Absolutely amazing service. Car was hanging basically off our steep mountainous driveway. We called so many towing companies and AAA before Joshua B. picked up and rushed over. He got it unstuck in half an hour and somehow my car escaped any severe damage. He was so calm and confident. Badass driving and towing skills. I will recommend him to everyone I meet. Thank y all so much.

Shaun s Towing & Recovery seriously helped me out today! They were so quick to pick up my vehicle and beyond professional. I appreciated the tech s caution with my vehicle and attention to detail making sure that I had all my things out of my care and that I was taken care of. Best towing service Estes Park has ever had! They helped me get my truck and trailer unstuck on a Sunday afternoon and didn't price gouge me.Josh got me unstuck in about 30 minutes, record time in my opinion. Couldn't have worked with a friendlier guy who obviously loves what he does!I hope to get to know their whole crew when possible!Appreciate you guys, especially Josh for all the help this weekend!

After playing phone tag ... mostly due to me losing my phone for a day ... i did get Arron to meet Mee and tow my vehicle.... The Service from Phone call... Jill n the others to the Pick up Was exceptional... cost was very Reasonable and the Driver was courteous and polite. Call these guys if you need a tow.... I was pleasantly surprised. I'll use then again... if I ever need a tow THANKS

Outstanding service today! The towing professional, Red, was outstanding to work with. He was very kind to me and my son. He arrived to my location in less than 15mins. He showed care and compassion to my situation and offered to make sure we got home safely. The care this expert provided today made a very scary situation far less stressful. Shaun s towing is a life saver and I m so appreciative and thankful for having them in town. So my van got stuck on a steep icy hill in little valley and slid back into a snow embankment thank god not off the mountain. I first called Bob's Towing, they showed up in a timely manner but the truck they sent was not equipped for what needed to be done. They could not get my van out and didn t even attempt to because their chains broke and tires weren t the greatest. The poor driver first broke his phone then had to tie the tow truck around multiple trees so he wouldn t slide down. After about 3 hours just dealing with their tow truck issues I m grateful he was able to get me home once we were able to get his tow truck unstuck but my van was left overnight blocking the road. The next morning I called Shaun s Towing and they were quick to respond and he was able to pull my van out in like 10 minutes. Thank you so very much for helping me out and shout out to the driver Joshua B. For the quick service.

Josh was great, kept us informed every step of the way we went down a steep ravine, and he was very very helpful. Josh and his helper couldn t ask for better people. they did their best to minimize the damage to our vehicle recovering it over the big boulders. Thanks again. Great people in Estes Park Colorado. Also, thanks to the Highway Patrol and EMS people in Estes Park Colorado.

My entire experience was kind of a joke to be honest. Gf got arrested in my car. Instead of calling me or anyone they call these guys to tow it. Than these guys want 425 or so. Each day adds 50. I'm homeless and my car is my job as well as home right now. They offer no assistance programs, offer 0 options and generally treated me like a criminal. By the time I could afford their never ending fees, I was in almost a1000. They don't release vehicles after 5. Say I needed my vehicle. I Ubered all the way out to the yard. Low and behold got to stand in the cold for 20 min waiting for someone to show up on time. Once I FINALLY get access to my vehicle I got to struggle for 20 min trying to get my car out because they parked a semi trailer behind my car. Left all my windows down so the snowstorm could justfill er on up. Not sure where their good ratings come from. Their is no way because what a Nightmare of a business.

I set up an appointment to have Shaun's Towing tow my car into a repair shop when the starter went out last night. They didn't even show up for the morning appointment. After making me late for work and needing to call them to see what happened, they sent a driver. I paid him, and he asked for a tip. When I scoffed at that and went on to work. I came back and found he left not towing the car. I called the company to see what's up and he apparently was offended and thought he was in a hostile environment. I guess he's a bit sensitive. Won't be calling this unreliable company again. Used All American Towing and they were $15 cheaper, on time and very friendly

Shaun s towing accepted my tow at 8:32 with an ETA of 9.02 am which was when my appointment was at the auto shop. I received a call from Shaun s towing at 8:56 am stating they can t be here for another two hours. THEN WHY ACCEPT THE TOW?????? I lost my appointment at the shop because of Shauna s towing incompetence. If they were busy, shouldn t have taken more gigs and try to push it out to time that works for them. Terrible experience, they show no regard to other people s time.

