We ve been customers at Ram s Glass for the past few years and have always received excellent customer service from all of the staff! Recently we visited the store for repair on window screens and artwork glass. Amber was wonderful to work with and again, the customer service and quality of work was excellent, great prices and quick turn around time. We also had Blake come out to our house to advise on options for windows in two basement bedrooms. Blakes s knowledge and customer service were excellent. He took his time and was very patient with our special needs daughter. His knowledge and advice was spot on and he was able to tell us exactly what was wrong with the windows and how to fix them. The staff at Ram s Glass are knowledgeable, they provide excellent customer service and quality work at reasonable prices. We highly recommend them!

I'd like to start with the positive and say that everyone I worked with at Ram Glass and been friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Ram Glass installed a glass shower door at our place in Estes Park. My wife was cleaning the glass with a cloth when it unexpectedly shattered on her. It scared her quite a bit and her arms and legs were covered with cuts and scrapes from the falling glass. I'm told this is a very rare event. The two star review rating is not because the glass broke, but because they charged me over $400 to get it replaced. Ram Glass was able to get a free glass shower door replacement from the glass manufacturer they use, but didn't want to cover the cost of installing a new panel. I would think for this situation, most companies would simply take care of the customer and not charge them extra.

This is the second time we have used Ram Glass with a great experience. The seal on our thermopane window broke and we experienced fogging inside the pane. We called Ran Glass and the came out the next day and measured up the glass for replacement. Two weeks later we got a call that the glass was ready. The crew came on time, they did the work, cleaned up after themselves and were packed up in half an hour. Our experience was great. We recommend them.

I am pleased to recommend Ram Glass based on our recent positive experience with them. They replaced the glass portion of two of our living room windows, and replaced a broken window in our garage. Ram Glass was able to replace the glass in the living room windows without having the replace the entire window. This was a cost effective way to go and I appreciate their being able to do this.They were very punctual in their appointments, did a quality job, and their prices were very fair - what's not to like?Services: Double pane window installation & replacement, Glass installation, Window repair

I had this company fix a broken shower. I paid the initial down payment and informed the company that broke the glass that they needed to pay the remainder balance. The owner of ram glass is a hothead and left a nasty message and was cussing on the phone as the 3rd party never paid the remaining balance. You would have thought that I had received prior notification of the remaining balance or that the company had not paid which was not the case. Based off the way I was treated, I would not recommend their services

Purchased shower enclosure as well as a tub enclosure. Did all the preliminary spec work with Tara and she was extremely professional and a joy to work with. The install crew arrived on time, were equally professional and great to work with work. Collectively, they all made it all work seamlessly. Would do business with them again without question.

We love dealing with Ram Glass. In our latest interaction with them, we thought a broken window was the result of being hit by an object. (The same window broke once before and a different glass company told us that.) But Blake, Ram's estimator, determined that it was a heat fracture (a south facing window). So we replaced the window with a more heat tolerant glass and all is well.

The appointment was set quickly, they provided a quote, and a few weeks later the crew came out and removed our old cracked bathroom mirror and replaced it with a beautiful new mirror. Would recommend!

Great company! If I could give 10 stars, I would! I LOVED working with Blake to get our custom mirror done in our entry. It ended up even better than I expected and made such a great change to our home. Blake is simply the best!! The installers were awesome - along with any one I spoke to at Ram Glass along the way. Thank you for an awesome product and excellent service!

My new shower glass is as advertised and was installed in a professional manner however when I call a few weeks ago about having someone come out to adjust the door hinges (I was told this was possible ) I still haven t heard from anyone.

Ram Glass was top notch right from the estimate to the final installation. My double pane glass window was shattered by a stray golf ball. The estimator came out the very next day. There was a two week lead time to have a replacement window made to fit the existing wood frame. The installer was prompt and fit the window within 30 minutes. AND the office personnel were excellent with followup. Truly professional from initial call to fimal installation.

Left glass all over our patio. We had a window repair and the two repairmen left large pieces of glass on our porch. There was no warning from them that we might find these. I immediately called the company and sent an email with these photos.I was called by the manager, who gave an incredibly poor apology - "this was a human mistake, we don't hire people do to a half job". He did not mention talking to the servicemen and no remedy was offered other than he would come clean up the glass (3 hours later).Besides the glass, we payed $130 for the "service/labor". I would never recommend this company.

I have used Ram Glass many times in the last 20 years...from broken windows to replacing failing windows and enlarging my living room windows, all the work from Ram has been a class act. They installed my new shower doors, too!I recommended Ram to my family in Loveland and they used Ram to replace multiple windows in their lakefront home. Ram is not the most expensive on the market, nor the cheapest, but You can trust this company to do a good job for your home or business.

My wife and I have used RAM Glass on 2 major projects in the past 6 years. We highly recommend them, and especially recommend Duane, their sales rep he s really great to work with!In 2014, my wife and I were considering replacing the original casement windows in our home. Some of the window frames were loose, difficult to open and close, and the vacuum seals in many had deteriorated to the point that we were getting condensation between the glass panes. Duane came to our house and evaluated our windows. He believed that the window frames themselves were sound, that only the window glass actually needed to be replaced. He explained that when RAM replaces window glass, they take the entire window out of the frame, disassemble it, remove the old glass, replace it new a custom Thermopane, and reassemble the frame. In the process of reassembling each frame, they re-tighten or add screws where the frame has become loose. Duane also researched and specified replacement hardware for our 25+ year old windows, including crank-sets, covers, and latches.Installation of new glass was scheduled about 2 weeks after we gave the go-ahead.The install crew that came to our house was like a well-coordinated production line. One team set up a work station in our driveway to replace the glass, while 2 other teams removed each window frame from inside the house and took it to the glass replacement team in the driveway. Every one of the crew was respectful of us and our home. 8 hours later, every window pane in our house had been replaced and the window frame reinstalled. When they were finished, all opened & closed as easily as when they were brand new. We essentially got new windows for the cost of replacing the glass and updating the hardware, which saved us tens of thousands of dollars.In 2019, Duane again helped us with a custom mirror and glass panel for our powder room remodel. Duane met several times with my contractor and me to ensure the glass would be a perfect fit. The glass panel and mirror are a stunning addition to our powder room design. We would have achieved these results without Duane s help and attention to detail!
