I called in at 9:00 A.M. about installing my new exhaust system in my 2019 Ranger. Wyatt was not only happy to get me in, he and his crew got the job done in a very timely fashion. While I was there I watched 5 to 6 customers walk in and each of them were handled and taken care of with a smile. They are under new management and from what I can tell, they should be a success. Try them, I think you will see the difference. Thanks fellas! Sorry night photos.

Very Professional and Helpful. They went above and beyond to helping me with the installation of my CARB complaint catalytic converter. Allowed me to bring my own parts. Amazing!! Gave me a ride to and from home. Amazing!! No shops does what they do. Hands down the best. Vehicle drives like a new car now!! Highly recommend !! Thank you Midas!!

We tried to get into several shops to get some inspections done on both our Toyota Sienna and our Ford Expedition for an estimate and after multiple dead ends, we called midas and spoke to Ammon, who without batting an eye brought us in and got us taken care of. By noon the following day we had all our work done at a pretty darn good price. It's definitely worth giving them a look if you haven't already. We have found our new go to auto shop moving forward. Thanks guys!

When they give you a long list of things wrong with your car, get a second opinion, especially if it s your first time there. My car isn t perfect, but pushing the way you did is unacceptable. They are the cliche mechanic that takes advantage of people who don t know any better, I ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. They did fine on the oil change..

I had a very load rattle under my car. Called Midas and Ammon manager said bring it right over. After Mike and Zane Inspected all was fine I needed a few clips missing around wheels and fender! 10 minutes on was on the road! Excellent customer service and care!! Thank you Midas

This place is under new ownership. Not only is the work done well, but the employees are incredibly kind and helpful. In today s world to find friendly, hard-working people, it is tough, but today I was extremely pleased with how I was treated and the workmanship. Wyatt was my service writer today, and he went over and beyond expectation. Not only all that good news, but they just redid the whole inside of their facility, and it is clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. Thank you Wyatt and staff. TylerPs. Once again I came here again today for my daughters cat. I can t tell you how well I was treated and educated. Mike was the mechanic who looked over my daughters car and spent a ton of time teaching me and showing me. (Over 30 years of experience). Both Travis and Andrew spent an amazing amount of time with us. I can t thank Midas enough for having reliable and trustworthy people. Hard to find anymore.

The guys at the shop went above and beyond for me today! I had a headlight connection issue which they fixed and now I can finally drive at night without worrying. I highly recommend this Midas location! Friendly employees and friendly prices :)

My experience at Midas was one of the best experiences I have had at an auto care shop. I was taken care of very quickly. Staff was very polite and helpful and walked me through what they were doing. Job was done very quickly.

Went in for an oil change and mentioned something about my windshield wiper fluid not being dispensed. Ammon and the team here went above and beyond to help me resolve both of my issues in the same day! I will definitely be returning to this Midas location for future services.

I just had another great experience at Midas/ Fort Collins, so I'm updating my very positive review from six months ago. This time I came in without an appointment because my Camry's engine splash guard'/ shield had torn partly loose and was dragging against the road. At first Chris, the service advisor, was concerned that he'd have to order a replacement part from Toyota and that I'd have to wait a few days for that. But then he asked a mechanic, Jackson, to hoist the car up and check out the full extent of the damage. Jackson then pointed out to me that the plastic shield itself was in one piece, and that with a little improvised drilling he could hook it back into place. He said he could do that in 10 minutes, then apologized when it took him 12. On top of that, Chris, along with the district manager David, who got involved, told me there'd be no charge. This is why I keep coming back to this Midas!Ever since I moved to Fort Collins four years ago, I've been taking my old 2005 Toyota to this Midas, and I've been very impressed by their service. I've found their repair work to be effective and efficient, and their office staff (most recently Ahmet, I think, and Wyatt) to be straighforward and honest. Case in point: Recently, right before my planned long trip through the Rockies, my Toyota quit running on the street, then barely started up later. Wyatt suspected and confirmed that the problem was in the fuel system, and he knew I was desperate to get it fixed before the trip. Instead of pushing for the priciest solution, he laid out all the repair options in a lucid, sensible way and supported my decision to go for one of the less expensive ones. My Toyota made the trip without any problems! Thanks to experiences like this one, I know I can trust Midas, and I'm a loyal and appreciative customer.

