I called a lot of storage shed places in Fort Collins and they were the most accommodating place I called. They answered all my questions, gave me a couple options for what might work, and Stacy followed up with me the next week. I was impressed with their customer service. Thank you!

I rented a parking space here for roughly a year, they were extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Deon was quick to answer any questions and fix any minor issues that came up. I would definitely use again.

This storage place was easy to access, great staff, and I didn't have any issues. I had a climate controlled unit and it was always a consistent temperature and very dry. Thank you all!

overall I've been having a stress free worry free experience with this company and particularly the caribou location. from the start the ease of acquiring a unit was delightful! And since has been pleasant from the friendly helpful management, to the consistent billing and ease of payment. I definitely recommend anyone to consider them for your storage needs!

Moved my entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house into a unit on Fourth of July only to find out the latch won t close. Their Customer service line suggested I hire movers again, reload my stuff and move to another unit that they don t have, as a solution.Update* my belongings spent the night unsecured. Dion, the office manager called me first thing the next morning, come in and secured it for me the moment he got the message from their customer service line. I appreciated his sense of urgency to fix my problem and ability to do so.

Just wanted to thank an employee there named Dion for being understanding and also secure self storage for being such a huge help with us over at College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving. Will definitely recommend y'all.

Dion was great to work with. He helped us get the lay of the land and make the right choices. Very communicative, very helpful. The facility itself is clean, well kept, easily accessible and feels safe and secure, just like the name says. This was a good experience for us.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The real shining star here, though, is Deon. He answered all my questions, returned calls quickly, and really made me feel comfortable. Next time I need a storage unit in Fort Collins I will choose SecurCare.

I really like this location and the staff here. But SecurCare will raise your rent after your first 6 months and when I called corporate they said you can expect continued rent raises. Corporate told me I could cancel my current lease and sign a new one at a lower rate but would have to vacate my unit and return to the new unit after a week. At least they were straightforward with me about it. Probably not the greatest spot to rent long term but great for short-term rentals as there is no minimum lease term or notice needed to vacate.

Happy customer for many years! The staff has been great and called personally if there were any changes, issues etc...My items were secure and never any issues accessing the facility. Highly recommend if you are not needing climate control in your unit. Glad to have my things back around me, but would definitely use again if needed.

I recently had a 2 month lease in a decent sized storage room during my move and I m really glad I did!! This storage complex was easy to enter and leave while also being very secure. Upon checking out, the gal at the desk was extremely pleasant and it was a quick process! If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely be back!

The company I work for has utilized the storage facility here for quite a few years now. We have always been far more than pleased with the services provided. Because of the great service I recently moved my personal things into a storage unit here. The staff is friendly and reliable. I ve almost exclusively dealt with Kevin. He keeps the grounds very well maintained from snow/leaf removal to painting/maintaining the fences. Signing up was easy with Kevin. He was professional, courteous, and very efficient. He is always friendly when I come in and willing to help. The office and grounds are kept exceptionally well maintained. Would highly recommend this facility

I have been renting a storage unit at this facility for three years and absolutely love it here. I have worked with Deon and Kevin and they are very professional and the services they provide. Kevin who manages the facility is very personable and enjoyable to talk to. They always go above and beyond To Help out when needed. I recommend this facility!

I have been renting with Secure Self Storage at various locations for over ten years and have always been treated professionally and fair. This location is certainly on the up and up in when they brought in a local manager and experienced staff after going through some other short tenured managers. Deon and Ken are great people, very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help and find you a storage solution that best fits your needs. I have seen a ton of facility/property improvements over the last few months and the team takes great pride in making sure everything is very tidy and as their name suggests "secure". If you are in the market for a storage locker and have not checked out Secure Self Storage recently definitely put it on your list!

My advice is to stay away from SecurCare Self Storage at the Caribou Dr. location. After being a loyal renter since 2009 and always paying a year in advance, our company was told we had to vacate the property as our agreement would not be renewed (no reason provided). While this news caused us to incur thousands of dollars of cost in time and expense to scramble in the middle of winter to find a new location, SecurCare Self Storage had the audacity to call us to offer us new space 3 days before we had to move and well after we committed to another location and hired a moving company to assist with the move. There should be no reward for lack of loyalty and poor business judgement.

We were so grateful to have this storage unit during the season of our move. The entire grounds were clean, well maintained, and safe. Staff were professional, courteous, and always happy to answer any and all questions. We would definitely use the Caribou location again for any other storage needs.

Kevin was extremely helpful and friendly when I came in to set up my rental. All other storage spaces in FoCo were full up, but they called around their locations until they found a unit big enough for my stuff. Would definitely recommend to others