Today has been such a stressful day with finding out that my car s engine was out and Robert truthfully made my day a whole lot better. He was so kind, positive, and got to me about an hour quicker than my insurance company said he would! I really enjoyed talking with him and I m so grateful that on such a bad day, I was able to have a positive person like Robert to help me out!

Pretty good company during the recovery process. Brought my vehicle to my house and parked it the wrong way on the street. I live in Eaton so cops are quick to give tickets. 95 dollar tow fee after my tow service covered 50 dollar, but now I get to tack another 70 to that bill. I called to get a receipt from them and the person I talked to hung up on me multi times. Extremely unprofessional, Especially when all I was doing was explaining what had happened and I needed a receipt. I understand that was probably a driver i spoke to, but all he had to do was refer me to the office. Hopefully this isn't how that individual treats most people. I would recommend using someone that knows how to deal with people better

only reason for 3 stars and not 5 stars is due to the ease of placing my tow request. i spoke to a few ladies because i was having issues with triple a and my car being modified, so they couldn t cover it. Larissa was very nice and respectful in helping me get it requested. i did have to call back to ensure they were bringing a specific truck i was told to request and Julie had answered and was very short and irritable that i had additional questions and was just a little uneasy about the situation.. However, the driver i got was VERY kind and respectful. We talked while he was loading the car and he made sure to be very careful of my front bumper and not scraping it in the rocks. i don t recall his name but he was fabulous.Service: Car towing

Our insurance company called this company to come pick up our truck and take it to the auto body shop. The company called but we missed it so we called back. When we called back, the person on the phone was extremely rude about it AND they cancelled our tow because we didn't answer right away, mind you we called very shortly after their call (like minutes). We will NEVER try this company again.

Service from Aaron is great. Good guy to work with and takes care of your vehicle. The girl who answers the phone on the other hand, lack of knowledge is putting it nicely. I called over a week ago for a price and she said the owner would call me back in a couple hours. Here it is over a week later still no phone call.

I-25 going North in the left lane passing a semi. We got up to the back set of tires and the semi changes lanes driving us into the construction wall. The car was not drivable. A tow truck came up behind us and the driver checked on us. NO ONE else stopped. Not even the people who witnessed the hit and run. We asked Chad if he could tow us to safety. He explained the legalities of this and stayed behind us to keep us from getting hit again. Once it was cleared to do so Chad got us off the highway to safety.Would recommend this company 1010!Service: Car towing

I had an excellent experience with Shaun s towing last night. My son had an old truck broken down on the highway at night. Traffic was very heavy. I called and talked to the dispatcher and explained the situation. She was extremely kind and concerned about the safety of my son. She made it a priority to try to get someone to help him. When the tow truck operator, Robert, arrived he was helpful and supportive with my son. He brought the truck to my house promptly, and was very professional and friendly with me as well. Shaun s provided exactly the kind of service I would hope for. I would highly recommend them.Service: Car towing

My dad and sister were forced into a barrier by a semi truck this morning on I-25 outside of Fort Collins. The traffic continued to whiz by them, even through they had two flat tires. It was a frightening experience and they were afraid to even try to open their doors to survey the damage. Chad from Shawn's Towing saw them and, as he said, knew he could not just leave them there. He pulled up behind them and kept them safe from traffic until he was able to tow them, and even put himself in harm's way to communicate with them and CSP. Chad is a hero, and we greatly appreciate him and would highly recommend Shawn's Towing and Recovery.Service: Car towing

Rob came to the rescue when my car died on a parking lot. He was very professional and came quickly. Rob is probably one of the nicest person I have met. He was very sweet and genuine! I highly recommend Shaun's Towing! My son got his car stuck during the snow storm before new years and they came out promptly and did a good job! Had our Subaru picked up to be delivered to Boulder from our house today. Robert was the driver and he couldn't have been better. Took extreme care loading up the car, but was also extremely pleasant to deal with. He spent time getting to know us and our dogs. The rate was very reasonable, especially these days. My car broke down in the middle of harmony and Ziegler. They had someone there in 15 minutes. They were there before the police. Seriously made a best case possible thanks to Shauns towing.
