I have been a customer at this location for over a year now! Gavin is wonderful and always a pleasure to work with. In fact all the staff members here are very understanding and helpful. I recommend this storage facility 110%! It is clean, quiet, and easy to work with their hours. Thank you fellas! :)!

Terrible I was 1.5 hrs late cleaning out storage because I had to be with my brother at hospital ICU and was charged full fee after 3+ years and $9000 of on time payments I will not hesitate to tell my story. Your regional manager Bill was afraid to call me while your local mgr had to follow his ORDERS to charge me no matter what the circumstances were with my brother. I look forward to sharing my story most business owners (Bill) would have at least called me tells me of about his character and who Prime is willing to put in mgt positions. Unfortunately you have a good system, clean units and a good overall system just a very poor decision maker in Bill, he won t do you any favors in promoting your biz in Ft Collins and Good luck in Colorado!!!

Clean and safe units, great customer service! Also great prices, my small 5x10 unit that runs under $100 a month has like 15? 20? foot high ceiling so plenty of space. I'm glad I chose them!

I just got a storage unit at prime storage and Hunter was so helpful and very friendly . I will never get a unit anywhere else in Fort Collins. The units are clean adorable and there open 6am to 10pm 7 days a week for your convenience!! Thanks Hunter!!

Great location, nice units, very secure. But large price increase after 2 months of storing. Went up almost $110 in price per month. Unfortunately unaffordable

I reserved a unit online. They called me the next morning to complete the rental agreement. I like the location, I like how clean and spacious the unit was, my husband was impressed with their locks. The price was fair.

Hunter and Gavin were wonderful to work with, and explained the rental process clearly when I was having a rough time. I recommend to anyone needing storage in the area!

This was a nice clean storage place. the people, particularily Caleb were nice. The bad thing is that the price almost doubled in 3.5 years. Also they are pretty greedy about leaving, 15 day notice, (pretty OK), but your last full payment won't get refunded. So you could be paying for 30 days of storage that you're not using.

Prime Storage was an ideal storage space for us because of its location and the fact that it is very well run, maintained, clean and safe was an added bonus. We've used Prime on two separate occasion and both were great experiences with Hunter who was very helpful with the move in and out process.

These folks have made my move so much better no drama, transparency, easy access, reasonable hours, clean. Took off one star bc the bill increased $44/mo. after 90 days, I feel that's an excessive increase, I don't know how it compares to other storage companies.

My experience at Prime Storage was top notch. They really cared and made me feel welcome. Very professional organization. I was greeted by Caleb, who was upbeat and friendly, and took me to see my unit and explained how everything worked. I then went in to sign my contract with Hunter, and he thoroughly and professionally went through and explained everything to me. A lot of the other places I had called around to did not even answer their phones or their numbers were disconnected. Prime Storage facility was clean and I was really impressed by the way I was treated. It was clear that the team worked well together and were really happy being there!

Avoid this place. They will start raising your rent after 6 months. They will keep doing that every year while still letting new people have the old rate. When you bring their attention to the fact they asked you to pay double what new people pay they will tell you "costs are high and we could have charged you more". Cute. There's better storage options in town. Go to one of them.

My experience with Prime Storage was absolutely phenomenal. After signing up initially online, Hunter touched base right away to make sure I could get squared away ASAP. When I came in to get my unit, Hunter was incredibly friendly and made the process quick and easy.Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change storage unit sizes almost immediately after getting into our unit. They were so fast in helping get the paperwork changed and switching our units, while making sure we knew they were there to help with whatever our needs were. Just truly top notch customer service.The storage units are incredibly clean and the property feels very secure. I can easily say this is the best experience I've ever had renting a storage unit!

My name is Rose and I totally give a 5 star review.Hunter who manage this storage is an Awesome guy.Very friendly and professional. He explains everything that you need to know in details. The storages are really clean and maintained. Theme store is clean and makes you want to walk in.On the plus size I had lost my key and by the time that I got there he had already taken my old lock out and handed me the new set.I really recommend this storage, Hunter really tried to accommodate you like he did for me and I thank him very much for doing so

I've had a great experience with prime storage. We had one storage unit reserved and as we were unloading we realized we needed another they were able to get us one 2 very close together and they were very helpful and patient with us as we figured out what we needed. The staff at the front has been so kind every time I need assistance. They have really great people working here. Right before we moved in we had an option to go with another storage unit down the road that was offering a lower price but we stuck with prime storage because of how wonderfully we had been treated. Prime's prices are very competitive as well. The area feels safe and the grounds are always clean and well maintained. We're definitely happy with our choice.

Nothing but a great experience at Prime Storage! The entire team, led by the General Manager, Hunter, were phenomenal with assigning me my unit and a last-minute climate-controlled unit nearby, which really helped me out since I couldn't be there physically on move-in day. Hunter processed all the paperwork smoothly and efficiently. The facilities inside and outside are clean, as are the storage units and it's totally secure. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had to get a storage unit in a hurry for my things. It was quick, easy and the staff I delt with were fun and accommodated all of my needs. Gavin took care of most all of my needs, and while Hunter wasn't handling my situation personally he was an absolute pleasure. I would recommend prime storage I'd you need storage quick, especially if you are dealing with Gavin or Hunter.

My experience was beyond amazing and that is difficult to do especially when it was just renting a storage unit. I felt like I was royalty. Hunter told me everything I needed to know and called me IMMEDIATELY after I reserved online to answer any questions.I am now at the location doing the paperwork and the experience is even better. The facilities are immaculate and I know my belongings will be safe.

My main issue with this storage company is that within 15 months my rate increased 100%. I therefore found an alternative and moved my items out. It was clean, felt safe. Temp controlled.

We ve only experienced positive outcomes at Prime Storage and we are happy to have our belongings stored there while we wait for our new home to be renovated. The storage facility is conveniently located and safely guarded. Today, I worked with Hunter and he was very helpful about our payment due.

The service I received at Prime Storage was quick and efficient. After renting a unit, it became apparent that I needed a climate-controlled unit instead. I was able to make the switch over the phone and it was painless. The units and buildings were clean and well-lighted. I recommend using Prime Storage for your storage needs!

I've been using Prime Storage for three years now, but they have increased the prices from $129 to $149 and now $170 per month (this is minus their 'additional charges') each year. The unit itself was inside and it was temperature regulated. It was clean when I got it and it serves my purpose very well. I have a lot of collectables and it mattered to me that they were protected. The staff is very friendly and kind and they've always been professional.While I appreciate them listening to my feedback (via email), they tried to increase the price to $209/mo, but I responded saying that they gave only a month notice and a $60/mo increase?! They responded well and lowered the price for my unit size to $170/mo. But, is that still necessary?The main issue I have is just the notable price increases. Never mind that there was a pandemic all year last year, they still increased the prices. Now, while millions of people are financially struggling, they wanted to substantially increase the monthly rent? That's not reasonable! I have had a couple of other storage units in the past and even when the economy was going well, there wasn't a huge price increase at any time.I can't imagine that the upper management struggled all that much during the pandemic when you consider that most people still needed their storage units (more-so) during the pandemic and there wasn't really a worry about spreading the virus at this site.But, maybe I'm wrong.

I was expecting that the rental process was going to be difficult but Hunter was very helpful, thorough and informative. He was just sitting down to lunch when I arrived but he put that aside and gave me his undivided attention. The facility is clean, well-maintained and accessible. Thus far I'm glad that I chose Prime.
