I had a screw in one of my tires and called around to several places to see how long it would take to get repaired. Everyone I called told me 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. I came to Jimenez Auto Repair and they took me right in immediately. Really nice guys and great service!

Went to get my brothers truck serviced a few months ago. The timing was off in the truck and we needed the mechanic to put it back on time. Well the timing in the truck got messed up again and we take it to a different mechanic to find out that Jimenez mechanic shop timed it incorrectly in the first place.Service: Transmission repairService: Transmission repair

We brought our car in without an appointment at 8am on a Tuesday. The car had been riding rough at 50+ MPH for a month or so and recently started making noise. The crew diagnosed a bad wheel bearing and they were able to get it replaced the same day. What a difference it made! Great service!!! I called over there to see if he had tires for my trailer which he did, he told me to head on down and they will get them put on. 15 minutes late I was done and headed out. Great guys honest work with great prices.

Being new to the area, I did a lot of on-line research looking for a mechanic. Jimenez Auto had the best reviews so I called. I had a couple of minor things and a major repair to have done. Donny was very helpful and even told me the oil didn't need changing yet (saving $$!) and recommended a less expensive set of wipers (more savings!). My car was ready when they told me it would be, every one was nice and friendly. I am recommending them to anyone who needs good, honest, reasonable, and reliable auto services. We had done some of our own work on one of our cars, and were still having problems with it. We took it to Jimenez A.S. and he quickly diagnosed the problem, we had the wrong part! He sent us on our merry way, without even charging us! There are problems with some of our other cars that are beyond our mechanical abilities that we will be definitely bringing to him!

Went in to ask a question and possibly get a service done. Stood there for 10 minutes while 2 guys completely ignored me. One even making eye contact and then turning around. Now I understand that mechanics are busy. But wouldn't you think you'd take 5 minutes to talk to a potential customer? So I went to my car and called. Answered on the second ring, but kept interrupting me when I was trying to speak and talking over me and being just plain rude. I will never make the mistake of coming here again. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere and would recommend others to do the same.

I have been going to them for years. They are always so friendly. I took my car to them a couple of times thinking it was something serious..but it wasn't what I thought at all..and he just charged me to look at the car..most people would have told me it was the expensive repair I thought it was..I trust these guys with my car..Thanks

Super prompt service, reasonable prices, and amazing customer service. Aj is like a human encyclopedia on cars having all the knowledge right off the top of his head. There is never any doubt in my mind about what he can do. Every problem i have ever encountered has been thoroughly and meticulously explained by him.I have taken my cars there with him ever since he first opened back in 2008 and will continue to trust him with them. If youre in the area or even if you its a slight drive out of the way, i HIGHLY recommend you make the trip to Jimenez Auto. You will not be disappointed!

I took my 1998 GMC 1500 pickup in for a fuel pump replacement last year and they did excellent work. However, about 3 days later I was having problems starting the truck again and took it back. He went through and checked everything out and found out the new fuel pump pressure would drop and not always start. The fuel pump had a 1 year warranty so there was no charge for that. But when I picked up my truck, he told me there was NO charge for the labor. I have had other work done on another vehicle and he always came through. I will continue to return to his place for all of my automotive needs.

Don is the man. This Master Mechanic helped me out when I needed it the most! My Jeep just got a new transmission installed and it malfunctioned, spilling all the oil over the street. I was from outta town and Don dropped everything he was doing to assist me repair the vehicle. The auto parts store said a certain part didn't exist, Don then went into his system and got the Part # to bring back to the AutoParts store. He was doing there job!Don is an Veteran of Jeeps and deserves recognition.Thanks Hombre, the Jeep made the 20 Hr roadtrip the next day.

I have brought him several cars and trucks to fix. Most of the repairs were not easy. He is honest and fair and carefull. If you want a honest mechanic,!this is the guy.
