This place has changed I've been buying tires (new and used) and taking my cars here for years for service. The owner has always taken good care of me. I've recommended this place to all of my friends, and everyone in my neighborhood. This spring I bought a used tire from them for my truck. In less than 200 miles, the tread blew off the tire, trashed my nerf bar, fender and both fender supports. When I took it in, they wouldn't even consider comping the obviously bad tire they sold me, much less the damage it did to my truck. I'm disappointed. I won't ever go back.

Great service & friendly staff. I called in the afternoon on a Saturday to have an exhaust hanger repaired & initially they were booked until Monday. I explained my situation of being an OTR driver & plans to be in PA on Monday, receptionist called me back about an hour later, they squeezed me in & completed my repair for a fair price. Luis did an EXCELLENT job on the welds & reinforcement.

Horrible management. My family member got their suspension worked on and within one mile the suspension rattled out of control and popped a tire. We went back to the shop immediately and the tech took a look and noticed himself two bolts were never put in place. Zero accountability was taken and the tech started an argument. We paid and ended up with more issues than when we came.

I had a couple nails in one tire and I went in at about 4:15 and they got me in so quickly! No hesitation, did a fantastic job and great pricing, got me out of there under 30 minutes. Highly recommend and I will definitely go back to do future business.

I needed to get 2 tires replaced. I found this place and im glad I did. The lady's at the front counter were pleasant and the gentlemen ( Victor) who replaced my tires was quick and fun to talk too. I will be coming back here for my future tires.

This place is AWESOME! I towed my car on with a bad alternator. They didn t know I was showing up, and they preformed the work with excellent quality and friendly service. My car was done in less than 48 hrs. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! I m very impressed with the quick turnaround and the courtesy of the staff. Five star service!

Amazing experience! I was just in town for 2 days to see my son. We were very limited on time but I wanted to see if we could get his ac/heat fixed in the car. Not only did they figure out the issue but in under 2 hours they called saying it was fixed. The price was extremely affordable, they were friendly, down to earth and helpful. Highly recommend!

My boss likes used tires for the trailer but we have a hard time finding them,one reason is we got 24.5 tires...hard to come by use. R&L most of the time has what we need.

I hit a pothole last night. Got to the shop the very next morning. They got me in and out quickly. They unbent my rims and had used tires available so I didn t have to pay full price for new ones. Great service!! fast and efficient.

Have been a regular customer for a few years. Have never had a problem and have had all of the work i cant do myself done at R&L! Great service and great staff. I recommend them to all my friends and never a negative response from any of them.

Twice now I've had repairs done and received my car back THE SAME DAY! Both times the work was done to my satisfaction and for way less than than the dealership would have charged. This place is an all around winner.

My truck was in dire straits and took it here. Carlos and his staff were wonderful gave me several options, and then repaired on time under budget and everything returned to better than ever. Why would I go anywhere else?

I went in today with two of my friends since one of my tires popped , was greeted by a gentleman that was able to help us get a new tire but when we were leaving some snow got on to the tire and luckily we saw that it had a little hole leaking air . My guy friend walks in to let them know we just bought this tire and it has a hole it and seeing if we can get a new one . The lady was very rude telling us that we did it and made a hole when we were there literally not even 5 minutes after we bought the tire . The lady was very rude to my friend and told the guy who got us a tire that The little boy said the tire has a hole Yes i understand that we are high schoolers but there was no reason to one over charge us for a used tire as well as be rude ! Will not be returning here !

Brought in my own tires charge me $100 to mount 4 tires with a disposal fee. Three guys worked on my car. I drive a domestic vehicle they seem to have difficulty finding the right socket to fit the lug nuts. When I had noticed there was at least two lug nuts damaged on each wheel after they were done. I've been a customer with this business since they were open almost 20 years ago and it's sad to say that things have gone downhill in the last several visits. After calling around to other local stores within 10 miles I found that the average price to have tires mounted and balanced is 12 to $15 per tire. I was trying to support local business but I kind of wish now that I had done my homework first

We picked up a nail on the freeway. Drove into R&L and they fixed it immediately and quickly and got us on the road in 20 minutes. Courteous and quick and quality service. Thanks guys.

Fast, friendly, and fair prices! If you find yourself in Ft Lupton with a nail in your tire don't even think about going anywhere else. They had me in and out quickly and good to go! Thank you Rafael and Fabian.

They broke parts when they where working on my vehicle and then charged me for their negligence. They kept giving me different time it would be done and every time it was not ready. Very poor communication. I will never go there again. After paying my trucks running worse then before and of course this shop claims no responsibility, extremely dishonest and poor service.
