I recently had to get new tires for my car. This is always a chore and something I dread doing. Being a woman, I feel like sometimes I get taken advantage of and I am not heard. I ended up at Pomp s, and couldn t be happier. I felt welcomed and heard from the second I walked in. I felt like they gave me an honest and accurate quote. They explained everything to me and I felt at ease in everything they were explaining to me. New tires are great and I feel confident driving my car again. Will definitely be back and will be referring them to everyone I know.

I came here to get a tire rotation and balance on my truck. When I arrived I was informed they also provide oil changes, alignments and much more. The guys up front are friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

Amazing service! Came in to get my tires rotated and was in and out in 30 minutes! Workers were nice enough to help me squeeze in an oil change too! Payment was quick and staff were kind, 10/10 will come back again soon!

Pomps has always been great. I have always taken my fleet vehicles there for tires. They recently helped me out on short notice when my tires were slashed during recent vandalism in Ft Collins. They got me taken care of the same day. They went out of their way to help and it is appreciated. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

I went to Pomp s to have tire ballast put into my tractors rear tires. The service techs were very friendly, knowledgeable and kept me well informed over the 2 hours it took to install. Pricing was very reasonable and fair. Based on that first time experience with them I will be taking my Ram 3500 to them for an alignment and new tires. My new favorite tire shop. Go there!!

This Pomp's is on Mulberry (14), near I25. I pulled in with my class C motor home, looking for help with my dually tires. It's impossible to check or fill them as you cannot reach the valve stems, and it's difficult to find shops that will work on a large vehicle. I was preparing for a trip with a lot of driving so I needed them checked. They got me right in, checked and filled them, which means removing the tires, and set me up with new caps that allow me to do it myself in the future. They also rethreaded a bolt to replace one that a previous shop had left off. All for a very reasonable rate. The place is clean, service is knowledgeable, staff is helpful. I'm grateful for their help; I'll def be back. :)

Flat out lied to me twice in 4 days. Cost me time and money. My vehicals and my 4 dual axel trailers (that I have all bought several sets of new tires from) have a new tire shop from now on. Sad.

Very knowledgeable and efficient staff. Quick service and great quality. Have used them for years with my tour bus business and now that I am retired have continued to have them take care of my personal vehicles. I recommend them to my family and friends!

Spotless and comfortable waiting room. I was on the road traveling cross country and had a low tire light. They kindly fit me in and patched my tire in under 45 minutes. The rest of my trip was seamless

Talk about fast service. I brought 2 tires in to mount and they were done in 5 minutes. Much better service than the large tire chains. Prompt service and your are in your way.

Experienced a blow out on my 5th wheel trailer traveling north of Fort Collins. Got into town, stopped at Pomp's and received excellent service getting 4 new tires on my unit.

Had a leaking tire one day in town with 4 kids. It could have been a nightmare but everyone there was great! They fixed us up right away and the people in the front were kind and cheerful even with 4 wild kids in the waiting area:)

My tire was punctured by a random thing on the road. Fortunately, I was close by Pomp's tires. They were great. Got me in and out in under 20 minutes, repaired my tire and I was on my way. I highly recommend!

The week of May 7th I called Bridgestone to get a quote for having my snow tires removed and my regular tires installed. I was quoted by a woman on the phone $60 for all 4 tires plus another $15 for balancing. Great! Best price I had found. When I got there today for this servie I was told the price in total would be $127 by a male servic rep. Obviously there was a huge difference and I left. In defense of the woman employee I had talked to last week, she put me on hold and asked someone in the back for the answer. Best for all staff to get on the same page and not fault the woman employee.
