I had an amazing experience with my vehicle. I got struck by another vehicle and the person's insurance suggested I went to Kaizen. I gave them a call and within a few days they had me in, communicated thoroughly throughout the entire repair. They also finished up several days earlier on my vehicle as well.

I was in a fender bender awhile back and as with all my experiences with body shops I was hesitant about kaizen. but I spoke with Katie on the phone and she seemed courteous and knowledgeable. I brought my car in and they gave me an estimate that I was comfortable with. dropped my car off to them and they had a quick turnaround. now my car is as good as new.thank you guys

Donna had my H3 for months, I would text and call for updates and I wouldn t get any, I had to contact my insurance to get ahold of her and they couldn t either, totally unprofessional. This shop said they had worked on H3 and where going to be able to fix it. The damages were cosmetic only the right front of the car was damaged. No lights on the panel were on meaning no mechanical damage was done. I even had my mechanic scan and check it before I took it in since I had gotten a recent engine swap. Every time I got an update, which would be days or weeks later, they said they were waiting for a part or matching the paint when in reality nothing was being done and they had no clue what they were doing. After over three months Donna told me she was waiting for one last part, but then suddenly the car was totaled due to the lack of parts. I was never informed or updated about this until I got an updated estimate since the damage was at first 4k and then jumped to over 9k, ridiculous. I searched for the parts and each part is less than $100. How do you accept a job you don t know nothing about? Did you expect a pay day from my insurance? They made the damages worse as shown in the pictures, added miles, and the radio is not functioning. They left it worse, they couldn t even put it back how it was when I dropped it off; They didn t even send a tow truck and didn t have rentals or a temporary car.

Kaizen Ft. Lupton does an excellent job. We have had 2 vehicles repaired, and were completely satisfied with both. The staff went above and beyond what was expected. They even completely cleaned the inside of my vehicle. If needed we will definitely go back.

I was recently in a car accident and needed to find a shop asap. I was hesitant at first to call Kaizen due to some of the reviews but I called anyway to see if they would be able to assist me with my vehicle. Katie answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and asked if I could swing by the shop so they could take a look at my vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted by Katie and Jackie. Jake came out and went over my vehicle. I asked Jackie and Katie about some of the reviews and they provided me with some information and stated that they have a brand new team in place and everything would be handled appropriately. Jake wrote up my estimate and went over everything. I had some concerns and he really put my mind at ease. Jackie was super nice and she was able to schedule me in right away for repairs. I was so happy that I took a chance on this shop. Thank you Katie, Jackie and Jake! I will definitely let my friends and family know about this and I highly recommend to anyone looking to have repairs done to their vehicle.

I was completely satisfied with the service and Auto Body Care that I received at Kaizen Fort Lupton however they overcharged me! The front desk gal told me it was corporate who should send me the refund check. This was back in November when she told me it would be 7 to 14 business days. I have yet to see my refund check!!!??Unfortunately it has deterred me from using them in the future or referring them for that matter!!

I hit a deer on 119 early one morning. I took my truck in to kaizen collision. I was greeted by Katie she came out and wrote an estimate I had called around and no one could get me in before February. I was able to get truck in within a week. I was really happy with the repairs done. The technician noted a couple of taillights out Jake called me up to inform me and replaced them free of charge. Would recommend

I had my 2015 SUV repaired there this last week picked it up on Monday. The team at the Fort Lupton shop was so cordial and easy t wrk with was amazing. The work complete is such a great job I had to write a review. I worked closely with manager to get my car repaired! I highly recommend this shop. Kudos to all the staff. Thank you

Since I m sure this review got deleted here it is again I agree with all of these negative reviews ive seen how donna operates first hand and I m convinced that any 5 star review with her time there was either a plant or a strong arm as I ve seen her do both I worked here at the beginning of 2023 and I had never been in this industry before I was promised all kinds of training and opportunities to learn that I never received. I was there for 6 months and had to teach myself everything that I figured out to do because getting any training from Donna was non existent. Not only that but the store would open at 8 and close at 5 and she would show up around 11 or 12 unless the big boss was coming in and whenever she actually was on the phone (which was a lot) it was always a personal call. What ended my time there was that she wanted to cut my hours down to 3 days a week and cut my pay as well by $3/hour and she cited it as poor work performance yet I had no idea what I was doing due to a severe lack of training

I was beyond happy with the service and repairs. Jake called me out they texted me every day they had my vehicle with status updates. Then they went above and beyond in every way. I highly recommend this company.

