Driver Chad was great. One shot and loaded and he had been the driver a couple other times. Great attitude and relates well with people and he is funny.

I hired Schmer s to move my toolboxes from my old job to my house. Shawn was my driver and he was very professional and conscientious. He made sure that I was comfortable with how everything was loaded and secured. I would recommend him and Schmer s to anyone looking to have the job done right.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Schemers ...I had to call AAA because my truck broke down. I was a woman, alone, in a very remote rural area but Schemers tow driver Josh showed up in 30 minutes and was the absolute best! I have a truck with WIDE 40" tires and about 15" of lift...Josh was a complete pro and got my truck on that flatbed as if it was nothing. He was so professional and helpful..I am so thankful and will be a loyal customer in the future. Thank you Josh and Schemers for helping me and really making a cruddy situation so much easier!Service: Car towing

Chad was AMAZING. My diesel van had been out of commission for over a week following the below zero temps, out of all my roadside assistance requests he was the only one to be able to get it started. Will definitely use Schmer's again!

Had a incident with my car and needed towing. Made a call and they were very fast and efficient. The driver they sent was Chad and he was great, light hearted, clearly knew what he was doing and made the whole situation easier. Highly recommend this company and if you can get Chad I would definitely do so.

Showed up earlier than expected, communicative, and knowledgeable. Chad tried to jump my car to make sure it was the starter, even though I only called in for a tow. I offered to help push it to an easier spot to tow from and he declined because it d be too much work, even though I think it would ve ultimately made towing easier, which was really kind. Explained a couple issues with the car (errors previous towers made that damaged car, starter, etc.) He was super fast. Just great experience and customer service overall. Shoutout Chad. Laughing w him about the bumper stickers on my car made me feel better about probably needing a new starter hahaha. Very grateful!

Their service is outstanding. Twice they came out to service my car because I was not able to decide what to do the first time. Who accommodates that much in these stressful times? Much appreciated! Plus, my vehicle was towed in a very timely fashion once I made my decision. Thanks a lot!

If you are looking for a safe, well-paid job, where the management cares and respects you....do not apply here. You will be worked like a dog, day and night, for about $15 an hour on average. And if you are too tired and burnt out to take a 3 am call to deliver fuel 45 minutes away, for a measly $10....you'll be fired. They also fudge commission numbers to be able to pay you less. Very disappointing for a business to run like this. But i am one of many that have had this happen. I highly suggest looking for a tow, and/or employment elsewhere. I called several companies before and whilst I am aware you pay for what you get, some prices were just ridiculous especially considering the distance of the tow being only 4 miles. By the time I called Schmer's I was already frustrated. When they answered, the guy seemed a bit monotone, maybe a little disinterested but as someone who has worked in customer service, I know we all have off days and he was not rude at all. He was still very polite and speedy in getting everything I needed done. They had a tech out where I needed within an hour and a half of my call and the tech, Sean was amazing! He even took time to try and get the tire off to save me some money but those lug nuts were stuck! I know who to call if I ever need a tow again!Service: Car towing

Unfortunately my car got stuck in an inclines parking spot with ice and snow in it. I called AAA and they sent out this company to help me. Hey did great job. Within 5 minutes of their arrival I was in the road. Friendly driver and lovely service!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Just thought I would leave a review for not the dirty trucks they roll around with nor the speed of getting jobs done but professionalism and conduct of a tow driver. I was driving with my husband on i25 and Shawn an operator of this company had both middle fingers hanging out the window trying to tell my husband to pull over. Real professional also real tough. Road warriors. Grow up and do your job. Have some self respect. You re trying to build your company a better rep not with drivers who hold them selfs like this.On the flip side I definitely do not think you can take my man. Better have an army tough guyLooks like they are trying to delete my review because I will not delete it myself

