billy took my call about a chronic wear problem with my trailer tires... told me to bring it right in and he would assess the physical status of my camper trailer. Upon arrival he quickly assessed the issue with the undersized axle and wear caused to the leaf springs... he gave me an accurate quote and ordered the parts after my approval. within days he had the parts in and the repairs/repalacements made. These folks are great, accurate estimates and primo communication. I have already personally recommended them to several of my friends.

Billy provided excellent customer service. I needed repair on my travel trailer and he got me scheduled quickly, did the necessary work and the charges were very reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Have a upcoming trip planned this weekend. One of the hubs on my trailer was heating up and I was hoping to get it looked at before I left on the trip. Called a couple other places and they could not even look at it for a couple weeks. Called Billy at 8a, he told me to bring it by at 10a. I brought my boat trailer to Billy because the brakes were locked up. He did a great job fixing the problem and was straightforward, very helpful and super easy to communicate with. Would fully recommend this business and will go back if I ever have a similar problem.

I went to get a bent tongue jack for my trailer fixed here. Even though I didn t utilize their services, Bill was very accommodating and helped me resolve my problem by giving me tips and tricks and also, contacting another vendor and finding me the right part. I will definitely be using them again if I have any future issues. Thanks for your time today!

I've gone to this business for many years. I've always had Great experiences. I have a Peterbilt truck that they have worked on. They replaced injectors and clutch on my 96 Ford pu. New engine in a jeep. I could go on. They've always been fair and honest. I highly recommend this business.

Got my semi trailer in right away and replaced wheel seal. Priced well for this job compared the average market price. And got the impression that there is not much that this shop doesn't have the experience fixing.

We have a fleet of trucks and have been and used many big name mechanics and no one, I mean no one holds a candle to Bill and company at Rocky Mountain. Totally honest, totally know what the hell there doing. By far the best diesel mechanics around. Not to mention there prices are very reasonable! Don't bother going anywhere else!Todd BohnertOwner

I've work for Bill for the last 4 years full time and 3 years part time. I've seen some people (good and bad) come and go. When a guy works 40 hours and only bills 11 it's obvious something is wrong. Bill is fair, but requires professionalism. I worked here while Gavin worked here and he stood around most of the time talking to anybody that would listen. I was near by when Bill told him he'll need to stop talking so much and focus on the job, he got offended and walked off the job. I noticed he uses Google many times to vent for his failures.I think potential customers would appreciate that Rocky Mountain Truck and Trailers requires Professionalism and it helps me take pride in my job.

I have been using Bill for over 10 years from the beginning when I worked for another company to now as I own by own company. Fair, reliable and an expert in his field. I wont trust another company with my trucks.

Bill Pansire, the owner of Rocky Mountain Truck and Trailer, is a fantastic mechanic that has very versatile skills. He has worked on many of our work equipment including forklifts and semis. Personally he has worked on my vehicles and he always shoots straight, gives a fair price, and gets the job done right. Class act.

I cant speak for the mechanic's ability there but for any potential employees there is a reason he never has anybody working for him for very long. Still owes me over $100 but it was worth losing that to just not deal with the owner.
