure on our camper. Bullet and crew really came through for us, extremely professional and nice, got us on our way way very quickly. If we lived there I would bring all my work there.

They were very friendly and helpful. They treat me with respect and didn't assume I didn't know anything because I'm a woman. Some places treat you like you don't know anything because you're a female. Bullet didn't do that they even came and picked me up so I could get my truck. Bullet will inspect your vehicle and give you a list of what they found. Then you decide what you want fixed and that's what they do. I like the fact they only work on the repairs you want done unless it's a safety concern. Bullet is definitely a place l would recommend for any auto repair doesn't matter if it's a truck, car , or semi truck. They treat you right .

Usually coming into an automotive repair shop is intimidating and scary, but Tabitha at the front made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. She spoke to me as if we had been old friends. The work was done fast and WOW the work was reasonably priced, keeping me out of the hole!! Thanks Bullet Automotive and your team for the GREAT service

I've taken my diesel to several shops and mechanics in this area and Bullet Automotive is definitely the best by far. They will always be my number one go to. If I need my pickup worked on they usually get it in that day if not, sometime that week. It will be back up and running within a few days if even that long, depending on the job. Very reasonable, reliable shop, reliable mechanics, and reliable office workers. I highly recommend Bullet Automotive. I've never had a single problem with them. Great shop!

This service was the most family friendly business we ever experienced, a very well cleaned environment. Had multiple family and friends who went there multiple times to get something fixed only to find out they didn't fix the problem and broke something else. Cost us tons of money for their service which never worked! They would keep telling us they fixed the problems only for the car to break down! They were kind enough to break up their schedule to help out a stranded motorist. Did the repairs well and in a timely fashion. Made it home that night ahead of the storm. Tabitha is very knowledgeable and kind. Great combination.

I was traveling to the mountains when my truck broke down right outside of Fort Morgan. Every mechanic I called said they wouldn't be able to even look at my truck until the following week. Bullet was able to get me in the following day, did a full diagnostic on the truck and replaced the fuel pump the same day to get me back on the road. They went out of their way to ensure a speedy high quality fix. They even picked me up from the hotel to take me to the truck once it was completed.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
