After finally being able to get my keys from my kids property, they were closed until Tuesday this raking in those daily charges. on Tuesday I arrive to get the vehicle, can't retrieve it nor was I allowed to get my Christmas presents from the trunk. Dealt with the issues ad I am going back again in the morning. They were nice as they could be though so that was a plus. At least it made a frustrating situation a bit more pleasant. Tomorrow, I will be armed with all the towing statutes and laws just in case .

This company is nothing but thieves, They literally steal people's cars and personal property from these cars. They stole my air compressor as well as tools and other personal property. This company has proven to be crooks. I couldn't inflate my own tire because of these thieving people. Oh yeah the owner likes to smear people he steals from. You don't like this post then say something to me personally punk.

We hit a deer and called for a tow. They came right out and hauled in the car.. I also had them fix the damage ( 3 side panels windshield and hood). Service was great and prompt. People are nice. Second time I used them for tow and repair. I will always go to them.

By far the BEST TOWING COMPANY I have ever dealt with! They re fast and professional. Got a flat tire during rush hour, I called MB Towing and they sent out one of the best operators! He was very kind and quick, also very impressed with the safety measures that they take to not only keep themselves safe, but the customers as well. This company is set out to take care of their customers, I will ALWAYS be calling MB Towing from here on out.Services: Motorcycle towing, General repairs & maintenance, Car towing, Long distance hauling, Fuel delivery

Had a great first tow experience. Dan was there real quick, and hooked up the car in under 5 minutes. If you are in a rush, these are the guys you need to call. Great conversation during the ride, not awkward at all. At the end, he gave me a very reasonable price. Thank you to this great family business

They towed my vehicle, illegally auctioned the vehicle, due to the fact they did not once respond to a single voicemail until April 4th, at which they indicated the car was auctioned off on April 1st. Now I have to sue the company and go through the lengthy legal process of being reimbursed for the cost of the vehicle and the contents inside. I was more than willing to pay the towing fines in full at any time but they did not even provide me with that opportunity. They indicated they were understaffed, which is not even a fathomable excuse. Very corrupt establishment and it s a shame they could not provide services without breaking the law.Towing date - February 20th, 2022Auction date - April 1st, 2022Vehicle Model - 2009 Mercedes Benz C300 Sport

Got a flat during 'rush hour', called them up and they said they would be there in less than an hour. 20 minutes later they came to the rescue. Had an air hose and he allowed us to air up our tire with his on board tank, still had them take the Jeep to the tire shop as we were losing air quickly. Super easy, quick response, amazing crew (family). If I need a tow again you bet I will call them, just hope I don't need a tow again! Cheers!Service: Local hauling

Was a little scared since my last tow experience, but I m happy to say this company went the extra mile for me when I broke down in the middle of no where. They showed up quickly got my car on top of their truck and gone by 15 min. They even worked on my car at their shop and had it done the next day they did it all for a reasonable price. Great company and great people to work with. Highly recommended

They were punctual, honest, helpful and most of all honest. These folks get a solid 5 stars. You have no idea how embarrassing it is for a former tow guy (me) to have to call for a lockout but they showed me nothing but respect. Hats off to everyone from the folks who took my call to the fellas who came out. You have my business and my referral to anyone who needs a tow related service.Service: Car lockouts

They were very nice and professional. They were quick and thorough. My drive train busted on my Tahoe and they were able to get my Tahoe back home in one piece with no problems . I recommend them to anyone.

My husband needed an old Willys wagon hauled to our home. MB gave us a very fair price for in-town towing and it was a very interesting tow to say the least but it was done with the most professionalism we ve ever seen. We scheduled a time for the haul and he was there before we were. The wagon wasn t drivable and we needed the axles hauled with it. He knew exactly how to load it on the flatbed and the level of genius to unload it was nothing short of awesome. I drive by their shop everyday and we re so glad we went with a local business. MB Towing is such a great company and if we ever need a tow again, we will be returning customers!Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Local hauling

Wanted to commend MB Towing today for handling a complicated situation in a very professional, kind, and thorough manner. We were given exact instructions the first time we communicated with them, brought them exactly what they asked for and they took good care of us throughout the process of getting our car back. Marcos to the rescue!! I called after waiting for nearly 3 hours for another company that didn t show for a tow My car wouldn t shift out of reverse and I couldn t get it to start. He knew exactly what was wrong and got it out of reverse and followed me to my mechanic at 2AM to make sure I could get it back into park to not kill my battery to have it worked on THANK YOU M B TOWING FOR SAVING THE DAY (well, night!!)!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Car towing

The reviews are true these guys are bad news . All I ask for is information to give to the Lien holders and the lady trying to bribe me with my own vehicle . The stuff she was saying over the phone was just pitiful and past disrespectful.

They are scammers and they steal peoples hard earned items. They have not a single ounce of genuine compassion for people and their belongings. Cruel and hasty business operation.The time will come when karma overcomes there corrupted ways and the business will fail miserably. Businesses founded on hate and greed do not last nor succeed.Poor business and even more poor people. By poor I mean absolutely hollow and empty brings who want and care for nothing more than conning people. FIND ANY OTHER TOW SERVICE POSSIBLE, I PROMISE THAT TOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. I DONT WANT YOU TO HAVE TO SHARE MY SAME NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE.HWLP YOURSELF, CHOOSE ALL OTHER BUSINESSES, this is not even a last resort, it s a never was a resort. My experience with Marcos my driver, was totally professional! He knew exactly what he was doing, wouldn't even drink the bottled water i gave him until totally done! He towed my big Chevy truck, turned it around so it could be unloaded and backed into my residence how I wanted it! I would definitely use this company for future tow's!

MB towing is the best in the region!! Marcos is an awesome driver. Picked up my car in Brighton this past Sunday and had me back on the road on Monday evening. Tow was fast and painless and repair was fast with a reasonable price. Highly recommend this business.

I ve had them come rescue me twice now. Marcos was super helpful and fast to get my problem fixed. Would recommend to come help you for any of your needs. Once was for a tow the other was to replace my serpentine belt. Thanks Marcos for all your help.

My Acura MDX anti-theft system would not disarm or let me start my car. The Acura dealership told me I would have to have the car towed to Boulder for them to fix it. I called MB Towing and they sent Marco to my house and he was able to disarm the after market alarm system and get my car woring again! He not only fixed the problem, but helped me finish installing the battery bracket. More than reasonably priced and they saved me a huge towing and dealership repair bill.

They forgot about me. Waited 2 hours, called to check in, and was given attitude from the manager as if it was my fault they weren t coming. I even asked what I did wrong and he hung up on me. Worst experience ever. Wish I could give zero stars. Wasn t even offered any resolve. I am so angry.

Crooks! Rude, dismissive, will keep you waiting all day to find out about your vehicle, only to finally get back to you right before close, to tell you that you have 30 mins to come get it or pay for storage.Towing company laws really need worked over in this state. They're basically a legally sanctioned Mob Crime racket.

Terrible service at an inflated price. Quoted 4.00 per mile. Charged 125.00 hookup fee for 5 minutes work. 100.00 winch fee for 5 minutes work. 4.50 per mile. And I helped him.

Would not tow from Brighton to Bennett 33 miles. Do not recommend.