I have been going to this Midas ever since I moved to FoCo a few years ago. They ve always been very nice and informative with what s going on and had great service. Have had multiple jobs done to my Ford Edge and would give 5 stars to every occurrence. 5/5

This was my first and last time visiting a midas. I only went in because of the 29.99 oil change coupon. I confirmed with the clerk upon arrival that I would be able to use the coupon for my car, he said yes. After being hassled for a whole bunch of over priced things like $70 wipers and $100 coolant top up, and denying them, the clerk told me I owed $97. I refused to pay that because he had told me 29.99 l. He called his manager who came over and treated me like an idiot and told me "oh this car got full synthetic because that's what's recommended" I tried to explain that I had confirmed with the clerk I'd be able to use the coupon(because I wouldn't come here for a full synth oil change) and he turned around and said ok ill credit you $15. In the end I couldn't stand to listen to the pig headed men anymore and paid(knowing full well I would be contacting customer service to get a refund or calling my card company to deny the charge for false advertising). I will never visit a Midas again, they are overpriced and will attempt to scam more money out of you by trying to claim "thats what's recommended". Hopefully I can be contacted by someone higher than the manager of this location as he was unable to fix my issue. My name is hidden on Google but I visited 01/18 @ 12pm.

I made an appointment last Friday for this morning for an alignment, when I arrived early at my appointment, after getting suspension and new tires put on, I was told that the alignment machine was broken, im pretty sure that it didn't break within 30 minutes of opening. I not only didn't receive a phone call informing me that it was broken and that they couldn't do my alignment, but when I went in the same person who made my appointment in person asked who I talked to. I had a horrible experience at this same location about a year ago, but thought that maybe with the new management, things would be different, I was wrong. I had to call 10 other places to get my vehicle an alignment today, but if I would have received a phone call that the machine was broken, I could have made an appointment somewhere else instead of having to cancel my plans for the afternoon. I will never return to this location and I would not recommend Midas to anyone.

These guys went above what the had to do for me & my mother. After 3 times we still couldn't pass the emissions. We brought it to these guys and finally my mom passed the emissions today. Thank You Andy for all you hard work!!!

Wyatt at Midas Fort Collins is wonderful. He saved me $1400.00.Basically I took my Ford to Ken Graff for a brake check. Two days later they quoted me $2140.00 plus $200.00 for the inspection .Wyatt inspected my car and found I didn't need several parts they wanted me to pay for plus no charge for the inspection. Not only did he save me money he had my car ready that same day.I strongly recommend Midas Fort Collins for all your car needs!

I had previously posted a 5 star review because things were going very well and the manager told me he would give me an additional discount if I gave them a good review.I did mean what I said initially, however, things really went downhill after that.The manager spoke to me in a way that I thought was extremely inappropriate making me feel uncomfortable.I made an appointment for my car but didn t get my vehicle back until 5 days later despite calling multiple times. Every time I called, I got a different story about what was going on.It was an extremely frustrating and expensive experience.I will not be going back here and I would not recommend to others. I also wouldn t trust the reviews on here as the manager is offering discounts for good reviews. But honestly, I would have rather paid more and received better service.I have used Midas for years and years before moving to Colorado and I am really disappointed in this Midas.I just want to add that Wyatt at this Midas location was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He communicated clearly. It was only when the manager got involved that everything went to hell.

I went to breaks plus to get my breaks replaced and the amount they wanted to charge me out the door was 850.00 and some change. When I told them I only wanted my break pads replaced they turned me away because I would purchase breaks and rotors. So I Midas right across the street and Amen told me if I purchased the rotors and pads they would only charge me labor. So I purchased my rotors and brake pads and rear rotors for 220.00 and Midas only charged me labor. So I saved 400 dollars today thank you Midas and Midas team.

Took my car to Jiffy Lube and they told me they couldn t fix my windshield wiper so I went here to Midas and they fixed it in 30 minutes. Customer service was great too, thanks guys I appreciate y all ima be able to get up to the mountain tomorrow

The new manager at Midas rocks! We recently had a slew of car issues with my wife's car and thought we had resolved them all. Then we had trouble starting it. We were worried it was the alternator, and were recommended to take it in to Midas because of their great customer service. That recommendation was spot on. The employees at Midas were informative, timely, and kind. They also made the fix super affordable. I highly recommend going here.Service: Battery

Great place of business! Price seemed fair, helped me apply a coupon. Didn t feel like I was getting the run around, and they explained in full what I needed to get work done on, and walked me through after as well. Dropped my car off at 9:00 am and by 1:00 pm I was out the door! Brakes are working much better. Highly recommend you all go here!
