Blake was amazing! Our battery died down the road and he helped us get the right battery and wrench. He was super nice too. Can not be more greatful for such a kind person during a stressful time!

I had been getting great service until I went in there at 5:40pm last night. If you plan on getting what you need or get good customer service you had better get there 45 min before they close. I've been working on a client's vehicle that has been a rush job. I went in at 5:40 last night to get some paint mixed and was informed by the only person that can mix paint that he couldn't do it he had to count out the other cashiers registers so he wouldn't have time. Nowhere does it say that you can'thave mixed paint after a certain time needless to say I was a little more than po'd I'm all for supporting local businesses and helping the small business owner out but in this case its thrown me a day behind schedule and cost my client another day rental for their vehicle. I hope that the take a look at it and put up a sign or something. Otherwise Brian was great helping me out the two days before and he did say that my paint would be ready by 7:30 the following morning but that's still a setback.

When they first opened, customer service was the best. Seems to have turned over the staff and it shows! Picked up a lawn battery that clearly showed a sale tag and was told by Bryan that he couldn't match the price because the sale ended the day before and they don't have authority to fix the price. Then the the price that rang up was even more than the regular tag stated. Still said they couldn't change the price. A little more training is obviously due. If I wasn't in desperate need of a battery that day I would have gone elsewhere!

Mostly have trouble getting real help from one associate in particular, but in general they never have whatever I'm looking for and I only receive apologies instead of any sort of assistance. The last few times I have come the staff seems uninterested in making an attempt at helping me.

I ordered a small part twice online to pickup from this store and despite the fact that it showed they have enough in stock, they didn t have it. First time my order got canceled after a few days without any explanation or apology ( In their website It says pickup in 30 minutes)Second time I received an email saying that my order is ready to pickup! I went to the store immediately and again there was nothing!If you can t keep up just do yourself and people a favor and don t advertise stuff on google!

I don't know what to say about anyone else's experience, but i shop this NAPA every time i need anything for mine or my families vehicles. It upsets me a little bit being a Mexican that you want to say they have told you they don't want our "kind" shopping there. I have nothing bad to say about everyone who works at this location, let alone the Owner of this store. NAPA has been nothing but wonderful to me and everyone i bring into this store being Mexican or not!! its not fair to use your race as a limb to call out good and helpful people. Maybe its the person who writes these awful things that needs to take a step back and not blame NAPA for your mistakes.Thank you Loren and everyone who works at the Ft. Lupton store, you are ALL Amazing and do great work!! Don't let peoples bad days ruin your good attitude and the will to help others. Thanks for making NAPA my only Auto Parts store!! :)

Place is terrible out of the 50 times I tried going here they maybe had what I needed once. Bet if you have a farm tractor or sbc everything would be there. European or import good luck would be faster to make the part yourself. Napa use to be good but has went downhill do not shop here

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever received and not on one occasion but multiple! They treat customers like they are stupid because all they clearly are trained for is only what their computer says! When I told him I seem to have a problem every single time I call there, he told me I should go somewhere else then and he hung up on me. For a brand new store, you might want to get yourself in check because the word around town is you all are horrible. Which I had the pleasure to find out for myself! Will never shop here! You blew it and I own 8 vehicles, boat, jet skis, motorcycles.... Your loss!

Finally, a Napa back in Fort Lupton; and it comes with excellent service! The owner, manager, counter people and delivery drivers are great; lending to a stellar experience every time I use them. They are my "go-to" group and I've never been disappointed. If you should find yourself in need of a part, my recommendation is to shop locally at this independently owned Napa.

A friend of ours was told by the manager to get out of the store "I dont want your kind in here" the customer was latino and just trying to return a battery. I have to rate one star or it wont let me comment but I give Zero stars and all napa stores will lose my business

Called and ordered a part. Someone went to the store and was looking for the same part as me and said they'll check elsewhere. They then canceled my order due to not asking for the person's name. Don't waste your time with this stupidity of this store.

Good selection of welding equipment and some bigger shop equipment and tools that other Napa stores and other chains don't have.