Great customer service, very timely and I appreciated the text updates. I used this company through AAA and got updates and tracking info from both AAA and Schmer s directly. Technician Mason called to confirm the address and information. He was respectful, nice, and speedy! As a female, I have had negative experiences with male technicians in the past but this experience was great. Would definitely use again!Service: Car towing

Jeremy did the damn thing! He was amazing! Super grateful towards him for taking the job to deliver our vehicle from Fort Collins to Denver. I will keep him and Schmer s towing into consideration next time I need assistance. Jeremy was courteous and kept us updated the entire time which was super great. I honestly appreciated the communication they had because a lot of tow companies lack in that area. Definitely recommend this tow company and if you can request Jeremy, do it you won t regret it. On our way home from Montana yesterday I was on interstate 25 when a truck in front of us lost a big piece of metal and I had no choice but run over it causing us to have a huge hole in on tire. We pulled off the next exit and was stranded with my daughter and both my disabled parents. God sent us an Angel named Chris. He seen us and pulled in to see if he could help and that he did! DOGS RIDE UP FRONT! Dave was awesome, loaded my car quick and secure, and let my pup come along for the ride! Great guy, safe driving, clean truck, awesome conversation, best tow experience I've had hands down. Dont hesitate, if you need a tow just call these guys, legit no one's better

The person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and got a person out to us as quickly as possible, even with them being booked out for the day during bad winter weather. Luckily we didn't miss our mechanic appointment. I really appreciated all her help and will use their services in the future (though hopefully I won't need another tow for a broke down car).Service: Car towing

Chad did a great job, getting my van unstuck. He saw my license plate and thanked me for my service. Great guy to talk too. We laughed about it being stuck and he got it out quick and stayed to insure I didn't get stuck again.

I collect older cars with body damage (but strong mechanicals). That means whenever AAA sends a tow company I haven t worked with before, I watch carefully to ensure my car is loaded & hauled with respect. Chad ran an outstandingly efficient (yet safe on the car!) no-start recovery in a tight parking area driving a flat deck, secured my beloved car WELL for a long haul, and even threaded a needle on the other side to set my car in a tight spot where my go-to mechanic would have an easy job pushing it into work bay. My head gasket in my Tahoe blew and through friends I ve always heard Schmer s was the best so I called them. The guy who answered the phone and took my information was very polite and informative and was able to schedule me at the exact time that I needed it to be done the next day. The next day Shawn came on time and was also very polite and courteous and got my Tahoe on the trailer and towed to my mechanic without any problems whatsoever. As I didn t have a ride Shawn let me ride with him and even dropped me off back at my house after we were done so I didn t have to pay an arm and a leg for Uber or Lyft. I will definitely use Schmer s towing again and I will request Shawn!Service: Car towing

The most difficult time is when you have to have your car towed...especially after a breakfast with one of your kids. Today was that day, fortunately I made the right decision and called Schmer's Towing. The dispatch person Samantha is extremely friendly and understanding, she speaks with a calm reassuring voice in order to let you know you are in the right hands. She sent one of her tow truck drivers named Chad. He was very polite and worked very quickly to get my car out of the way. Chris was awesome. AAA, not so much. We were really crabby after waiting several hours while AAA argued over whether we were in Wyoming or Colorado. Waited another hr or so til they finally sent somebody. Chris was so cheerful and positive it made us feel hopeful again. Towed us to Cheyenne Toyota Dealership after explaining patiently several times about lug nut locks. Who knew?? Didn t even mind paying him for the excess on the tow.Services: Car towing, Tire change

Last night I had the pleasure of having the Schmer's towing company, through AAA, tow my car an hour away from the pick up location. I've never worked with someone with as much professionalism as Patrick ! He not only made the entire process easy and simple he even went the extra step to ensure my custom painted rims were as taken extra care of. That level of attention to detail is why I will always recommended this company to anyone in the area that is in need of a tow or other related issue. Chad did an amazing job with my car. The driver side passenger lower control arm snapped in half he took the time to load and unload my car carefully not to cause any more damage to my car.
