The employees were understaffed at my most recent visit, but handled my oil change quicker than estimated. While I was there, the staff dealt with another customer, who was very gruff with them, quite professionally & kindly. They were sweet to me, and deserve recognition for being good humans & excellent techs. Thank you!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had my oil changed this morning on my F250 it was quick. The tech Luis didn't reset my oil change light I had to do it myself. I had to request the price for my oil change 3 times prior to agreeing. It's the 3rd time I've been there. Not outstanding but not the worst.

I have had multiple oil changes at the Fort Lupton location and this is the only Grease Monkey I will go too. They are always friendly and professional!!

They told me I needed new wipers the last oil change and I said yes. Husband took it in today and they told him the wipers were bad so he said yes. Angry that they do that as a scam and not look at records. Will never let them do wipers ever again.

It may be priced high, but you can't beat the service that you get. Even though manager let me know they were short staffed, she did an amazing job at getting my car in and out quickly.

I had the most unprofessional experience at this grease monkey location. I walked in to get an oil change service, all of the 5 employees that were working were in the garage standing around. Several associates looked at me but none proceeded to help me. After about 10 minutes of waiting I finally knocked on the glass window and the manager came in to help me. After my oil change was complete I got on the highway to head home when I noticed a knocking noise. I pulled over and noticed the skid plate was not reassembled correctly. I had to drive the vehicle on the highway going no faster than 25 MPH to avoid the skid plate from bouncing off the pavement and damaging the bottom of my car. When I finally returned to the location the manager sent an inexperienced associate to address the reason for my return, I asked for the manager and waited in the building for him. When he came in he started explaining that the skid plate bolts weren t reassembled and his associates would correct the issue, then he walked out to the garage without allowing me to say anything further. After they corrected the issue they failed to do correctly in the first place the manager once again sent the inexperienced associate in to advise me that my vehicle was ready and it would be pulled around. I again asked to speak with the manager, I then addressed my concerns which the manager was dismissive about. I question if the oil change was completed correctly as this location could not manage to completed a task as simple as putting the bolts back into it he slid plate. I had the most unprofessional experience with this location and would never go back. My vehicle is new and I have no confidence in this location.Service: Oil change

No customers here but I'm waiting because they have water on their floor. Don't want dirt drug into a shop. I'm so confused. I seriously think they don't want to do their job

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I stopped at a different automotive shop earlier this day trying to get a couple services handled. On the way home I notice they had only did half of what I asked, and I still needed a new turn signal bulb.Called grease monkey, had the car in moments after the phone call, and was out of there in five minutes with NO CHARGE!! They didn t even charge me to fix the other shops screw up, and the gentlemen working were very cool and friendly! 10/10 service here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have taken my truck there for years, I love the little extras like vacuuming out the car and cleaning the windows. However when I took my truck in Sunday for a 76.00 Oil change I noticed they didn't vacuum or clean the windows. When I asked why he stated they were too busy even though there was only one other care waiting.

I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and fix my radiator issue. Don and the rest of the crew really took care of me and got it all taken care of in a timely manner. I'm giving a 4 star because each time I go here I have to tell them to them to reset oil to 100% or have them correct the milage they put in. I will say I liked the girl who was running the desk.

They took my splash guard off and didn't secure back on with all the clips. It fell off going down road. That splash guard Is 100 dollars. The clips are 2 dollars a piece . I will never take another car to this place. After fixing the splash guard my self I found they broke about half the screws that hold it in place. That's why it didn't stay on.Service: Oil change

I was reluctant to come here after a bad experience at a Jiffy Lube. But these guys were great! Very polite and professional. Through but not pushy. Great value. I went in for an oil change and when I drove off after the oil change my car was running poorly sputtering and shutting off, and the oil level indicator was on . I drove 1/4 mile and turned around told them the issues and they said that when I drove off that they saw the oil had spilled and they washed it off their driveway. They didn t even think of calling me back. My vehicle takes 4.5 quarts . When it was pulled back in they checked it and they said it was missing 4 quarts. Meaning I drove off with 1/2 quart. They said they never tightened the oil plug. And my engine light came on they checked it with their diagnostic tool, and said my cam positioning sensor gave out . I told them it was fine before and they said the issue was because I had 80,000 miles. I insisted that it was them and that just because a car hits 80,000 miles doesn t mean stuff goes out. I told them those things go out when the car is low on oil and doesn t have proper pressure to lubricate and what not. They said I was wrong. And I was yelled at and told to F****** leaving the store. My engine could have blown and they as of this moment have said non of the issues my car was having after the oil change was because of them. Unsatisfactory. Not sure I will be returning there. Took Land Rover in for an oil change and f250 in for radiator flush. Greeted by Bob the manager. Very sour and rude attitude right away. Asked if I could use the post card coupon I got in the mail on them and got no answer. He just took it from me and started putting it in the system. Land Rover was $89 not $59 like he said. It needed 3 more quarts but didn't bother to discuss this with me before doing it. Took both vehicles home and because of hearing such bad things in the news about these type of companies, we checked everything. Come to find out, my radiator didn't get flushed. I took it back to Bob and asked what he did. He said they don't actually do a "flush", they suck it out from the top. I said, the fluid still stinks, still has stuff floating in it and what cleaner did you bother to use? He said, none they just suck it out. I said, how much did you suck out? He said VERY rudely, 4 gallons. I said, how much did you put back in? He said, 4 gallons. I said, it's a V10 it takes 6.75 so there is still 2 gallons of old antifreeze still in it right along with all the slimmy build up. His reply, " cool". I said, I want a full refund. He called someone and I was given a refund. Do not take your vehicles here and Bob should be fired just for his disgusting attitude alone not to mention he is stealing from people.

I ve been using Grease Monkey for my maintenance needs since 2009. I feel as though no two stores are exactly the same, if and when I had any concerns, they ve addressed them and taken care of me and my family s automobiles. Needed an oil change and they quoted me a certain price. But needed a filter, showed me mine. Yup! It was bad. All in all, great customer service. Took about half an hour. Good people skills. Will return when its time.

I've gone to this location about 4 times in the last year. Maintenance is important to me as I drive about 40,000 miles per year between the oilfields of North Dakota and my home in Colorado. The staff there has always been friendly, attentive and competent. I can get a full service plus a tire rotation in about 30 minutes. I recommend this location.
