Extremely rude never had a good experience here the service lady has hung up on me multiple times when you ask for part she ll never get you over there and parts take months to get to you save your company time and go somewhere else

Had them order lights as they didn't have them in stock on 8/26/22. The lady in the office called on 8/31/22 to get a cc to pay for the lights as they had got them in. We went to pick up on 9/8/22, we asked for the lights I had ordered and they said i had already picked them 8/26. But they didn't have them in stock on 8/26 and I had to pay for them over the phone on the 8/31. They proceeded to call me a lier and everything else and I was trying to pull one over on them. Why would I be trying to pick up lights they had to order in if I already had them. So im out 60 sum dallors and no lights and now have to buy them again from wilson to get the lights i need. I will just order directly from Wilson's main parts in Iowa next time. Beck trailers needs to get better customer service.

These guys are awesome. Always go above and beyond to get me the parts I need. Great work on trailer repair.

Worked on trailer for over an hour and would only charge for the part. Did the best he could to get me on the road again promptly. Highly recommended them. Thanks

Pretty irritating, I read all the great reviews for this place, and I'll tell you, they couldn't be further from the truth. Booked out for a month currently... to hell with this place

VERY RUDE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME BECAUSE THEY DO NOT REPAIR REGULAR DRY VAN TRAILERS. DON'T WASTE TIME CALLING.

Had a bad valve on my 48' flatbed and they found the problem instantly had the new valve and I was back on the road in 45 mins.