Donna was amazing! She kept in contact throughout the whole process and when I explained my anxiety, she was quick to text me updates and ease my mind! If I could leave negative stars I would. do not take your car here unless you want to get it back worse than you dropped it off. Radio doesn t work at all (was fully functional before), front end of car was not put back together, nothing was done in the MONTHS that they had it all while the milage had gone over 1000 miles. Donna is obviously not a good manager, manager position should be put in different hands. In all honesty a sad excuse for a collision shop, if you care about your vehicle at all do not bring your car here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I experienced unprofessional customer service with Donna. I called and texted several times and have not received an update about my car. She says she s waiting on parts because supply is low and because my make of car is experiencing a shortage. Word is going around that I m not the only one experiencing these difficulties, and these other customers were told the same thing and do not have the same make of car as I do. Explain that? Plus, how is someone getting quicker service within a timespan of 2 weeks but my car has been sitting dead for 4 months? I was also told that they work on cars as they are received. Had an appointment for hail damage repair. About 2 weeks from the day of the appointment I got a message saying it had to be cancelled and they would be closing do to staffing issue. At least Ashley was friendly and responsive when I reached out trying to get scheduled.Didn t make for a great experience. Had to find a new shop and now wait a few months longer.

DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP! Towed my car in after a wreck on May 3rd. I knew it was totaled and Donna was rude from start and it s now been over a month and she has not submitted the paperwork to total out my car. I have left so many messages and emails but have never gotten a response. State farm is now calling the shop EVERY DAY to try to get this done so I can get another car. This shop is holding my vehicle hostage and they do not care how it impacts my life by not having a vehicle.

I was recommended this place by a friend who had a good experience here, so i contacted Donna December of 2022 it is now April of 2023, i have yet to get a call, update, appointment etc. I have called many times, i've left voice messages, texted her personal phone number, emailed multiple times, personally went into the shop (she wasn't there any of the 3 times i went), I left hand written messages in her office, you get the point. I have been more than kind and patient, now I waisted 4 months on waiting for ONE message, call or email back. Would not recommend.

State farm recommended this shop said they were on the list of preferred shops. Communicates direct with them. So faster better service. Hassle free. The shop " ordered the parts" but never submit the estimate. State farm closed my claim. Then the shop called to tell me my parts were in. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! My car sat for 4 MONTHS!!!! Donna did nothing but LIE to me about "waiting for parts" and even lied to the insurance about this. It turned out she never completed an initial estimate on my vehicle so she literally DID NOTHING WITH MY CAR FOR 4 MONTHS!! It took me TWO WEEKS to get my car out of there once I found out the truth because she wouldn't answer my calls anymore! She wouldn't answer the insurance's calls, wouldn't return voicemails, I even showed up at the shop and she wasn't there even though it was during business hours! The only way I got my car out was by contacting another Kaizen location to get ahold of her or her manager. THANK GOD FOR KAIZEN BRIGHTON FOR RESCUING MY CAR! And the best part is my car got TOTALED!!!!! Only took two weeks to get an answer in Brighton meanwhile it took Donna 4 MONTHS "waiting on parts" on a car that WASN'T EVEN APPROVED FOR REPAIRS!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO TELL PEOPLE THE TRUTH, THAT IT'LL TAKE MONTHS TO GET ANYTHING DONE!!!

Great with wiring! Took my Acura TSX in with headlight wiring issues and they re still working great six months later. Fair pricing but the only minor issue was being updated on an estimated end time.

Greg, Donna and the team have helped us out a few times. My wife has a Synergy Green Camaro and doing any repairs that involve color matching is tuff to do. These guys did it right and it looks perfect. Then when my Silverado got hammered in a wreck they worked with the insurance company to handle things. High quality professional service by all of their staff, handled my insurance claim and performed excellent work on my vehicle which had side damaged to a side swipe hit. They use dealership parts and products, many years of experience back up their credentials, many Corvette car collectors shop of choice. Closed on weekends, call ahead for appointments

Worth the Drive.I had about $4000 worth of work done to my Tundra.I went to 3 different collision shops and felt most comfortable here. Greg, kept in touch with me on the process and made sure I was happy throughout.The insurance company wanted to use salvaged parts for certain areas and Greg made them go OME (original manufacturer equipment)It was an hour drive from my home but they goty truck in the fastest and did great work with warranties.Solid Shop.

Didn't move vehicle after 6 hours and worst quote ever. Plus I had to make an appointment when they weren't busy at 2pm on a Thursday to do the estimate, so took it back Friday. Wasted 2 trips
